Morning Posted April 18, 2019 Share Posted April 18, 2019 I try to gym about 5-6 days a week. 2 days lower body and 3 days upper body, usually mixing abs in about 4-5 days. as for nutrition it’s been utter shit with my schedule lately but i need to go back to meal prepping. Link to comment

Also, I've been super active all winter and early spring but now with summer around the corner I'm starting to focus more on other sports and teams at my uni. Link to comment
webbtovski Posted April 21, 2019 Share Posted April 21, 2019 (edited) I have a comp in about 47 weeks for the arnolds open qualifier. Am currently sitting at 90kgs. My coach is an absolute wizard if anyone has any questions I'm more then happy to help. Here I am currently. Keen to see where Ill be in the next 12 weeks after this new current plan we have going this week. This is natural as well, I wont lie and I have started a cycle of test-e however now.
