Eastern European Organized Crime Group

Russian organized crime or Russian mafia and other organized crime groups based in East Side of Europe are a collective of various organized crime elements originating in Europe. The organizations are primarily involved in smuggling, arms trafficking, heists, drug trafficking, prostitution rings, protection rackets and illegal gambling. Unlike other international criminals groups - such as La Cosa Nostra (which specializes in protection-extortion) or the Mexican cartles (drug trafficking) - Eastern European organized crime groups are involved in almost every criminal activity. Name a crime, and the EEOCG circuit is bound to have it in it's extensive repertoire. Organized groups are composed into the smaller groups, which in turn have wider networks throughout Europe and America. The Organized Crime groups are organized in a horizontal fashion, with no strict hierarchy and a high degree of independence.

Since the early 1970s a rising demand for a variety of illegal drugs has fostered the development of an international drug trade from producing to consumer countries and the emergence of nationwide drug distribution systems in all European states. This was followed by a second wave of expansion involving the rise of a human smuggling and trafficking industry, which was largely triggered by the enactment of increasingly restrictive immigration policies in most Western European countries during the 1990s. Despite the re-conversion of many professional criminals to drug trafficking and dealing, several other - traditional and non-traditional - profit-making criminal activities have continued to proliferate.

EEOCG - is a newly formed organization around the eastern side of Los Santos, primarily around Mirror Park. The group's orchestrator is still unknown. He has been and out of the United States for a long time, making a profit off business investments in some of the markets. The group is now formed of people from ex-USSR countries, who have came to United States for the usual American life dream with the offer of making money through illegal activities. Crew includes people from countries such as Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine and others, forming an Organized Crime. What unites groups from these countries is the same common language (Russian) and the fact they used to be one country until the somewhat recent fall of the USSR.

The faction's essential goal is to illustrate a fictional interpretation of legal/illegal based  Eastern European Organized Crime Group, with our own taste of roleplay. Which takes place in Los Santos. At the current state of IC, there's no hierarchy, no existence nor plans for the crew. Which leaves plenty of room for development and paths.

This faction aims for realism, and by realism comes time. Players who wish to sonic through the ranks, then this isn't for you, everything will be ICly decided by occurring events. Everyone's capable of putting a mark in our role-play and be the leader, no matter the OOC leadership.

The faction welcomes every ethnic group, even though it's mainly of Eastern Europeans descent, that being said. It will be more difficult to reach the ring of the faction, hence a crucial need of an important character will heavily outdo the difficulty of any ethnic group.

By joining this faction you must understand what you are getting into and do some research before diving into such role-play. We will always do our best to help those in need of it, with that being said we want players to role-play proper and not off the boat characters. If you need some insight on how to role-play or wanting to join hit up Rokas on the forums.

CK permissions will be required upon fully joining the faction, mostly after the character gets implicated in illegal activities with the other members of the association.
