Me and a couple members of the PD have noticed that the rate of players is quite odd. We literally patrol all over the city with 150 players online and only seem to run into 3-4 cars every 10 minutes, the map just feels entirely dead despite going to the "hotspots", so where exactly is all the life in the server?      I can't be doing something wrong, it's either there are bots on the server taking up player slots which I think is very unlikely, or most people are roleplaying indo
