  3. This is the story of Brazil-Native Car Enthusiast by the name of Rafael Silva Rafael Silva was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, in a vibrant and diverse neighborhood. From a young age, he developed a passion for cars, initially inspired by the lively automotive culture of his hometown. However, as he delved deeper into the world of cars, his interest began to focus specifically on Japanese automobiles and the unique subcultures surrounding them. 6. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Devil Dog Car Club is a prominent group of car enthusiasts that originated in Japan but has established a presence in America. Founded by a passionate group of Japanese automobile aficionados, the club quickly gained popularity for their unique approach to car culture, blending Japanese automotive traditions with American and European influences. The origins of the Devil Dog Car Club can be traced back to a small community of car enthusiasts in Japan who shared a deep admiration for Kaido racers and Bosozoku-esc rides. Inspired by the aesthetics, power, and the spirit of freedom associated with this subculture, they sought to create a club that would bring forth more like-minded people. A Kaido Racer, also known as a "Kaido Zoku," is a style of modified car that emerged in Japan during the 1980s and 1990s. The term "kaido" refers to Japan's highways or expressways, and "racer" represents the high-performance nature of these modified vehicles. Kaido Racers are heavily influenced by Japanese street racing culture and draw inspiration from the country's rich automotive heritage. Bosozoku is a Japanese subculture that emerged in the 1970s and 1980s. It is associated with motorcycle and car gangs known for their distinctive style, rebellious behavior, and flamboyant modifications. The term "bosozoku" roughly translates to "violent speed tribes" or "reckless driving tribes." In the early 2000s, a handful of founding members decided to expand their horizons and bring the Devil Dog Car Club to the United States. They believed that America's vibrant car scene, rich with diverse automotive cultures and enthusiasts, would be the ideal place to introduce their unique take on Japanese Car Culture. The logo of the Devil Dog’s is known from a fireworks company based in Japan, renowned for their spectacular and innovative displays. With a rich history dating back several decades, the company has earned a prestigious reputation for creating awe-inspiring pyrotechnic experiences that captivate audiences across the country. Setting up a base in Southern Los Santos, the club quickly gained attention for their distinctive style and meticulous attention to detail. Members of the Devil Dog Car Club are known for their insanely customized cars, often featuring a fusion of vibrant colors, enlarged modifications and lots of noise. Their vehicles are a visual feast, showcasing a mix of bold colors, intricate bodywork, lowered suspensions, and high-performance engines. Beyond their eye-catching rides, the Devil Dog Car Club has built a strong reputation for their unwavering commitment to the automotive community. The club actively participates in car shows, rallies, and track events, where they showcase their unique creations and engage with fellow car enthusiasts. They have become renowned for their expertise in tuning, engine modifications, and their willingness to share their knowledge and passion with others. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Devil Dog Car Club faction on GTA:W is a dedicated group of car enthusiasts who bring their passion for automobiles to the virtual world. Recruitment is always open to those who wish to be a part of a smaller community inside of this really big one. My discord is ANGELS4EVER70#0831 if you wish to message me furthermore on the idea or if you yourself have any ideas to further progress this small bit of culture-shock I am bringing to the server.

  8. Street Racing Epidemic In El Burro Heights February 25, 2023 19:12 Written by Robert Gray El Burro Heights, Los Santos - Residents of El Burro Heights have raised concerns over the recent influx in illegal street racing taking place in their city. Large crowds of people are gathering late at night to participate in drag racing on the empty and wide-lane industrial roads. According to reports, the illegal street racing is happening on a regular basis, and the crowds are getting bigger every week. Local residents have reported loud engines, screeching tires, and honking horns, disturbing the peace and causing safety concerns. The Los Santos Sheriff's Department has acknowledged the issue and has stepped up patrols in the area. They have also called on the community to report any suspicious activity they may witness. "We take illegal street racing seriously, and we want to make sure that our community is safe," said a Los Santos Sherriff's Deputy. "We have increased patrols in the area and have been working closely with neighboring law enforcement agencies to address the issue." In addition to the noise and safety concerns, the illegal street racing is also damaging the roads and causing environmental issues. Burnouts and other reckless driving behaviors are causing damage to the asphalt, which is costly to repair. The Los Santos City Council has also expressed their concern over the issue and is considering implementing new measures to combat the problem. Possible solutions include installing speed bumps or rumble strips on the affected roads, increasing fines for illegal street racing, and using technology such as license plate readers to identify and track offenders. "We are committed to finding a solution to this issue," said El Burro Heights Community Representative Mike Gramby. "We will continue to work with the Sherriff's department and the community to ensure that our city remains a safe and peaceful place to live." Residents of El Burro Heights, Cypress Flats and Murrieta Heights are urged to report any suspicious activity related to illegal street racing to the police department. Anyone caught participating in illegal street racing could face fines, vehicle impoundment, and even criminal charges. Secret.

Secret. Car enthusiasts, the gentlemen of the underground scene. Found in February 3rd of 2023 by Darius Kenson, Lewis Price, Dylan Fobres The club was formed to gather car enthusiasts across the state, car meets, events and occasional street races. All though, yes, the group gathers to street race, they strictly prioratise publics safety while doing so. Setting up road blocks across, and respecting other drivers on the road is the priority. Growing a community, developing our character stories and sharing it to everyone, to hopefully enjoy it just as much as we do.
  10. The Culture derives from the many aspects of Los Santos' car culture, from Lowriders to Hot-Rods to Street-Tuned Cars to Shakotan and Bosozoku. Everyone with four wheels (even two wheels) are allowed to post on here as a deprived community of Los Santos. [OOC: This isn't a faction, nor is it a singular character's development. This is a community-wide open post for others to post on. As far as you're a car enthusiast and want to show out, I encourage anyone of the community to post under this.]
  11. Introduction. First off - what does "Kanjozoku" mean? When translated from Japanese, it means "loop runners", but if you have no interest into the Japanese car culture, it still doesn't mean much. Honda enthusiasts of Japan have been racing on the Hanshin Expressway, Route 1, more commonly known as the Kanjo loop for more than 3 decades, hence the name Kanjozoku. Kanjozoku is not a one big group of Honda enthusiasts, Kanjozoku is full of rivaling teams that consist of Honda enthusiasts, the most notorious team being "No Good Racing". Kanjozoku teams originally were very secretive of their activities and operating procedures, and still are, just not as much. Kanjozoku teams had a motive for their actions, they're not just some adrenaline junkies, we are talking about Japan here, everything there has a purpose there. Kanjozoku goal was not to let anyone stand in their way, not even law enforcement. Similarly to Bosozoku and Kaido - Kanjozoku wanted to be flashy and attract attention to themselves, and that very easily was achieved with their cosmetic modifications, loud exhausts and high-speed races on the public highway loop, some even went on to make their Honda's to look like Japanese police cars. Kanjozoku vehicles are very easily recognized by their flashy liveries, thick tire lettering, a lot of stickers on the windows and window safety nets. Every part of a car that is being driven by Kanjozoku has it's purpose - if it doesn't, it's j ust unnecessary weight. Then why the safety nets? Current day Kanjozoku will probably say something along the lines of "Uhh well safety, cuz if u crash ur hand may... blah blah blah", to try and gain some moral high ground. An OG will tell you "So the speedcams can't see my face lol". No Kanjozoku cares about how their engine bay looks, if it works - it's good enough. Well, why the Civic? Because it was a cheap, light, agile car that can easily be modified to make a good amount of power, and if quoting an anonymous member of the Kanjozoku - "a Civic gets the job done". Kanjozoku didn't try to keep a low profile and hide from the police, kind of the opposite - if they saw a cop car on the highway, you better believe the cop is going to get "bullied", even today. Some teams even have slogans that signify their rebellious views towards the police - such as "Bye Bye Police!", one team even named themselves "Battle Team Law Break". You might have noticed something in those videos - Kanjozoku have their hazards on, what does it mean? It started as a sign of someone racing among the Touge crowd, but slowly has became into a tradition that all Japanese street racers use when racing. Sadly (gladly to some), the Japanese police have broken down on these Kanjozoku teams, by impounding their cars, massive fines, massive operations and a bunch of other tactics, because of that, most of the Kanjo community either left, or went deep underground. That doesn't mean that Kanjo is dead, it isn't, in the first clip, all three Civics belong to the team "No Good Racing". And finally, The relevance to LS. "That's great an all, but it's in Japan you fucking weeb". Yes, but no. VSauce here. Numerous teams, including the most known one - "No Good Racing", have publicly said that they don't mind foreign imposters, they want them. Unlike other Japanese street racing teams, such as the Mid Night Club, who keep their stickers very private, No Good Racing sells their stickers and say, that by buying a sticker you become an unofficial No Good Racing member. As an unofficial No Good Racing member I can safely say, that this is a pretty good marketing strategy. Although there are no popular Kanjozoku teams in the USA, there are a lot of individual Kanjozoku fans to say the least, some of them even upkeeping the original Kanjozoku morals. We established that there are individual Kanjozoku fans, maybe even self proclaimed members, so what? Well, when there's enough individuals with same interests, groups start forming, with groups - rivalries and so on. Rockstar even made a perfect car for Kanjozoku - the Dinka Blista Kanjo. I mean, look at it! Based on a Civic, has window nets as a modification, can be equipped with tires that have thick lettering and even 3 liveries that are based on the "No Good Racing" liveries, it just screams "Kanjozoku"! The main objective of Kanjozoku is to rival against the government, and with the current political state in the USA, or shall I say with just the political state in the USA, there will always be some people who are opposing the government and like cars.

  14. The "greaser" sub-culture originated in 1950's America among working class youths who didn't fit into the main culture centered around conformity of the time. They were parts of youth street gangs, and were associated highly with violence, sexual promiscuity, and general mischief. Their style is heavily oriented towards leather jackets, denim jeans, motorcylcle boots, and slicked back hairstyles such as pompadours with the use of pomade or hair grease. Today, a small group of youthes in Vespucci Beach, home of many emergent sub-cultures not-so-popular in the mainstream, gives rise to a new type of greaser, named the neo-greaser. Greasers influenced by rock-and-roll music, classic cars, pin-up magazines, and a love of the good ol' times, find themselves up to no good in the hood of Vespucci Beach.
  15. Raiden "R" Kitamura D.O.B: 04/22/1995 (26) From: San Fierro Last seen: Red County. Known occupations: Former street racer. Suspect of hiding and smuggling firearms plus affiliation with well-known mafias. Description: Asian Male, 6'1, slighty worked out average body type. Chain smoker, more observant than talkative, good heart. Raiden Kitamura was born on April 22th, 1995. Raiden has Japanese ascendence, he was always curious about the Japanese culture, every little thing about it. He grew up watching all kind of documentaries and he was very passionate about the country and its history, from the feudal Japan to "modern" Japan. Unfortunately, both his father and mother died in a car crash so he finds himself alone with his younger brother which needed to be taken care of, this is when his life starts to come down. After weeks of investigation by the police due to the fact that the car crash seemed suspicious and there were reasons to be believe that vehicle was actually sabotaged, it was finally confirmed, someone had tampered the braking system. It was one of the biggest "pills" Raiden had to swallow, he was down bad but of course, he had to keep going.. If not for him, he had to it for his brother. Since neither of them had been to Japan before and they wanted to be closer to their parents although they were gone, they decided to fly and live there for a while. Their parents had left behind a good heritage so they used it to settle around Shinagawa but didn't take long to the money to start running out... Kaben, Raiden's younger brother, was studying mechanical engineering and it was Raiden who had to pay it all so he began to look for some source of incoming as he gets more and more desperate to pay Kaben's school tuition and almost like magically he finds out that his dad had owned a car garage that still was under his name but was left abandoned. Raiden, dedicated as he is, worked day and night to make the car garage work again and he managed to do it, some money was coming in and some other going out but their life was finally going well. There was only one problem and it has a name.. The car scene which is very active all over Japan, this was one of Raiden's guilty pleasures, his biggest passion, deep down he knew that he would end up diving in too deep but he still threw himself in without thinking twice. Won a few races here and there, made himself known around the area, made some friends but then, one day, a couple dudes in black suits showed up at the garage and started talking about old debts and making demands, Raiden immediately understood what was going on, those men were members of Yakuza and therefore he couldn’t really say no to them. They made Raiden hide illegal weapons and race for them and he did, it was the only option. After a while, the debt was finally paid but Raiden, he knew well enough that he wouldn’t be able to get rid of those guys that easy, he was already too deep and before shit hit the vent he decides to leave, he picks up his brother and flies back to the US hoping to be safe at last. He still owns the car garage and it is still running but he can't be in Japan for too long, at least, not anytime soon. Raiden had his second fresh start in a place called Red County and he kept it going for a while, but he once again committed the same mistake. This time, his brother was involved aswell, they were shredding up and down the mountains on their Elegies, somehow, they managed to stay off the radar. They joined a couple groups throughout the years, LSS and then Suisei Racing. Unfortunately, everything comes to an end and his group was disbanded, most of its members went dark, radio silent, nothing. Raiden still tried to put the pieces together, hoping that in the end he would understand the puzzle but he just couldn't do it, he heard from the streets that the blues gathered up a task force to hunt the street racers one by one and Raiden was already in the system for street racing, he had been seen in multiple car meets and actually street races, ranging from drag races, full circuits or drift circuits. To make things worse, most of them were hosted by himself and his group. After some time, he started feeling suspicious and was afraid that him and his brother could be next ones to be caught so he packed his bags and moved in to Los Santos. Where he hopes to stay out of troubles and live a good life, without having to run away.. Suisei Racing: This thread will follow this new stage of Raiden's life and his development as a citizen of Los Santos.
  16. The thread will follow Michael's development. Michael is a young Italian-American in his mid 20's and he was born in Los Santos. His father died when he was in early teens, his mother was sick and she could not work. So, as every good kid, he started working to survive with his mother. She would tear up every time he'd bring money home. He felt happy to be able to help his mother, two years later, his mom passed away and he was left alone. He felt very sad for the few weeks but he could not change the fact that they died. He's living alone and he is working different types of jobs to earn money. 19. Hey, This will be short. I want to share with you all a very nice website that speaks about all things GTA-5 cars in great depth. Did you know that neons and exhaust tips significantly affect your car's centre of mass and subsequently it's handling/on-road (indirectly) performance? You do now. Such a resource will probably come as a "thank you, captain obvious" to many, but I'm sure a good bit of people will appreciate it. The website offers, like already suggested, in-depth explanations when it comes to vehicle modifications and how they truly can affect a vehicle. It contains spreadsheets with real-top speeds and literally everything. I take absolutely ZERO credit for this. Just sharing the love.
