This is a shared story thread will follow the development of "The Hawick Boys" (Formerly "The Dubsta Boys"), a small group of friends from the greater Hawick area, that all find a common goal in low level crime. This story aims to represent the lower echelon of the criminal underworld, the grey area between organized crime and the bottom of the barrel. These characters are a mixed batch of degenerate youngsters from the Vespucci trenches, only together because of their common interest in crime. Now living in Hawick, eager to make money, but too lazy to get a real job, these friends run solo, and help each other out when need be. These people are motivated by their laziness, and desire to make quick cash. We don't exist to rise up the ranks of criminal hierarchy, nor is this a get rich quick, rags to riches story. This is the story of small-time criminals that slip themselves by simply because of their insignificance in the criminal underworld, they are nobodies, wannabes, degenerates, lazy. Formerly "The Dubsta Boys", Mac and David, two childhood friends were given the name in relation to the abundance of Dubsta vehicles they would steal in their co-operation with Mark Fasulo. Mac and David called themselves repo men, and quickly, their affinity for stealing cars from their owners driveways proved to be a lucrative venture for the two of them, sometimes bringing other friends in along the way. After a few solid months of work, the boys split up, they were demotivated and seeing no progress. However, after two years of being on their own, they decided to reunite, older and more experienced in hopes of greener pastures. King David David Stavola was born and raised in Vespucci, coming from a single mother household, David found solace in the people he associated with. David's mother had a well-paying job, and he and his sister were able to live comfortably, however, they lived on the rougher side of Vespucci, filled with gang violence. From Asian Boyz, to Longos, David was no stranger to the streets. As a result of their living situation, however, David was a sheltered child, he was lazy and unmotivated, and at times, all he wanted to do was hangout, and do nothing. It was through his childhood friend Mac Rispoli that David found his social circle, had it not been for Mac, David would have turned out even more of a nobody. Mac Rilla Mark Rispoli grew up with his grandparents in a small apartment block on Bay City Ave, his mother left him with her parents when his father went to jail when he was only 2 months old. Macs grandparents were already retired, so the undertaking of another child left them shorter on cash, however they were more than happy to give Mac a home. Because of their financial situation, the second Mac was able to, he had to get a job. Growing up with David, and his cousin Jonah, the trio developed an affinity for the open-air drug market in their high school. Mac was obsessed with rap icons he listened to growing up, developing his own personal style, and a rapport with the classic street style. None of the information given in this thread is to be taken IC, this is entirely for the purpose of documentation.

This character thread will follow the character progression of Edwin Tellez, a local around the Westside Longos 13 gang.

Following the life of Pablo "Paco" Cortez Pablo "Paco" Cortez is a first gen Mexican American. His Mother worked as a sex worker and came from Mexico with an alleged pimp. Once she touched Los Santos, she was pregnant but shot her alleged pimp. After doing 2 years for self defense, she moved into the Brogue neighborhood. It is unclear about her alliances with the neighborhood, but since then, Paco has grown up in the neighborhood. He was quiet but observant during his first years in elementary school. He would experience a lot of bullying at school, which led to him constantly fighting. After elementary school, he would break out in middle school. His mother would barely be home, and would cause him to be out late. Paco would eventually become more goofy in class, and not take school seriously. He was suspended multiple times in middle school, and now is known for fighting. He is know a freshman in high school, and struggles with day to day problems with living in a gang infested neighborhood.
