This thread will focus on the development of Thomas Dale. First Lieutenant Thomas Dale, grew up in a poor family in San Fierro under difficult circumstances. Thomas father was an alcoholic who, from day to day, abused the family, causing trauma to the young Thomas. His mother got into the bad habits of using to cope with pain and the life he brought Thomas into. There have been many tries on Thomas part to try and escape, but most of the time he got busted or simply just hesitated because he couldn't bear to leave his mother behind with a raging alcoholic. Around the age of 15, Thomas got struck with some bad news that his father was found brutally murdered behind a bar on the outskirts of Fierro. Thomas quickly knew that something was wrong there since he knew all the locations where his father usually went for booze from the multiple times he attempted to escape, but he decided to keep quiet and tell nothing to the local authorities. After some time passed, two goons showed up at their front door, in suits and a creepy smile plastered on their faces, bringing in the news that they are in a big debt, and if they don't want to have their house lit up on fire, they pay the debt however they can. As the noose got tighter around Thomas and his mother, he had no choice but to involve himself in the life of pickpocketing and dealing with drugs to pay a portion of the money back. The goons were satisfied with Thomas skill, so they decided to give him the chance to make everything right. That's when he came up with the idea of joining the army at the age of 18. Once David was accepted, he quickly began dealing contraband and smuggling drugs to the state under the nose of the millitary, making his run last for two years and eventually getting caught red-handed and landing him in jail for ten years. While spending his time in the pen, Thomas somehow managed to help the goons friends on the inside and eventually managing to get them off their backs, and after serving his time, and rumor has it that Thomas escaped to Los Santos and is still sending checks monthly towards his mother.

Annabel "Belle" Inglehart was born on Saturday, April 8 1988 ((changed due to age up)) in the midafternoon. Growing up she was always act first, think later type of person befitting of her Zodiac sign, Aries. She was the pure embodiment of a wild child with an explosive personality. She always did good in school and her beauty was always admired, but her temper hidden deep within her always had a way of exploding at the wrong time. Over the years, she slowly began to think on her own and make her own decision which her family was fond of, but she was all they had when it came to help on their farm in Texas and she was their only child. When she got into her late teens it became too much to handle and she finally ended up being expelled from school due to causing too much trouble as a result of her temper. Her family began calling out to other family members seeing if anyone could help, but only one family offered to help. It was the middle of summer when she finally moved in with her cousin Jaelyn and her family on their farm just outside Odessa. Everything went smoothly until Belle got into college and Jaelyn left... Before Jaelyn left, everything was under control and everything felt right until, it wasn't. Jaelyn left and all she said was she was leaving with this guy, Boe. She was in love and that she was following him to Los Santos. It crushed Belle and sent her into a slow downward spiral. The first few months, things went fine and then they didn't. She became rebellious and began to hang out with the wrong people. She began doing drugs and getting in fights constantly, even letting her grades slip away and facing near expulsion. Then one night, everything changed. Belle and her friends began the night as they usually do, popping pills and drinking alcohol... it was the only way for Belle to feel numb and forget she was abandoned. Sadly this time she overdid it and landed herself in the hospital. When she awoke no one was there, not Jaelyn... not Jaelyn's family... none of her friends... no one. She was all alone and all she knew was... she almost died. She made the decision to get help and it went okay at first until the therapist bad mouthed Jaelyn which resulted in Belle breaking his nose. She stopped getting help and focused on school, graduating and getting her bachelor's in nursing, but none of it felt right... Jaelyn wasn't there. No one was there. After several months of working and saving, she located Jaelyn. Sadly, it wasn't by any means that she wanted. She found Boe's obituary in the Los Santos newspaper and began planning how to move there. A lot of time had gone by, but she was finally on the road with all she owned packed into her crappy Tampa and headed for Los Santos. However, she knew she needed to act dumb and act like she knew nothing of what had been going on. The shy naive girl didn't exist anymore, but for now she had to.

Hey. About a year ago, the state senate passed a law that created the Department of Education, and with that, the faction was looking forward to implementing a Davis High School. This was something that was support, and more often than not requested, by our friends from the illegal community. However, this whole project was suspended due to LFM's ruling at the time and we ran into some administrative issues as well, such as finding competent leaders for it (e.g. a principal). How would you guys feel about the idea of making a forum that's private for illegal rpers. It will obviously be monitored by IFM or even LFM, and it can be a place where illegal rpers get to voice their concerns, or even post suggestions to better the scene on the server. Obviously this forum section will be exclusive to illegal rpers handpicked by IFM and faction leaders on the server. The discussions and topics that will be discussed will obviously be monitored by IFM, and obviously since it's only people who are known in the scene or run factions, the dialogue should be good - and hopefully better the scene on the server.

Been told by several people that you need approval from IFM to have alternative characters in factions, and a lot factions don't have approval and they make alts just to make them as it benefits a more realistic environment in the faction's atmosphere. This suggestion is purely only for Illegal Factions, and it's to change the Faction Alt rule to allow people to make characters within their factions freely without running it like some sort of North Korean dictatorship. I've spoken with several people and they all agree, this should be REMOVED and CHANGED. The report section exists for a reason, if people do some rowdy shit they should be reported. Let people have freedom instead of trying to dictate every single step, from here to Timbuktu. This is in no way me offending staff, or attacking staff but simply just saying the cold hard truth, that there's literally ZERO NEED for approval to have alts within factions you're RPing it, especially if it adds to the roleplay. This rule seriously needs to be reworked, and tweaked because right now 80% of the Illegal Factions on the server, if not more have ZERO KNOWLEDGE of this, and Illegal FM haven't even given me a confirmation as to whether this actually exists yet, but I've been told by a few reputable people that it is indeed true... and that needs to change, for the betterment of the server. It's understandable why it exists for legal factions, but zero understanding as to why it's there for illegal factions. This removal wouldn't hurt anyone, and in fact would make the Illegal RP community more happy.
