  1. The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang (92HGC) or Nine-Deuce Hoover Criminals Gang also known as the Do-Lows or Snideyz and formerly known as the 92 Hoover Crips Gang, is an active African-American street gang located on the West Side of South Central Los Santos. The 9-Deuce Hoovers are a sub-set of the larger infamous Hoover Criminals Gang in Los Santos. The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang originated in the 1970s, around 92nd Street and Hoover Street, between Davis Avenue and Forum Drive. The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang are small compared to the larger Hoover Criminals Gang. Despite their size, prior to turning criminals, they were one of the most active gangs in South Central. Allies & Rivals The 9-Deuce Hoover Criminals Gang are allies of all gangs under the Hoover Criminals Gang. The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang main allies are the 94 Hoover Criminals Gang, this alliance is known as the "Do Lows Down." They also share common enemies such as the Rollin 90s West Coast Crips and the 87/97 Gangster Crips as well as the 98 Main Street Mafia Crips and all Neighborhood Crips Due to many reoccurring rivalries with Neighborhood Crip gangs, Mafia Crip gangs, Menlo Crip gangs, Brim gangs, as well as a long standing hostility towards some Blood and Sureño gangs, Hoover Criminals adopted the "EBK" (Everybody Killer) or "ABK" (Anybody Killer) slogans, along with "BK" (Blood Killer), "CK" (Crip Killer), "OK" (Rollin 00s Killer), "MK" (Mafia or Menlo Killer), and the "NK" (Neighborhood Killer) slogans which is ever present in their graffitis. The 92 Hoover Criminals are long-term rivals of 97 Gangster Crips, 98 Main Street Mafia Crips, Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin' 100s Neighborhood Crips, Budlong Gangster Crips, East Coast Neighborhood Crips, 118 East Coast Blocc Crips, and Denver Lane Gangster Bloods. Located at the projects surrounding BJ Smith Park Recreation Center, the 92 Hoover Criminals are currently the largest set of Hoover Criminals. The Hoover Criminal Gang adopted its blue and orange colors due to its history with the Crips, later adopting orange in the 1990s to proudly represent their allegiance to the Hoover moniker, taking on the Houston Astros baseball team’s colors and branding of a blue star within orange outlines with a bolded orange 'H’.+ hen members who are affiliated don’t bang the set when asked by a rival they will be punished severely. When the others find out, the punishment results in a heavy beating as the put off. They don't accept members not banging the set at all. The younger generation shows no remorse and no sympathy to those who oppose the gang. They are willing to sacrifice life in prison or death to further advance the gang. Obviously not every member is like that but a lot of them are the ride or die type as they’ve seen their friends being hurt is one way and they’ve bonded through poverty. July 16th 2017, Latrell Allen also known as H-Face, a member of the 92 Hoovers was walking from a shopping mall on 87th street and Broadway. Allen, were wearing a orange bandana when he was approached by Jakari Thomas, a member of the Rolling 90’s Neighborhood Crips. Thomas asked Allen about his gang affiliations, to which Allen replied and was shot moments later by Thomas. Allen died shortly after the shooting, he was only seventeen years of age. Thomas was sentenced to 25 years to life in the state penitentiary. Shortly after, on August 5th, 2017, a member of the 92 Hoover criminals, Ranell “Peezy” Adams walked into the heart of the Rolling 90s turf, looking to get back for the shooting the previous month. He opened fire, shooting Drayvon James, 29, and Robert Nelson, 16. Both of the victims as well as Adams died from multiple gunshot wounds. Police say Adams himself was responsible for the killings, up close and personal. This marked the beginning of the feud between the 92 Hoover Criminals and the Rolling 90s Neighborhood Crips, only one of the many bloody conflicts that the Hoovers find themselves in.
