  1. Florencia allegedly started near Florence and Atlantic and at one old point back in time they’ve actually said to have claimed the whole stretch of Forum Drive. Florencia 13, also known as the South Side Florence 13 or F13, is an infamous Hispanic Sureno street gang, with cliques spread throughout Los Santos County of San Andreas. They originated after World War II, during the late 1940s. Florence Avenue street was later renamed to Forum Drive in the 70s due to rising tensions between the local gang and a near East Coast Crip clique. The name Florence is pronounced Florencia in Spanish, and that's where the gang got its name from. This resulted in the gang adopting a 50's "doo-woop" song, "Florence" by The Paragons. The song was often requested by the gang members to let everybody know that Florencia members were posted up. The gang was first formed in the 40s as a neighborhood patrol to protect the Hispanic demographic against the much larger African-American street gangs at the time. Florencia ended up taking the "13" around the 1960s, which to public knowledge corresponds to the letter "M", which publicly announced their affiliation to the Mexican Mafia, over the years, many of the members of Mexican Mafia that ended up getting arrested over street wars were recruited into the ranks of the eMe due to earning their reputation for their ruthleness while fighting against multiple black gangs by themselves, in no time, they turned into one of most loyal and most important soldier for the prison organization. Florencia cliques are located ALL OVER in South Los Santos in a vast area patrolled by the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department. As is the case with most Chicano street gangs, each individual clique possesses unique geographical boundaries that physically separate one territory from another. A breakdown of each Florencia clique reveals an indicator about its name origination, not only that, each one of them as their own way to dress up and act, the ones closer to South Central are known to this day rock blue bandanas and stay more old schools than the ones closer to blood sets, per example, cliques like Malos have adopted blood culture into their daily way of dressing and nowdays we see alot of them hanging red cloth around their necks and sport red Falcon's gear, not only that, but those were the cliques that front lined against the blood war that happened between Florencia 13 and East Coast Crips that took many lifes during the twenty year span that it lasted. And add onto that the clique me & some friends are forming is a set which formed after 2k21 after many of the Florencia members moving out of SC and situating themselves in Pillbox Hill away from the south central gang scene which obviously brought this specific clique along. After the 1990s, a sizable number of families started leaving South Central in search of places like Pillbox Hill and Mission Row. Although though residents refer to the region as Pillbox Hill, it appeared to have everything a family needed in the early 2000s, but that was only the case for a brief period of time. Unfortunately, these actions had a significant negative impact on the already failing economy in the area. Drugs started to be more common, and a lot more users started to appear on the streets after the collapse of Fleeca's mother company in 2008. Many businesses in the Pillbox Hill area were forced to close down or fire 80% of their staff just to stay afloat. The sureno gang known as Florencia 13 wanted a piece of this market that was up for grabs on the lower half of Power Street. Soon after the Florencia 13 members in South Central made touch with their family who had relocated to Pillbox Hill, the 25th was created. A group of people known as Wicked Vandals 13 was formed in the decade of the 2010s, and the group wasted no time in establishing itself in Chinatown and Pillbox Hill. robbing anyone who had the temerity to challenge them. Being in close proximity to Chinatown and Korea Town the group found themselves in the midst of the largest drug pandemic. Having the reach to get knock-off pain meds from the Chinese and Koreans the gang quickly rose in their notority as pill-demons for the local club goers, and the junkies alike. They haven't had any competition for the market around their area, but that was soon to change. A small group of Eastern Europeans began moving into their areas dealing to their usual buyers, but the real problem was the price. Halfing the current price on opiads in the area caused a lot of drama in the small very populated area, and drama soon insued. David Batista, a young man, was discovered in a dumpster behind the now-named Trauma Factory on February 10, 2017. The 15-year-body old's was discovered with numerous stab wounds to his chest and cash placed in his mouth. This just served to incite the WV to act more violently toward the neighborhood's Eastern European residents, particularly those who resided in their own apartment building. They used family terror to get the drug dealers to come out of hiding, and it was effective Kristijan Markovic was killed by a single bullet to the dome on the doorstep of his grandparents household. A gang member by the name of Casper Dominguez got in touch with the person he believed was in control of the "newly arrived Eastern European dealers" as a result of the indictment at the Markovic residence. The two met in the now-defunct John's poolhall, which was located in an alleyway on lower Power Street, and they reached an agreement. Casper agreed that the Eastern European gang would provide the Wicked Vandals with their medication in exchange for assistance dealing with some of their other competitors. The year is now 2023, and the WV13 is now finding itself once again going back to street level dealing, and making the life of other locals of Chinatown into a living hell. Robberies, and petty theft has been on the rise ever since the summer of 2022 due to these so called 'gang members' focusing on minor offences which would cause them to be back out on the streets quicker.

  3. Carlos "Ocho" Ochoa The youngest of three siblings, Carlos was born on Dec 7 in Rancho Los Santos to Mexican immigrants. Carlos grew up in a primarily Mexican-American neighborhood. In his mid teens, he joined the (E/S) Evil Side Playboys Gang one of the gangs in Rancho, Ocho supported himself mainly by Auto theft, Robbery and Selling Drugs. He was introduced by his cousin to the illicit occupation in his mid teen years. At age 18, Carlos had allegedly earned as much as $45,000 to $50,000 (USD) from the illegal activities.
  4. E/S Clover Gang was originally formed by a group of Sureno's that had formed a small reputation within the street of Brouge Avenue, after both Front Street Watts Crips and the 103 Hard Time Hustler Crips were totally wiped from the local region, upon their dissipation one of the remaining jumped in set members had decided to reform the set on Brouge Avenue with the help of the local community, the rifa formed together through their life experiences and ultimately ended out forming as a gang of Sureno youths. East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods are a predominately African-American street gang based in the Roy Lowstein region, Davis in a community known as the Low Bottoms. They have been active in that area since the early 1970s before the Blood identity was even forged. Prior to Black gang resurgence during the very early 1970s, there was a gang in the area called Pueblo Players that was active since the 1950s. Upon reaching out to one another, and establishing a deep bond, both the E/S Clover Gang and the East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods had decided to effectively merge both of their sets together, the Pueblo Bishop Bloods control Roy Lowstein Boulevard whilst Eastside Clover Gang hold control over Brouge Avenue, both sets are currently defunct and are ultimately working together side by side flying green and red rags with one another. -- OOC Information -- This faction will follow the development of both the E/S Clover Gang & the East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods, both sets currently operate on both Roy Lowstein Boulevard & Brouge Avenue, for anyone interested in learning more about the faction, you can find out more on our official discord https://discord.gg/4Scz2xTgKZ
  5. The Culver City Boys 13 (CCB13) is a vicious Mexican American Sureño street gang that was founded in the area of Bay City Ave in Vespucci on the Western side of Los Santos in the late 60s. The gang has expanded all over the district of Bay City Avenue and Vespucci during the early 80s. Due to the gang’s expansion, the Culver City Boys 13 accepts members of all races due to the lack of Hispanics in certain areas in Vespucci. They have been known for terrorizing the area of Vespucci since they became into existence in the late 1960s. The gang’s main income comes from several illegal activities, with cliques extending from Bay City Avenue to North Vespucci, the gang took advantage of their turf’s location to sell narcotics in beach parties, extorting businesses, racketeering, armed robberies, and grand theft auto. THE NAME Even though the red color is worn by the Norteños, the Culver City Boys identify with red. The Culver Boys have been known to wear red before going under the Mexican Mafia and still identify with red to this day, nowadays, the Culver Boys refer to themselves as the “red ragging Sureños” and the “City Gees”. Before the Culver Boys became Sureños, they were known as the “Bay City Boys”, the gang took its first steps in front of a famous and well-known market in Bay City Avenue in the district of Vespucci called Gregory Culver & Sons market, the market’s location was the kick-off to the Culver Boys. The posse’s illegal activities kicked-off from the Culver market, drug dealers from the Culver City Boys took advantage of the market's popularity and sold narcotics to those who exit the market. The gang adopted the name “Culver” off the market’s name and replaced it with “Bay”, calling themselves the Culver City Boys 13. VESPUCCI Culver City Boys 13 were founded along Bay City Avenue but expanded their turf as time went by. The gang has developed cliques from Bay City Ave all the way down the alleyway attached to Melanoma street. The organization's rise in power can be traced back to the growth in Mexican immigration in the late 1900s. Many of the immigrants chose to settle down on the south side of Vespucci together in order to preserve their culture. Vespucci is the perfect mixture of wealth and poverty. Half of Vespucci’s population is living in a five hundred thousand dollar mansion while the less fortunate half barely manages to make ends meet. The social divide has only gone up in recent days and in turn, the groups rarely interact, leading to the formation of small neighborhood-based communities. The groups are typically formed on the basis of race and social class. The less wealthy communities quickly turned to crime to make up for their poverty. The crime soon was organized into small cliques, and cliques into gangs. Gangs began to control Vespucci in around 1980, the Hispanics being the most frequent of these members. Vespucci’s gangs rarely get along with each other as a result of the constant drug turf disputes. These disputes occur when a gang decides to spread its market and push into another cliques’ territory. Territory disputes are often solved by one gang conceding the turf or being forced out of the area, but occasionally the conflict gets so large that it requires a third party to who supplies both of the gangs with drugs to define who gets what turfs. An example of conflict based on turf is the war between Vespucci 13 and Culver City Boys 13. The tension started when the Culver Boys pushed local teenager Jose ‘Oso’ Avila to sell drugs on a corner located in Vespucci’s turf back in 1994. The teenager was jumped and all of his possessions were stolen, but this wasn’t the end of the conflict. Culver City sent the same boy to the same corner but this time he had nothing in his pockets and five of the Culver members were watching from afar. The kid, yet again, was assaulted and robbed but this time only seconds after the first hit the Vespucci member was rushed by five Hispanic teenagers, who proceed to take everything on his figure. As time went on the conflict only grew larger and more deadly. Even in the modern-day, the intersection is claimed by both groups and a cease-fire has not been negotiated.by both groups. CULVER CITY BOYS 13 The Culver City Boys 13 gang was formed back in the late 1960s in Bay City Avenue in the district of Vespucci, like many Hispanic street gangs, the gang was born as a group of young Mexican-Americans that offers protection to the Mexican immigrants and other people of the Hispanic descent who live in the area of Bay City Avenue and Vespucci. The Bay City housing projects became the gang’s main hangout area by the late 1970s. The Culver City gang was known to be one of the most dangerous gangs on the westside. During the 80s and the 90s, the gang’s cliques conquered other territories in Vespucci, one of the most active and recent cliques is called the Project Boys, the Project Boys territory extends from Bay City Avenue in La Puerta to Melanoma Street, cliques like the Diablos (DBS) and Melanoma Locos share territories with the Project Boys, other Culver City Boys cliques like the Pee-Wee Locos (PWLS) recruit young members and is known for sharing territories with other several cliques such as the Puerta Locos and the Winos clique that is active on Rub Street. The Culver City cliques are known for dealing in a wide range of crimes. The gang’s activities include drug trafficking, robbery, extortion, and murder for hire. The Culver City gang is also one of the active gangs in prison, the Culver Boys would clique up with other Sureño prison gangs to obey the Mexican Mafia. Despite being an anti-African-American gang, the Culver Boys recruit African-Americans and accepts members of all ethnic groups due to the lack of Hispanic immigrants and Hispanic-Americans in Vespucci. The first African-American gang war was conducted by the Culver Boys against the Vespucci Shoreline Crips. The two gangs were sharing Rub Street Housing Project in Vespucci, the war escalated between both gangs when the Culver Boys claimed controls of the Rub Street projects. Numerous members of Vespucci Shoreline Crips drew back into the Tug Street projects for protection. Despite the rivalry with Venice 13, the Culver Boys and Venice 13 united against the Venice Shoreline Crips who eventually took control of the drug trade in Tug Street. The Culver Boys were responsible for the 1993 Thanksgiving fire bombings of the African-American homes and cars. One of the gang’s largest rivals was the Del Perro 13 gang, the Culver Boys had this long rivalry with the Del Perro 13 over territories. During October 1998, series of shooting in Tug Street and Del Perro has been allocated by LSPD to a war between the Culver Boys and Del Perro 13. On June 4th, 1999, Del Perro’s Superior Court judge issued a preceding injunction that bans the Culver City gang along with other street gangs like Vespucci Shoreline Crips from involving in what the authority described as the gang’s La Puerta drug trafficking turf, the court hearing, which was stocked with over 40 gang members, maintain that the gang itself and 75 individuals specifically listed in the suit, were a threat to public safety. The injunction created a safe zone between Vespucci, La Puerta, and several neighborhoods surrounding the district of Vespucci. This injunction brought the war with Del Perro 13 and the Vespucci Shoreline Crips to halt, even though the Culver City Boys suffered during the injunction, they remained active and kept their business going under the shadows CULVER CITY BOYS TODAY Even though the Culver City Boys 13 gang suffered from an injunction during the 90s, it remains strong and active to this day and is still considered one of the largest gangs on the western side of Los Santos with active cliques scattered all over the district of Vespucci and several in Del Perro. The Project Boys is one of the active and recent Culver City Boys cliques, the clique shares their hood with several Culver City Boys cliques and white gangs in Vespucci. The Project Boys clique oppose being an anti-African-American clique, the clique actively recruits teenagers from of all ethnic groups and races from Vespucci.

Most youth who become affiliated with street gangs lack supervision and support from their parents and peers, Sabrina and Jayce had similar childhoods where child maltreatment, economic deprivation, and their sense of hopelessness had them seek connection, trying to define a new sense of who they are. The heavily gang infested area they live in and their delinquent siblings and peers added to the lack of protective factors in their lives left them with the freedom to choose to withdraw from family and lose connectedness to school, causing them to have much higher risk of affiliating with the gang. Clear signs like changes in attitude, music taste, appearance and unexplained money recently only got more obvious, yet they were never monitored, blinding them from seeing how rough the consequences could get and leading them into believing that they're headed the right way. They were both failed by their parents, their grandparents did their best, leave the rest to the C-riders.
  8. Born to a low income family, Eric is the older of the Arellano siblings. As opposed to his sister, he's actually physically seen their father before his incarceration, two weeks before Eric's third birthday. Their mother couldn't handle the lonelines and began "dating" shortly after the incarceration. Eric had a difficult childhood. His mother worked two jobs and the rest of her spare time was usually occupied by her many relationships. The forced independence toughened him up and the constant desire to run from his home life made him reckless. The only sense of duty and responsability he has is in respect to his younger sister, Sabrina.
  9. This thread will follow the development of now, 16 year old Cameron Vasquez a/k/a Stalker. A known member of the Sureño street gang known as Culver City Boys 13.
