Maybe there's a way you can save the shirt/pants/shoes number that would fit what you want your character to wear/have when you do /shirt off, /pants off etc. (So that you can save the shirt ID that correlates with the no shirt ID (15 I think), and select the pants ID that would be the underwear you want your character to have?
