64th Street Hustlaz (64SH) 64th Street Hustlaz (Also known as Capital Risktakers; 64th Capital Riskers) is an umbrella term for the gang - turned DTO - containing numerous, youthful, sub-cliques who reside within the 64th Street Capital Boulevard complex, on Capital Boulevard. The group beholds many like-minded, criminal individuals, and some of the younger affiliates still attend the local High School on Davis Avenue. The group consists of many Latin/Afro-American males, between the ages 13-25. While the group lacks experience of ‘gangbanging’, they have still been able to surface upon local news articles for being able to distribute quantities of drugs; such as Cannabis, Heroin, and Codeine, and other forms of contraband. Individuals from the group have varying backgrounds, however, the common objective they all share is to thrive within their community, and hustle to the top of the respective food chain, by any means possible. The group consists of travelling outcasts, similar to gypsies, which only strings the teenagers closer together through loyalty and respect. Some of the individuals have become known in the local area for producing music independently, and being in contact with rappers within the Los Santos Community. Operations: The 64th Street Hustlaz have many means of gaining money, which include selling small quantities of illicit substances to the addicts who flood the streets of South-Central. The group also contains many talented individuals, who are motivated to earn money legally, they do this by producing beats on various softwares, and selling them for use. The group are known to be armed and dangerous, and most certainly not a force to be reckoned with. Members from the gang have gained attention in the local news recently, for allegedly being involved in a shooting in the Rancho area, where two victims were announced deceased, and one remains in critical care. Although 64th Street Hustlaz are not a tagging crew, they often cover their territorial areas in graffiti, as a way to assert power/dominance over potential rivals who may have intentions to supply and gang-bang in the area. Some of the phrases tagged up by the group include the following: ‘64 RISK TAKERZ’, ‘64TH STREET HUSTLAZ’, ‘RISKY HUSTLAZ’, and more. In February of 2023, a 17 year-old african-american male - Melvin Wright - was stabbed 9 times in the chest and neck. This was following an altercation with many affiliates of the gang, in which Wright tried to jump Sonny "Nino" Torres, and attempted to rob his bike. This resulted in the death of Wright, after Torres' younger associates caught Wright on his way home from school. After Torres arrived, a heated verbal altercation escalated quickly, and the group of Torres' associates stabbed Wright to death, shortly before fleeing the scene. The group was never caught for the killing, and the case was closed unsolved. Krazy Kase Openers: Krazy Kase Openers (KKO; pronounced Kay-Kay-Owe), is the main sub-clique within 64SH, it was formed by Sonny "Nino" Torres, when the street gang started to develop and expand after a period of high financial benefit, and become known as more of a DTO in the city. All of the known affiliates of the clique are known to be armed and dangerous. Affiliates of 64SH are only initiated into KKO after months of proving themselves trustworthy to the higher-ups within the gang through means such as tagging, selling small quantities of illicit drugs, and providing a service to the gang itself. The group has amassed unwanted attention from local authorities, due to them conducting criminal activities, including; manufacturing contraband, and distributing drugs on a large scale, and many of the affiliates are known to the police after many interactions. (Commonly seen wearing merchandise of Baltimore Oriales; "O's" standing for "Openers"). History: While the group has only been active for the previous few years, they have been able to establish sources of income (both legally and illegally) without attracting masses of rival attention, keeping neutral relations with a lot of the surrounding gangs in the Davis and other regions. Place of residence: The crew currently resides within the Capital Boulevard Complex, on 64th street. This area is known for gang violence, and lower-class properties: (Capital Boulevard Complex) The Capital Boulevard Complex is often referred to as 'The Capital' by affiliates of the street gang. Insignia: Many members of the gang are seen wearing fitted hats, associated with the Major League Baseball team named the Colorado Rockies. The meaning behind this relates to the gang also being affiliated with the name ‘Capital Risk Takers’ (CR). OOC Info: This is a realistic depiction of Hispanic-American and Afro-American characters, We will not be roleplaying old-time 90's gangsters/cholos. Instead, a modern adaptation of the street crime industry, including more modern generations of gangsters, inspired by older ones. Our goal is to provide a slightly different approach into the modern crime industry, role-playing individuals who are unwanted at home, and exiled to live with other family members/friends at a local complex, which may vary due to the conditions, where we also explore how lives in the hood may differ. The Rules of the Streets There are unwritten rules to street life in Los Santos. Some people make it out by turning on everyone who loves them and everyone they love to just be selfish. Markael Crimes (19 years old) was a basketball player from the Chamberlain Hills area. It was discovered he was promised in the NBA draft. He still lived in the Chamberlain area which was his downfall in life. Markael was known to hang around the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods street gang a very known and dangerous gang in the Chamberlain area. Since Markael was considered affiliated his life there was pretty hard besides playing basketball for his school which was a huge talent for him. During a game at the Innocence High School, Markael Crimes got into a fight with a player from a rival team and what the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods would say a rival gang named the Raymond Avenue Crips. Markael only being affiliated with the street gang didn't want to partake in the beef between the street gangs and instead made a friendship with the Raymond Avenue Crips member, which was seen all over Facebrowser, and was also seen by his Denver Lane Gangster Bloods affiliates. The Murder of Markael Crimes One day Markael was walking with his friend Lionel Holmes when walking out of the alley-way Lionel admitted to speaking to Markael and after walking out of the alleyway, he claims Markael took a piss which led to the alleyway on Forum Drive, he questioned Markael about his friendship and his face browser post, which Markael then replied he didn't want to place himself into wars he wasn't apart of, to begin with. Lionel admitted to pulling out his pistol when walking out of the Forum Drive alleyway and telling Markael to "Hold up" making Markael stop and which is also where he turned the gun on Markael and emptied the clip on him and his entire body (16 shots), he then fled the scene ditching the gun in the back of the Chamberlain 24/7 going immediately home, with the help of the CCTV cameras led up to the swift arrest of Lionel who was seventeen at the time. Lionel also confessed to getting paid by the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods to get rid of Markael but didn't give up the name of the person responsible for calling in the shooting. Lionel also says that he hopes the Crimes family forgives him for the shooting and is upset that he had to kill someone he called his brother due to something petty like focussing on his basketball career. The Tahitian Projects The Tahitian Projects is known to be the home of the Denver Lanes Gangster Bloods with the cliques like the Maniak Lanes, The Devil Babies, and The Denver Kids. The Tahitian Projects usually have criminals in the area trying to rob people from the Projects which led to the Denver Lanes taking defense over most gangs and criminals attempting to get over them. The Tahitian Projects was made in 1897 and originally was owned by a Hawaiian group who built the projects from scratch keeping the touch of Hawaii inside of the projects living and having kids in the area, and growing up multiple of the kids experienced terrible life stories in the area, especially with the police in the area. The Tahitian Projects became a home base of the Denver Lanes Gangster Bloods in the late 1960s during the Black Panther reign and has been home to them ever since, you can find Red & Brown rags placed around the projects to signify the hoods affiliation. The Westside YG'z The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods was founded on Denver Avenue and Forum Drive, by an African American group who went against all of the Westside Crips, and put themselves with the Gangster Bloods, who was one of the most dangerous types of Bloods during their reign from the '70s to the '90s rappers like Laniak II and B Brazy put on for the street gang with their creative style of rap, while they were very active in the streets. Since they were active in the streets eventually falling by the gun was known to be incoming and they accepted that with their lifestyle. The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods also started a huge war with the Westside Hoover Crips street gang during the '80s which was the source of many deaths from both sides and the war expanded even more. The active Original Gangsters started calling themselves the Westside YG'z which respected their ranking factor and kept their ranks the same without trying to go over each other which left most of the gang without proper structure and multiple people wanting to lead over the gang while the Original Founders were being imprisoned during the war. The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods picked up the name Figueroa Ryda Gang due to them also being located on Figueroa Street, and being known for doing hits and using the name to full advantage when getting down on an enemy. The Denver Lanes also adopted the Brown flag during the '90s which made them stand out as being a street gang that has adopted the brown rag. People like B Brazy are known all over the world by all Bloods and some say if you didn't know who B Brazy was then you weren't hip to the Blood lifestyle as he carried it a long way with his raps and also made "Bickin' Back Being Bool" a thing and plenty of lingos that start with the letter C converted into a letter B all due to how his massive change on the Blood environment affected Bloods from different areas in Los Santos his importance to the repping of the Bloods also gave others the wave to wanting to be apart of the lifestyle and also drag teenagers into the lifestyle by doing so. The Gang Injunction on October 31st, 2016 During the prime of the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods in 2016, they were deep into their war with the Hoover Criminals street gang while also distributing drugs and weapons throughout Los Santos. This situation got so bad where Undercover Officers attempted to infiltrate the street gang which also caused the deaths of many Undercover Officers involved in attempting to take the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods down as a whole. Their tactics of finding out Undercover Officers and Informants were simple like making sure they've gotta checked in with people in person and they're always searched and checked out. Sometimes they're even followed around and spied on by females from the Denver Lane street gang which assisted with them taking out these Undercover Officers and Informats. The Los Santos Police Department finally got their breakthrough when an Original Gangster of the street gang Jamieson Waters was caught on camera firing guns at a rival's vehicle while in front of the projects from the Taco Shop across the street from the Denver Lanes Gangsters Bloods are known to place of hanging. When this was caught on camera this helped the case against the Denver Lanes Gangster Bloods and also involved the arrest of all of the other Original Gangsters from the street, and due to this injunction, the Denver Lanes lost a lot of structure as a gang as a whole. Denver Lane Gangster Bloods 2022: The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods (DLGB) is a dangerous African American street gang on the Westside of Los Santos and are named after Denver Street, they've got a couple of nicknames like the Devil Lanes, the Figueroa Ryda Gang, and the Ck Ryda Gang. They have multiple cliques that span from 105th Street to 120th Street in Davis, Los Santos and they've got a Sureno Street Gang that they share turf with called the South Los 13, another notorious street gang on the Westside of Los Santos and are known to have a deep beef with the Florencia 13 street gang, which is another street gang the Denver Lanes has a huge beef with. The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods have had a very strong beef with the Hoover Criminals since the 1970s and also rival all Neighborhood Crip street gangs. The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods also had a war with the Innocence Family Gangster Bloods but has been squashed recently, and you can find members of both gangs hanging out with each other. The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods also align themselves with the Crab Murda Gang moniker, something originally created by the Carson Mafia Gangster Bloods, and they both also make up a clique named the Mafia Lanes or the Denver Mafias, having a huge alliance together. They're known to feud with the 83 Hoover Criminals, 92 Hoover Criminals, 94 Hoover Criminals, and the 107 Hoover Criminals mostly due to Denver Lanes intersecting parts of Hoover Street and their turf being right on the outside of the each other. They share an alliance with the Havard Park Brims, and the Blood Stone Villians two street gangs that are pretty dangerous to come across. It seems like the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods enjoy their allies that are known to put in heavy work in the street and they still carry the Denver Lanes name a very long way. The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods also claim the Rice Krispy Killa (Raymond Avenue Crips) and are known for killing Markael Crimes (A prospect of the NBA Draft) due to him associating himself with the Raymond Avenue Crips street gang. Over the past couple of years, the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods has calmed down most feud with Family Blood-related street gangs and has been seen in public with some of these street gangs, which lowered their enemies as a total. Some new cliques from the Denver Lane Bloods are The Devil Babies (Female Crew), Maniak Lanes, and The Denver Kids (Mostly younger generational crew). The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods are known to sport dark-brown or red bandanas, Detroit Tigers, Boston Red Sox, Texas Rangers (most red hats) and are mostly out of the Tahitian Projects in Chamberlain Hills.

Our thread will follow the life and times of Davis High Shortstop, Andrea Sarmiento, a resident from the neighborhood as she struggles to walk the line between well-adjusted young woman and down bad Sureño affiliate. The Who A girl born to a pair of deadbeat parents in South-Central. Andrea’s father had a tendency to drink, and then take out his drunken frustrations on her and her brother. It wasn’t uncommon for her or her sibling to wind up in school with a busted lip or a black eye. At age six, her mother overdosed. A year later her father wound up with a younger woman and her two boys. Her father grew and sold weed out of his basement, assisted by her older brother Josue. The police inevitably caught wind of what was happening and in a search, her father sold his son out and scapegoated the operation onto him. A year later, he was arrested for various charges, anyhow. Her step brothers are both affiliated with the S/S PBS13 set. While one was killed about a year ago, her younger sibling, the older one has been incarcerated for the past two years and change, leaving Andrea alone with her step mother, Rosana. Rosana does her best to try and look out for Andrea, who came to grow very close with her step-brothers and their activities, for she doesn’t want her step daughter to walk the same path and wind up dead, or behind bars herself. W/S Harpys 13 ㅤ The come-up Harpy's 13 also known as Varrio Harpys is a Hispanic street gang founded in Chamberlain Hills, South Los Santos. Starting out in the '60s the Harpy's were a big street gang, acting as a plan for the Mexican Mafia (known as La Eme). The Harpy's name is from the American Harpy Eagle, the most powerful raptor founded in America. The Harpy's ties with La Eme goes further showing their allegiance with the number thirteen in the name. Full Name: Zachary Matthew Jenkins Known Alias: Tiny Creeper Age: 18 Nationality: Caucasian with Irish in him. Known for: Short Temper, Loud, Well Known MBB clique member. Likes: Weed, Fighting, Working out, Cooking Dislikes: Prison Escalation. Backstory: Zachary Matthew Jenkins was born on October 10th, 2006 to a white mother and a black daddy. Yet he took on more of his mother's DNA and took the skin from her. Yet his hair, eyes and his facial structure was from his black father. Zachary grew up in two worlds until his mother's passing. He lived in the suburbs of San Fiero with his mother most of the year during his childhood but would live down in South Central, Los Santos during the summer with his father. He quickly understood the difference of worlds and changed his act everytime he went between them. He quickly became the victim of bullying in South Central due to his skin and how he acted some times during his child hood. Yet he slowly became to feel like at home in South Central, he sometimes wished he lived in South Central throughout the whole year. He finally got his wish when his mother died from a drug overdose of heroin in their apartment in San Fiero. Having to move to South Central at the age of fourteen, he quickly enrolled in Davis high school and learned quickly what living year round in South Central was like. He slowly got more involved with the acivity around South Central like hood days and the weekly ball game at the Davis park. He became known around the area for being the white boy everyone was cool with. He grew to learn the culture in South Central such as their slang and how to act around certain people. He still had dreams of getting out of the hood, yet he learned to love the hood. Chapter 1 As weeks go by in the fall, Zachary has gained friendships in many affiliated members of 99 Chamberlain Mafia Crip. He hangs out the son of the OG Keshawn Aldridge, DeAndre "Popout" Winston, and Marisol" Lady MSoul" Cardenas. Learning more about the life in and out of South Central, he slowly was pulled into the life of gang banging. He slowly did tagging up in the area for the affiliated members but he lost himself in the day that he was shot in the foot for saying "Lowk". The affiliated members of nine nine mafia crip stood up for him and he saw the love and family they had. After the day that he was shot in the foot, he slowly began to deal drugs for Gelo. He slowly gained the repuation of being the drug dealer in the area of Chamberlain. He gained alot of cash from the drug dealing and began to be know more than three affiliated members. Gaining the radar of SD and PD aswell for being a affiliate of nine nine but they didnt know if Zachary was a full member. Eventually one night he was pulled over with two members in his vehicle which one had a pistol and slid under his seat. Eventually Zachary took the charge of the illegal firearm and took a four month jail time for a member. Gaining the respect of many members of the gang and even some high ranking.Weeks later after Zachary was released from his time in TTCF, he was welcomed back with open arms back to Chamberlain. He continued to be in fights and even attended a memorial for a deceased member of the nine nine mafia crip gang. He eventually was put on by the Mafia Blocc Boyz as "Tiny Creeper" and under the wing of Aaron "Twin" Ocejo. He was a full member of nine nine Chamberlain Mafia Crip. Years go by and Zachary has built a reputation in the 99 mafia crip card and gang for a loud indiviual with a short temper. Zachary has became very anti-social after so many years in TTCF for two crimes. Killing a man with his bare hands landed him in jail for a year and half for manslaughter. During this time Zachary built himself mentally and physically. He had to fight off members of the black gangs and the white car for his survival in TTCF. This created a young man who did not care for other people's well being. During the time he was in jail, He learned of his close friend's death Drezden "SK" Beals. Shaping him into a main player in the Mafia Bricc Boyz clique along side Daronte "Reckless" Pettaway and the main headliner DeAndre "Pop out" Winston. Days after he was released he became first cousins with Deandre "Pop out" Winston, Zynovia " Spazz out" Winston, and Brianna Webber. Creating a large family tie of the three familys to the 99 Chamberlain Mafia Crip clique. With two of the family members already in power in the gang, it'll shape the rest of the minors being influenced to join the gang.

This thread will recount the life of Bryce Hollands. It will actively be updated, showing off some of Bryce's daily activities as a teenager growing up in South Central, Los Santos. Brief History: The fourteen year-old Bryce Hollands comes out of a area that is known as the Avenues, which is 46th Street and home to a major clique of the Rolling 40 Neighborhood Crips. He was born six out of nine children, which majority of them had different mothers located all around of South Central, Los Santos. In fact, he has a brother that was also born in the 40's and a brother who was born in the 50's, with both of them being prominent gang members. The older of the two, Brandon "Infant Foe Shots" Hollands, is an active member of the Parcside 40's, which is another clique of the Rolling 40 Neighborhood Crips. And the younger of the two, being Terek "Baby Fifty Blue" Gardener, is from the 53 Avalon Gangster Crips. Bryce has always had a troubled childhood, stemming from his broken up home and his environment. He's even landed himself some time in the Halls or Juvenile Correctional Center out in Sandy Shores.

This thread will follow the development of Jevonte Kapri, also known as Tkroubkle#2, a former member of the Rolling 90's Crips, now an organized crime affiliate assisting in operations led by The Black Car. BACKSTORY Jevonte Kapri is the oldest of three brothers, his mother and father Brianna Kapri & Derek Kapri were two high-school sweet-hearts who remain within an on and off relationship to this day, Brianna gave birth to Jevonte when she was only twenty one and just dropping out of college, Brianna constantly reminds Jevonte that he needs to be a role model to his younger brothers, and refuses to accept the fact that Jevonte is not a good role model for anybody whatsoever. Jevonte Kapri is a horrible role model to both of his younger brothers Javon Kapri & Jaylen Kapri, due to the fact that their father Derek Kapri is locked in the Twin Towers Correctional Facility on multiple drug and gun charges that came to haunt him from his past. Though he tries his hardest to be a role model to the duo, he fails miserably at this attempt and usually ends up getting them into more trouble then he needs to be. The trio are known around Davis Highschool along with Keshawn Wallace for being reckless, obnoxious and over all toxic as fuck to anyone they deem fit, though the three hold some respect in the school for their loyalty to those they be-friend and those that they seem in the right. With the trio growing up in one of the most violent areas of Los Santos and their role model being a young adult who doesn't have a clue what to do with his life, the trio often get themselves caught up in each others problem and fighting each others battles from time to time, though their reckless actions haven't gotten them into anything heavy or life threatening, the trio is starting to interact with more people from their neighborhood which is known to be heavily infested with gang bangers who represent W/S Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips .
