Goldenpalm Incorporated (GPI) is a for-profit asset management company that oversees and provides guidance to a variety of smaller businesses. GPI acts as a Business Incubator, organizing a pool of young entrepreneurs to reduce a risk of wrongdoing and facing losses. Goldenpalm supplies its partners or owned companies by outsourced/full-time corporate lawyers, managers and directors. Goldenpalm does not issue stocks to the general public.

GPI is affiliated with Manuel Montez, who's known for opening a successful Bean Machine coffee house and Pump & Run Gymnasium in Los Santos, San Andreas, U.S.

 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
 

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER — Investment Committee

• Investment Committee members are explicitly appointed by the Chief Executive Officer. The committee operates as a consulting/internal auditing organ, providing analysis and potential expenditure strategies to the CEO. Investment Committee meeting is a place where directors of different corporation's offices, units and groups are united in order to plan and develop strategies of expenditure of the Goldenpalm Incorporated. Additionally, Investment Committee members have a right to vote shall the need arise.

 

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

 

Director — Compliance Office

 

• The role of a compliance officer is to make sure that a company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to its industry, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards. There is both an ethical component and a pragmatic component to compliance - a role that is crucial in helping organizations manage risk, maintain a positive reputation, and avoid lawsuits. Additionally, Compliance Officers hold corporate lawyer role, available to provide legal advisory to the company.

 

Director — Operations Office

• Operations Managers conduct administrative and operational monitoring of all owned or affiliated businesses by the Goldenpalm Incorporated. Every business has an assigned Operations Manager to ensure its effective management and operations. Operations Manager holds responsibility for the business assigned. Operations Manager's task is to appoint management of business/franchise (hire a store/gym/club (assistant) manager).

 

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER — Audit Committee

• Audit Committee members are explicitly appointed by the Chief Financial Officer. Audit Committee reviews the company's accounting and financial practices and risk management systems. Furthermore, AC provides marketing and PR strategies to the CFO.

(( GPI is currently not related to any faction, therefore operates independently through In Character means & development. 
The main goal is to provide a pool for community members interested in the legal aspect of roleplay without being tied to any illegal or government faction. 

There is no Out of Character way of joining the company. In Character requirements vary, but generally your character must have at least a registered business or an idea. Although in some cases, already existent and operating business is a must.
