I've been doing a 5-day gym split but thinking it moving down to a 4-day gym split. (Upper- day 1, lower day 2, rest, upper- day 3, lower- day 4). What do you think?

I try to gym about 5-6 days a week. 2 days lower body and 3 days upper body, usually mixing abs in about 4-5 days.

 

as for nutrition it’s been utter shit with my schedule lately but i need to go back to meal prepping.

Just started cutting for summer, it's an absolute pain especially now before and around easter ? ?

Also, I've been super active all winter and early spring but now with summer around the corner I'm starting to focus more on other sports and teams at my uni.

I have a comp in about 47 weeks for the arnolds open qualifier. Am currently sitting at 90kgs. My coach is an absolute wizard if anyone has any questions I'm more then happy to help. Here I am currently. Keen to see where Ill be in the next 12 weeks after this new current plan we have going this week. This is natural as well, I wont lie and I have started a cycle of test-e however now.

Been training like 5-6 times a week for a few years now, learnt tons about nutrition/fitness and shit, anybody have any questions I could help them out. Splits, workout plans, nutritional, etc. How to cater to specific goals.
