"Error: master list is not responding :("

I can't see the list of servers, it gives me this error. If I try to connect to the server directly, it takes me in but then fails to connect.

 

I've tried a bunch of obvious solutions but nothing worked, does anyone know what the issue is?

I'm not sure how to resolve this issue exactly, but if you get this error you can bypass it by connecting directly to any server if you have its IP.

 

To do this, just click "Direct Connect" on the Rage client and, for GTA:W put the following IP and click connect:

play.gta.world:22005

Yeah that's what I thought would work, but sadly it doesn't. It takes me into the game and fails to connect before the login screen.

Can you see the server list here?

Also, your IP might be blocked for some reason, try using a VPN or changing your IP through the network company.

Yeah it turned out my IP was blocked somehow. Restarting my router fixed it lmao, thanks.
