Property interior

Hello there! I've bought a new business recently and I would like to do some change for the interior. As you can see the property is a two-story building and I would like to make the first floor a nightclub and the second, upper floor a lounge. Is there a possible way to do so and is also possible to connect the two differen interiors, or how should I do it ?

I think you'd need some-what special permission for this.
