Red dots popping up on the map

Since the last update today, I start seeing these red dots on my map, they represent businesses but which are not open.

From the screenshot, they appear to be businesses with specific blimps - the blimps are baasic and not altered I.E Little Teapot, Rothstein's Jewelry.

 

I think it's just the new blimp update, perhaps someone from tech team can have a look and see.
