African, Arabian, Socialist, or Muslim Migrants Needed

Greetings. I am seeking African, Arabian, Socialist, or Muslim migrants (even U.S. citizens that are African, Arabian, or Muslim) that are interested in producing a small terrorist organization as pirates. Our "front" would be either a fishery, cruising/tourism company, and Seafood-oriented restaurant. In the process, we'd more than likely transport narcotics throughout the island on boats for a bit of extra revenue.

Terrorism is not mandatory. However, dedicated members will be informed of potential terrorist operations in the future.

I'm sort of basing this character on the Islamic-Socialist revolutionaries of Somaaliyaa that are currently engaging in piracy along the shores of Somalia. In this case, it'd be Socialists, Muslims, and other migrants combining forces in order to combat against Western imperialism... a bit different from the I.S. or al-Qaeda stereotype. Generally, the demographic would be Muslims, Socialists, Africans, and Arabians. Thus, even a former Russian Soviet could organize with this slowly developing organization.

But would that be realistic? Would they be able to go past TSA at the airport? You know once you get to the United States, they ask you multiple questions, and if they feel you have like nothing to do in their country but spread a wrong idea they'll not allow you inside. If they are half americans that have the same idea, then that would be realistic.

We don't allow terrorist factions and this isn't a realistic idea for this server as Somali Pirates don't operate on the West Coast of America.
