2 Factor Authentication, Email verification on account deletion

Basically currently there is no 2 Factor Authentication method to secure the UCP, I'd appreciate if this was added for security measures.

Also the following menu:

 

Should email the original email of the account for change verification, just to make things more secure. Since if someone gets a hold of another players account and decides to delete the account it could be devastating for a person who had his account breached.
