  1. THE BOUNTY HUNTER BLOODS In the streets of Roy Lowenstein and surrounding areas in Los Santos, a notorious street gang known as the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods has been prominent, since its establishment in 1969. Originating under the name Green Jackets, by founders Gary Barker and Bobby Jack, the gang evolved over the decades. The Bounty Hunter Bloods are known for enduring an intense rivalry with the Grape Street Watts Crips, experts describe their wars as one of the most violent clashes in the region. In 1993 a member, Regis Deon Thomas, fatally shot two Police Department officers during a routine traffic stop. Other incidents, involve the 1997 school bus shooting that claimed an innocent bystanders life, and the 2003 clashes with the Police Department. With many members and various subsets like the Lot Boys and Tray Line, the gang's affiliation with the Bloods is evident through the colour red, hand signs, and tattoos. Members are known to tattoo themselves with the letters "B" and "H" which refer to "Bounty Hunters" and also use the letters in hand signs. BOUNTY HUNTER BLOODS VS GRAPE STREET CRIPS The famous urban peace treaty of 1992 between the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods and Grape Street Crips has officially crumbled. This peace treaty aimed to reduce the deaths of innocents and shootings between these rival gangs, has now given way to an increase in violence. This has resulted in a series of shootings of unending retaliation from both sides. The community, burdened by a history of gang related violence, now suffers from a rise in deadly shootouts, further complicating efforts to maintain order. The escalating situation causes issues for the community, for example, recent incidents, such as the tragic killing of Jason Harrison, an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of mounting tensions. This incident shows the destructive impact from the end of the treaty. Tensions rising within the region, as the neighbourhoods endure a level of violence not witnessed since the initial signing of the peace treaty in 1992. The end of the truce has not only reignited issues between the gangs, but has also exposed a leadership void within the Grape Street Crips and Bounty Hunter Bloods, leaving the neighbourhood in a state of uncertainty. Challenges of restoring peace and stability in this troubled area has become complex. The Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods during the beef are developing under new leadership, with resources crippled from the aftermath the gang looks for new ways to profit amongst the violence and return to the streets. RIVALS & ALLIES Bounty Hunter Bloods rivals include Grape Street Crips, Ten Line Gangster Crips, Holmes Street Watts Crips, Bacc Street Watts Crips, Front Street Watts Crips, Fudge Town Mafia Crips, 117 Street Watts Crips, 108 Watts Neighborhood Crips, East Coast Crips and all Compton Crips. BHB have a close alliance with Hacienda Village Bloods and Circle City Pirus and very rarely with PJs Watts Crips, due to their common hatred for Grape Street Crips. Members have also been seen together with other members of multiple other Blood sets. TRAY LINE The Smash Gang Clique is a fairly new clique, and the biggest clique in the Bounty Hunter Bloods group, created by KaydoOsama and others, made up of younger members. The name of this clique explains a lot, they are the main shooters of the gang and they take all of the consequences behind it. The clique houses multiple hood trophies, shooters and money oriented individuals and incarcerated members down in Bolingbroke Penitentiary. The clique is now formed by the youngest members of the gang who were left behind after the Operation Bounty Hunter, performed by the Sheriff Department's OSS Unit. LOT BOYZ Lot Boyz Clique is one of the older cliques that suffered from a loss in members due to socioeconomic reasons and the aftermath of the rivalry with Grape Street Crips. The clique is believed to be ran by VonWicK, rumours are that the male is also one of the main figures in Bounty Hunter Bloods leadership. Although not as ruthless as the Smash Gang Clique, members of Lot Boyz are known to have been involved in notorious robberies and deadly shootings. It is common knowledge that multiple members of this clique are involved in the music industry.
  2. This thread will follow the development of Veronica "Roja" Sanchez, an impoverished Forum Drive local who becomes entangled with The Harvard Park Brims street gang.
  3. EASTSIDE BLOODSTONE VILLAINS The East Side Blood Stone Villains [BSV, ES BSV, Villains] are a predominately African-American street gang located on the Eastside of Los Santos in an area commonly referred to as the Low Bottoms, or Evil Side 50s. The East Side (E/S) Blood Stone Villains are a long-standing African American street gang located in the southeast of Los Santos, San Andreas. Their neighborhood spreads from 50th Street to East Forum Drive.; a thoroughfare located in the heart of their territory. The Blood Stone Villains are a combination of three separate cliques: The 52nd Street Bloodstone Villains, 56th Street Bloodstone Villains, and the 57th Street Bloodstone Villains. The gang is filled with all different types of races such as Latino, Asian, and African-American with some members of the gang even being white. The gang has been around since the late 1970’s they were one low and were on the verge of going defunct I guess you could say, but recently in the last couple of years, the membership of the gang has continued to grow with the younger generation beginning to gangbang and push the Blood Stone Villians gang. Members of the gang can be seen on Social Media from time to time as the younger generation is also on Instagram dissing and taunting their enemies. Acting Attorney Kemonte Grant announced on Tuesday the indictment of 12 members and associates of the “Blood Stone Villains” or “BSV,” a violent gang linked to crimes and shootings that have taken place in the Southside of Los Santos. These crimes and charges were linked to several violent acts and crimes including a November 2019 murder of a 43-year-old man, the attempted murder of a Los Santos Police Officer in January 2020, and a June 2021 shooting that wounded several innocent people on Roy Low Street, including a 12-year-old boy who was critically injured. “We can and must end gun violence in Los Santos, and this latest indictment reflects our commitment to doing so,” said Attorney Kemote Grant. “We are using every tool and resource at our disposal to keep the residents of Los Santos safe. ”In late 2019, acting on intelligence from the Los Santos Police Department about alleged gun violence by “BSV” members, the Division of Criminal Justice Gangs & Organized Crime Bureau began investigating the gang and its alleged leader, Joshua White, a/k/a Jojo” or “Jo" The investigation led to numerous arrests last summer as violence linked to BSV escalated during the COVID pandemic. Investigators—who had already arrested Jojo and five associates in connection with the December 2019 murder, the attempted murder of the police officer, and another prior shooting—arrested 10 more alleged BSV members beginning two days after that shooting. It is alleged that the Blood Stone Villains, under the leadership of Jojo, controlled heroin and cocaine distribution in the area around the Del Perro area in Los Santos. Jojo allegedly gave orders to lower-ranking BSV members to carry out acts of violence against rivals on behalf of the gang. In addition to being charged with other defendants in first-degree counts of murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit murder, Jojo is charged with first-degree leader of a narcotics-trafficking network and first-degree promoting organized street crime. “NIGGA I'M FROM EVILSIDE" The Evil Side 50s was founded after one of the members passed away due to a shootout with the Los Santos Police Department. The Evil Side 50s is a predominately African-American street gang subset of the known gang. This subset is a small clique made up of younger individuals in the gang. They stay on the same turf as the gang does. Although they operate differently, they share the same enemies and allies that the current gang does. They are young affiliates who have no OG to look up to. They are hotheaded and ruthless. The Evil Side 50s are trying to find their guidance and will do anything it takes to make money. Members of Evil Side are mostly young teenagers who are extremely reckless and will go to any length to impress others and demonstrate the gang lifestyle. They took the name Evil Side after a member from the set passed away, they wanted to continue the loved member’s legacy and continue to keep his name and legacy around so that’s how the subset came around. They are known to operate on 50th Street in the Eastside. Members will do whatever it takes to make money around the hood and also will do whatever they have to do to prove themselves around the hood. They are big on respect and will do whatever they have to do to show the OG’s around the hood they are meant for this and that they want to be a part of this dangerous lifestyle of gangbanging. Current members of the Evil Side 50s have participated in crimes such as robberies, shootings, and even credit card fraud scams due to their attempt to come up and make money by any means they possibly can. They are usually always together or around in a group you will rarely find or see members from the Evil side by themselves as they tend to move in groups I guess you could say. The subset of the gang includes members from the ages of 14-19 as most of the members in the subset are fairly young and still new to this gangbanging life due to them recently getting their officials and put-on to the Blood Stone Villains. V.S.O.P The Bloodstone Villains have an Alliance with the surrounding East Side Blood gangs which form V.S.O.P. The gangs are listed as follows Bloodstone Villains, Mad Swan Bloods, Rollin 20 Outlaw Bloods, and the Bloodstone Pirus. Other blood gangs the Bloodstone Villains are friendly towards are the Denver Lanes and the Bounty Hunter Bloods. Under this Alliance they are at war with every Crip gang on the Eastside with includes the Avalon Gangster Crips, Four Pacc Gangster Crips, East Coast Crips, and the Neighborhood Crips (NHC), and some Gangster Crips. Back in the late 70’s The Bloodstone Villains used to be close allies with the Pueblo Bishop Bloods. The alliance would come to an end when a Pueblo Bishop Blood killed a high-ranking Blood Stone Villain member execution style, with that happening sparked an ongoing war between the two blood gangs.
  4. The Eastside of South Central is home to the humble, working class of Los Santos. Many of LS's history is found in this area due to many of its buildings originating in the early to mid twentieth century. Due to this area being the most Northern part of Eastern South Central, there are smaller numbered streets, which denotes the name "Low Bottoms." Other than the community aspect of the Low Bottoms, this area is also known to the most violent and treacherous gangs in South LS. Blood gangs like the Rolling 20's Outlaw Bloods, Rolling 30's Bloodstone Pirus, All For Crime Bloods, Rolling 40's Bloodstone Pirus, Bloodstone Villains, and the Pueblo Bishop Bloods dominate the area as compared to the Crip gangs in the area. There is also a strong presence of Hispanic gangs in the area, such as the Primera Flats 13, 38th Street, Clanton 14th Street, Ghetto Boyz 13, Mid City Stoners 13, East Side 13, and Locos Park 13. This racial divide in the area has formed numerous bloody rivalries between the African Americans and Latinos in the area. Due to this, many African American gangs in the area push or claim "MK" or Mexican Killa, and vice versa for the Hispanic gangs in the area. The Eastside Rolling 20's Outlaw Bloods or Eastside Outlaws (OLS) are a majority African-American gang located on the Eastside of southern LS. Their territory stretches from 20th Street to Jefferson Boulevard, located in between Main Street and Central Avenue. Due to popular belief, the Eastside Outlaws and the Neighborhood Rolling 20's Bloods are often grouped together, despite them being two completely different gangs. The truth is— the two gangs are completely unrelated and are on two different areas/side of town, with the Eastside Outlaws being located in the Low Bottoms and the Neighborhood Rolling 20's Bloods being located in the West Adams area. The Rolling 20's Outlaw Bloods are strong allies with Rolling 30's Bloodstone Pirus, Neighborhood Rolling 20's Bloods, and the Bloodstone Villains. For the most part, they are neutral with many other blood gangs in the area, due to the politics with their allies. Their rivals in the area include the 4 Pacc Crips, Avalon Gangster Crips, Broadway Gangster Crips, and their most bitter Mexican rivals the East Side Trece or East Side 13. In areas outside of the Low Bottoms, the Eastside Outlaws are also rivals to all Neighborhood Crip (2x) gangs and most Gangster Crip (3x) gangs. In modern times, the new generation of the Rolling 20's Outlaw Bloods have found different ways to represent their neighborhood as well profit off of their neighborhood. They can be spotted sporting apparel from Major League Baseball teams like the Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers, and Boston Red Sox. Outside of tangible representation, the Outlaws are also responsible for a decent amount of weapon and drug operations in the area. Much of the distribution of drugs like marijuana, cocaine, codeine cough syrup, heroin, and opioids are at the hands of the Eastside Outlaws. In addition, the conflicts in the area have remained the same over the course of years. There is still strong racial tension in the area, racially dividing the black and brown communities in the Low Bottoms even more. One major event that led to the increasing racial wars in the area was a tragedy known as the 49th Street Massacre. Allegedly the massacre was a response to the murder of a member of the Rolling 30's Bloodstone Pirus, who's name is going to be disclosed. In retaliation, a member of the Bloodstones took it upon himself to go to 49th street in the Low Bottoms and open fire on a group of Hispanic people, which included a child. Allegedly, he stood over the child also. It was also found that later that night, he also killed another Hispanic man in the area to top of the murders he had committed earlier that day. This event would spark an ongoing war between the East Side 13's and the Rolling 30's Bloodstone Pirus, which dragged the Eastside Outlaws into it due to them having a strong alliance with the Bloodstones. There have been numerous bodies on both sides, resulting in a never-ending cycle of hatred between the two sides. The Bloods gang was formed initially to go against the influence of the Crips in Los Santos. The rivalry dates back to the 1960s when Dedrick Reynolds and several other Crips confronted Pierre and Khalil Homan, students at P.R.I.D.E. High School in Los Santos, San Andreas. In response to the attack, Rob, who lived in Chamberlain, established the Piru street-gang, the first "Bloods" street gang. Homan established the West Piru street-gang. The Bloods street-gang was initially formed to provide members protection from the Crips. Many of the non-Crip street-gangs used to call one another "blood". On June 17, 1972, shortly after a concert 20 youths belonging to the Crips attacked and robbed Eric Garnett Jr. outside of Vinewood Palladium. Garnett was beaten to death after he refused to give up his Air Jordans. The sensational media coverage of the crime and the continued assaults by the Crips increased their notoriety. Several non-Crips gangs formed during this period were no match for the Crips and they became concerned with the escalating Crip attacks. The Pirus, Black P. Stones, Lynne Park Boys and other gangs not aligned with the Crips often clashed with the Crips. On August 12, 1972, three months after Garnett's murder, LaTrae "Gator" Garret was murdered by a Westside Crip. This marked the first Crips murder against another gang member and motivated non-Crip street-gangs to align with each other. The Brims struck back on September 9, 1972, by murdering John Wright, an original Westside Crip. By late 1972, the Pirus held a meeting in their neighborhood to discuss growing Crips pressure and intimidation. Several gangs that felt victimized by the Crips joined the Piru Street Boys to create a new federation of non-Crips neighborhoods. This alliance would transform into the "Bloods". The Pirus are therefore considered to be the original founders of the Bloods.
  5. The East Side (E/S) Mad Swan Bloods is a based African American street gang. The Swans, also known as "Park Bandits," were founded in 1973. Their original name was the "77 Main Street Swans," and their area stretched from 77th Street which is now "Capitol Boulevard to Strawberry Boulevard. Surrounded by Crip rivals, the 84 Main Street Swans defected from the gang and later joined the Main Street Mafia Crips in the late 1970s, becoming bitter rivals. The Innocence Family Gang and the Ganton Park Family Bloods, collectively known as the "Family Alliance," have a tight friendship with the Mad Swan Bloods. The Swans then carried on his legacy by establishing many new gangs as well as sets under the gang. When it comes to the Madd Swan Bloods, they are located on the Eastside of South Los Santos but can be seen around different areas of South Los Santos. The Madd Swan bloods are broken down into different sets, and these sets consist of the 77th Street Madd Swan Bloods, the 79th Street Madd Swan Bloods, the 80th Street Madd Swan Bloods, and the 84th Street Madd Swan Bloods. Although the Madd Swans are one of the largest Swan subsets, there is also the Neighborhood Family Swan Bloods. The Neighborhood Family Swan Bloods emerged from the abyss along with the Madd Swan Bloods, but they kept their own identity, despite the shared name with the Madd Swans. The Neighborhood Family Swans get their name because of their alliance with the Madd Swan Bloods and their alignment with the Neighborhood and Family Bloods umbrella. The Mad Swan Bloods and the East Coast Crips have had a very violent rivalry since the beginning of both gangs. On February 2, 1990, a shooting broke out between two parties. Allegedly, two unaffiliated males were standing, sporting the color blue, a popular color worn by Crips. Within moments, a green Cadillac drove past the group, doing a double take after seeing the male's blue attire. The driver then pulled into a burger restaurant parking lot and hopped out, making his way toward the group. Upon the shooter's approach, the male began unveiling a weapon from his right side. Once the three males spotted the weapon, the group of young boys then took off running. The shooter then started firing at the group, supposedly, while the male was shooting, he shouted, "This Madd Swans!" and kept sending shots at the group. The male appeared to be firing a .22 caliber pistol from a distance of approximately 30 feet. Although the male missed many of his shots, he eventually struck one of the males in his lower back, killing him. When you think about this situation in today's time, this un-called-for murder was probably a result of the rising "color-banging" epidemic back in Los Santos during the early 90s. For those who are not familiar with color-banging, it is the idea of "banging on" someone who is wearing the colors of your opposition. For example, if someone were to wear blue or red in the 90s, they would have most likely been subject to gang violence because of the color they are wearing. In the sense of now, color-banging is seen as a pre-historic idea. It was abandoned as the years passed because of how "silly" the idea is. In today's time, you will see bloods dressed in blue and crips dressed in red. The Madd Swan Bloods are closely allied with the Neighborhood Family Swan Bloods, Innocence Family Gang, Ganton Park Family Bloods, which is known as the Family Alliance or Family Gang. The Madd Swan Bloods are in deep rivalry with a couple of different gangs in South Los Santos as well. They mainly beef with ALL CRIPS but mainly the 18th Street Gang, Avalon Gangster Crips, Kitchen Crips, Main Street Mafia Crips, East Coast Crips, and Pueblo Bishop Bloods. Although they have had beef with the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods, in recent years they have made efforts for peace. Many rising stars coming out of the Madd Swans are coming together and forming relationships with other stars coming out of the Bounty Hunter Rancho Blood Gang. The background of the beef with the Bounty Hunter Rancho Bloods may coincide with their politics because it is believed that the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods are too friendly with other crip gangs, but there is no public reason behind the beef. (( OOC INFO )) We do not condone rulebreakers of any kind and we are only accepting players who have an understanding of gang roleplay to avoid problems with quality control. The E/S 77 Madd Swan Bloods faction is based on the concept of the real-life Madd Swans Bloods gang in Eastside South Central Los Angeles and will be portrayed as such within the lore guidelines. If you wish to join or have any questions about this concept you can shoot a forum PM to our leadership: @KillSwitch @StretchSome @2letters@On Blawds
  6. 52 Pueblo Bishop Bloods Hood Day Pueblo Bishop Bloods, also known as PBB, is a longstanding street gang based in the West Side of South LS. They take their name from the housing projects near the Tahitian Complex & Carson Avenue. Their territory, often referred to as the "Low Bottoms," is well-known in the area. The gang was formed in 1972 by "Bobby Lavender" in response to the killing of his friend "Skip" by a rival gang called the East Side Crips. Over time, the Pueblo Bishop Bloods have evolved from a street gang into a more organized criminal group with over 300 active members. They exert control over the front of the Residential Tahitian Complex area through intimidation and acts of violence against residents and rival gang members. They are commonly referred to as the 92/52 Pueblos Bishop Bloods or the "50s To The Dubs." Rivalry with 38th Street Allies & Rivals The Pueblos have forged an alliance known as "Bebop Watts Bishop Bloods" or "Bebop Watts Bishop Bloods" with the Bebop Watts Bloods. They have also established a truce with the Avalon Gangster Crips due to their shared enmity towards the Blood Stone Villains. However, this alliance has caused resentment among many blood gangs in South Los Santos. Their main rivals are the Blood Stone Villains, which has resulted in one of the longest-standing feuds between blood gangs in Los Santos. This conflict has led to deadly gang-related shootings and innocent bystanders getting caught in the crossfire. Other adversaries include the Mad Swan Bloods, 48 Gangster Crips, E/S 42 Gangster Crips, E/S 43 Gangster Crips, and the 6 Pacc East Coast Crips. The Five-Deuce Bishop Bloods also have a very tight alliance with the South Side Florencia 13 gang despite Nine-Deuce having a rivalry with them, F13 affiliates and Five-Deuce members even recorded a music video together. 7. The Cedar Block Piru is a street gang that first appeared in the Roy Lowenstein, South Central in the early 1970s. The Cedar Block Piru Gang was established to address the social and economic problems that its members faced, such as poverty, a lack of opportunity, and prejudice. The Black Power movement and the advent of further street gangs in the South Central region had an impact on gangs as well. The Bloods, a more significant street gang that originated in Los Angeles in the 1960s, include the Cedar Block Piru gang. The Bloods operate on a "territorial" basis and are structured around a leadership hierarchy like other street gangs. This implies that gangs have the right to seize particular regions or "territories" as their own, and that they may use force to protect and consolidate their control over those regions. Red is a color that members of the Cedar Block Piru Gang frequently don to show that they are Bloods. As the first letter of "blood," the letter "B" is occasionally employed as a symbol of gang membership, along with the Cincinnati red cap. Gangs are known to engage in drug trafficking, robberies, extortion, and other criminal activities to make money and gain control. Over the years, the Cedar Block Piru gang has been associated with a number of violent occurrences, including assaults, stabbings, and shootings. The Crips, another significant street gang in the South Central area, and other gangs are known to engage in violent turf conflicts with them. In South Central, there has been a rise in crime and violence, which has had a terrible effect on nearby neighborhoods. In an effort to stop the illegal activities of the Cedar Block Piru gang, law enforcement authorities have been active, leading to the arrest and punishment of numerous members. Recent gang violence prevention measures and community engagement activities in the South Central area have been made in an effort to deter young people from joining gangs. 8. Morning Wood Despite being an affluent neighborhood, Morningwood has been facing a growing issue of crime in recent years. The community has seen an increase in theft, vandalism, and other types of property crime. Some residents have reported feeling unsafe and are concerned about the rising crime rate. Local authorities have implemented various measures to combat crime in the area, such as increasing police patrols and installing surveillance cameras. However, the issue remains a concern for both residents and visitors alike. The causes of the rising crime rate in Morningwood are complex and multifaceted. Some attribute it to the influx of new residents and visitors to the area, while others point to socioeconomic factors such as poverty and income inequality. L.S.P.D states they figure the act of the Athens Park Gang breaking of the Athens Miller Jungles alliance, and fleeing up north, helped cause a horrific environment for the residents. Regardless of the cause, the community is working to address the issue, with residents and community organizations coming together to develop solutions and strategies to make the neighborhood safer for everyone. With a proactive approach and continued collaboration, Morningwood can overcome its challenges and continue to be a desirable and thriving community. Air It Out Functionz The Athens Park Bloods weren't always a gang. Back then, they went by The AP Boyz. The AP Boyz quickly gained notoriety in the Athens Park neighborhood, and their reputation for throwing wild parties and selling drugs made them popular among local youth. However, as their criminal activities expanded and they began to engage in more violent behavior, their reputation started to change. The AP Boyz began to be seen as a gang, and their influence in the community grew as they gained control of more territory and started to use force to maintain their position. In the 1970s, The AP Boyz officially became The Athens Park Bloods, aligning themselves with the Bloods street gang that originated in Los Santos. The gang's criminal activities continued to expand, and they became known for their involvement in drug trafficking, robbery, and other violent crimes. The Athens Park Bloods also engaged in turf wars with other local gangs, which often resulted in bloodshed and retaliation. Today, The Athens Park Bloods remain active in the Los Santos area and are considered to be one of the most violent and dangerous street gangs in the city. The gang continues to be involved in drug trafficking and other criminal activities, and their ongoing conflicts with other local gangs have resulted in a high rate of gang-related violence. Despite efforts by law enforcement and community organizations to address gang violence in Los Santos, the Athens Park Bloods remain a significant threat to public safety and continue to operate with impunity in many parts of the city. The Death Of Lady Muggz The death of Clairice Shelton, also known as Lady Muggzy (or Muggz), was a tragic incident that shook the Athens Park Blood Gang and the neighboring 118 Blocc East Coast Crip Gang in 2015. Shelton was a notable member of the Athens Park Gang, having started gangbanging at a young age of 14. She eventually began dating Jakobe Thorton, also known as J-Rocc, who was a member of the 118 Blocc East Coast Crip Gang. They had been involved in a secret relationship since their tenth-grade year and went public in the eleventh. However, J-Rocc never revealed his relationship with Shelton to his gang affiliates. When the 118 Blocc East Coast Crip Gang found out about their relationship and spotted them together, they gave J-Rocc an ultimatum: either he killed Shelton or be killed himself for betraying the gang. Unfortunately, J-Rocc chose to comply with their demand, and Shelton was brutally murdered. The incident was a grim reminder of the dangerous consequences of being involved in gang activities and the fatal risks associated with it. Shelton's death sparked outrage and mourning within the Athens Park Gang and the wider community. Many saw her as a victim of a senseless gang war, while others lamented the loss of a young woman with a promising future. Shelton was known for her fierce loyalty to her crew and her street-smart demeanor, which earned her the nickname "Lady Muggzy" or "Muggz". She was also known for her love of music, especially hip-hop, and was a talented rapper in her own right. Her death was seen as a great loss to the music community as well. In the aftermath of Shelton's death, both the Athens Park Gang and the 118 Blocc East Coast Crip Gang experienced heightened tensions and violence. The incident also highlighted the need for more intervention programs aimed at preventing gang involvement and supporting those who seek to leave gang life. Despite the tragedy, Shelton's memory lives on as a reminder of the devastating impact of gang violence and the urgent need for community-based solutions to address the root causes of gang involvement. The New School The Athens Park Bloods have a reputation for being one of the most dangerous and violent gangs in MorningWood, and even in Los Santos it's self. In recent years, the gang has become even more ruthless and reckless than ever before. While there are still some members who are smart and strategic, the vast majority of the gang's members are young and impulsive, driven by a desire for power, respect, and money. This has led to a rise in violent incidents, including shootings, stabbings, and robberies, as well as an increase in drug dealing and other criminal activities. Despite the efforts of law enforcement to crack down on the gang's activities, the Athens Park Bloods continue to be a force to be reckoned with in Los Santos. They have a tight-knit organization and a strict hierarchy, with the most senior members holding a great deal of power and influence over the younger members. This has allowed the gang to maintain its dominance in many areas of the city, and to continue to carry out its criminal activities with relative impunity. The Athens Park Bloods have been known to be involved in a wide range of criminal activities, including drug trafficking, robbery, extortion, and murder. They have been responsible for numerous shootings and other violent incidents in the city, and have a reputation for being highly dangerous and unpredictable. Despite the risks and dangers associated with gang membership, many young people in Los Santos continue to be drawn to the lifestyle and the perceived benefits of being part of a powerful and respected organization. The Athens Park Bloods, in particular, have a certain mystique and allure that is difficult for some to resist. However, the reality of life as a gang member is far from glamorous, and often ends in tragedy and loss. The continued presence of the Athens Park Bloods in Los Santos is a sobering reminder of the ongoing challenges faced by law enforcement and the community in combatting gang violence and its devastating effects on society. The Athens Park Bloods have a reputation for being one of the wealthiest and most powerful gangs in Los Santos. This is due in large part to their involvement in drug trafficking and other illicit activities, which have allowed them to amass significant wealth and resources over the years. Many of the gang's younger members have grown up in this environment, surrounded by the trappings of wealth and power. They often flaunt their expensive clothes, jewelry, and cars, and see the gang lifestyle as a way to maintain their status and reputation in the community. However, this lifestyle comes at a steep price. The Athens Park Bloods have been involved in numerous violent clashes with rival gangs, and many of their members have been killed or incarcerated as a result. The gang's involvement in drug trafficking has also led to widespread addiction and other social problems in the community. Despite these challenges, the Athens Park Bloods continue to be a major force in the city, and their influence shows no signs of waning any time soon.
  9. W/S Neighborhood Piru The Forum Dr Neighborhood Piru (NHP), also known as the Neighborhood Piru (NHP), are an active African-American street gang located on the West side of Forum Dr, Los Santos. Their neighborhood is centered around Chamberlain Hills, across Forum Dr, located in South Central, between All Swell apartment complexes and The Jungles (BPS). The Neighborhood Piru and the Campanella Park Piru are the only two gangs in South Central, to represent Piru. The Neighborhood Pirus, originally known as the Forum Money Boys, with history dating back as far as the 1970s. They fall under the Neighborhood/Piru brand, along with the Rollin' 20's Neighborhood Bloods and the Black P Stones, located in Forum. In 1969, the Pirus were created by teenagers and young black men based in South Central, Los Santos. The term originally refers to Piru Street, a residential street in Forum and neighboring Chamberlain Hills; it has been adapted as a backronym for Powerful Indestructible Revengeful United , or alternatively Powerful Indestructible Ruthless Untouchables. In 1969 the Crip alliance made by smaller gangs, the Pirus also joined, making a large "set" of the Crips. At that time, there were various sets throughout the region of Los Angeles, California. However, these sets were small groups of hustlers. In 1969, fifteen-year-old Raymond Washington started the Crips street gang with friends from his neighborhood on the East Side of South Central Los Angeles. The Crips began to attack hustler groups and cliques in order to create a larger organization Currently, the street gang known as West Side Neighborhood Piru are located in the projects of Forum Drive within Chamberlain Hills, engaging in drug selling, smuggling, use, and sales of weapons, among other illegal activities, in those regions. They currently carry out the same actions near Forum Dr (Chamberlain Hills). Officials assert that the leadership of this street gang is unknown, that there is scant information available about it, and that a new generation of neighborhood-piru youths are now in charge. The street gang refers to itself as "West Side Ps" and uses a number of other street terms that are still not widely known to the general public. Entertainment Big-Ru, Moki400 and BreezyP4, are American rappers, best known for being signed to 1Side Records, a music label started by Moki400 himself of the Neighborhood Piru. They are also known for being affiliated with the Forum Neighborhood Piru (NHP). 10. Askari 'MARLINk REDDBØY#1' Moore (Placeholder Image) Askari Moore is characterized by his profound desire to integrate himself into the narrative of his neighbourhood. Visibly he can be identified by his surprisingly short stature, standing at 5'5'' with double strand twists and a thin build. Audibly, you'll notice him from a mile away with his shrill voice, cracking whenever he gets too excited. Born into a family jammed up with gang affiliates, notably RonBrazy from Murder Park Families & OnSight from 74 Hoovers Criminals. Askari was guided into the gang life with ease, to the point some might say he is over-confident in his ability to control oneself in the ordinary stresses of the life. Despite this, he almost never takes himself seriously and is generally considered to be a non-factor. This doesn't stop him from yearning for the attention of the Murder Park Families big homies, going lengths only classified by crash dummy activities. His close family history is monotonous with a nuclear family facing similar pressures to most in the neighbourhood. Askari, deeply stimulated by the gang activity of his cousins and friends is pushing for his put on to Murder Park Families. Way before he expected anything to occur, Askari is met with a put-on as a result of tensions rising in South Central and his connection to RonBrazy, rather than the recognition of his devotion and stripes for the gang.

𝕻𝖗𝖔𝖑𝖔𝖌𝖚𝖊 DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr.’s story starts 3 Generations back . . . 1941, Tongan natives Kelekolio and Laaka Nukuʻalofa—husband and wife—legally immigrate from Nukuʻalofa, Tongatapu, Tonga to Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas, The United States of America—thanks to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ assist in the process. Kailao Nuku‘alofa was born on April 4th, 1943, at the Central Los Santos Medical Center; he was raised by two Mormon-convert Pacific Islander parents. Kailao grew up facing discrimination—socially and systemically—on the basis of his skin color in an era of high racial tensions, in spite of being a Pacific Islander and not of African American descent; racism pushed Kailao toward activism, inspiring him to pursue a degree in political science at the University of Los Santos, San Andreas (ULSA). October 15th, 1966, The Black Panther Party for self-defense (BPP) was founded by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale in Oakland, San Fierro, San Andreas—the BPP was a revolutionary organization with an ideology of Black nationalism, socialism, and armed self-defense, specifically against police brutality. The BPP formed in the midst of the Black Power movement and in response to failures of the Civil Rights Movement, turning it toward militancy. 1967, Kailao joined the BPP at age 23 early in the organization’s lifespan when numbers were low. Kailao increasingly involved\himself in political activism avidly that year, particularly for Black rights. Kailao legally changed his name to “DeMarcus” to both Americanize himself more and to identify himself synonymously with the Black Power movement. May 2nd, 1967, 26 panthers led by Seale from Oakland traveled to the Sacramento State House to protest the Mulford Act—a bill prohibiting the closed or open carry of loaded firearms. This event rapidly spread awareness of the BPP. The BPP pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of disrupting a legislative session. Kailao/DeMarcus was among the 26 armed men charged, putting him on the Federals’ radar. Kailao/DeMarcus rose to prominence within the BPP overtime. Following a complex history of interactions, Kailao/DeMarcus—a Malcolm X follower—met, fell in love with, started dating, and eventually married fellow activist—devout Martin Luther King Jr. follower—Malika Davis, a muslim African American female. They adopted Malika’s surname as the family name since it was more American than Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s. Multiple street gangs formed and rose to power to combat intimidation from white supremacy gangs. 1980s–1990s, an event known as the “Crack Epidemic” where cocaine flooded major Urban Centers across The Nation transpired. Early-1980s, Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika Davis purchased a house on Grove Street, Davis. Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika continued activism years into the Crack Epidemic . . . Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s parents Kelekolio and Laaka passed away at ages 71 and 77 due to old age. Divers socioeconomic factors—the Crack Epidemic, high racial tensions, a rising hate crime rate—pressured violence in inner-City neighborhoods, consequently skyrocketing the crime rate. Anti-crime legislation passed through congress and red taping policies negatively affected African American communities, which Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika duly protested against. Multiple street gangs rose to Power out of competition over resources. Particularly, The Crips were founded in 1969 by Raymond Washington and Stanley Williams at Fremont and Washington High School and they led the East and West Side Crips respectively. Williams reflected in his 2004 memoir Blue Rage, Black Redemption: A Memoir The Crips “depicted a fighting alliance against street gangs—nothing more, nothing less.” 1972,\ The Bloods federation formed out of numerous gangs’ collective bitter rivalries with The Crips. The Bloods. Innumerable Crip and Blood sets established themselves all over Los Santos, San Andreas. Bloods were outnumbered by Crips 3–1. Davis slowly transformed into one of America’s most notorious and dangerous hoods. 1970s–1980s, The Tongan Crip Gang (TCG) formed in Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas. Early-July 2002, Malika was announced pregnant. On February 8th, 2002, Felecia Davis was born. Early-July 2003, Malika was announced pregnant. On January 13th, 2003, Malik Azikiwe Davis, named after his mother, middle-name derived from Nnamdi Benjamin Azikiwe’s last name (the “Father of Nigerian Nationalism,” a Nigerian statesman and political leader considered a driving force behind the Nation’s Independence who served as the first President of Nigeria from 1963–1966). July 13th, 1988, Kailao/DeMarcus was found dead riddled with lead in the middle of Grove Street. Some suspect a white supremacy gang or FBI/CIA assassinated him. Malika slipped into a severe depression; Malika quit activism and took to an unhealthy degree of comfort eating fast and sugary foods. As if things could not get worse, on October 19th 1987, Black Monday—a financial crisis—triggered a wave of deleveraging with significant macroeconomic consequences; by February, the market lost 60% of its value and Malika fell below the poverty line, becoming eligible for the food stamp program. Malika got addicted to PCP to cope. DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr. was born on March 7th, 2010 at Central Los Santos Medical Center, bordered by Capital Boulevard, Crusade Road, Davis Avenue, and Innocence Boulevard within Los Santos, San Andreas. He was named after and in honor of his father. “Tāufaʻāhau”—DeMarcus Jr.'s middle-name—references a young Tongan warrior, strategist, and orator named Tāufaʻāhau who united Tonga into a kingdom in 1845. DeMarcus Davis Jr.’s last name is adopted from his widowed mother’s birth-name. DeMarcus Davis Jr. grew up in The Projects—the poverty-plunged Hellhole of The CIty of Davis—the Murder Capitol of Los Santos, trapped in a perpetual cycle of violence—flooded with narcotics and populated by gang-affiliated ballers and poser-bustas. DeMarcus Jr.’s father was raised Mormon and converted Malika to religion, so DeMarcus Jr. was born, raised, and still is a devout Mormon; while devout, DeMarcus Jr. is a “Mormon” by name only practically, besides how it affects his budding moral compass and his occasional prayers. In 2016, DeMarcus Davis Jr’s older brother Malik began banging with the TCG, around when DeMarcus was merely age 6. Malik earned the alias “Cane,” after proving to be a demon-child. Malik became the black sheep of the Davis family from a young age. However, in 2020 Cane ditched the gang after disagreement over the TCG’s future and direction with the O.G.s. Malik moved to New York City, New York with ambitions of becoming an East-side player. 2017, Cane joined the Murderous Mad Dogs Blood-affiliated street gang set based in New York, Brooklyn. DeMarcus Jr. loathed Malik for his betrayal of his hood and turning his back on his own family. To DeMarcus Jr., Malik is dead. 12. The Bounty Hunter Bloods (a.k.a. Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods), is a criminal gang of African-American youths originating from the streets of Rancho, previously labelled the 'Green Jackets' they had ended up becoming a set of Bloods after growing a rivalry with the Grape Street Watts Crips, they have essentially set a divide between themselves and the other half of the projects, meaning that the Bounty Hunter Bloods & Grape Street have shared the area throughout the conflicts they've faced. Due to the tense rivalry, criminal activity has recently started to rise in the area, with the Bounty Hunter Bloods participating in the following crimes: Drug Trafficking. Robbery. Murder. Burglary. Identification Theft. Car Theft. Kidnapping The Bounty Hunter Bloods have a wide range of gang related paraphernalia covering the streets, it is very apparent that the section belongs to them as they are often committing crimes around the area, being an overall nuisance to any of the locals who don't want their children growing up around the sort of behaviour they had displayed, with some murders going down all around Rancho, with some suggesting a temporary truce between both the Grape Street Watts & Bounty Hunter Bloods, however due to the amount of hatred they have for the Grape Street Crips, the violence has ensued in forms of fist fighting and sometimes shooting, depending on who pulls first. Rancho Politics in BHB. During the late stages of 1992, the big homies of the set had decided to make their first formal truce in the outgoing war between Grape Street Watts & the Bounty Hunter Bloods, the pair had formally signed a cease fire and came to mutual terms on how to co-exist regardless of the hatred they had, this peace had managed to hold strong till 2005, however as time went by the homicide ratings in Rancho began to go back up again as both sides were at conflict, both sides were ruthlessly shooting at one another whilst always being on alert. This beef has continued ever since 2005, however due to tensions dying down between both sets, there hasn't been any gunshots for a short while, they were naturally just avoiding one another and whenever they encountered it was primarily reduced to street brawls, and with Varrio Rancho having disappeared it has allowed them to focus more on their own territory and criminal activities which has resulted in a stable wave of crime. Lot Deuces Subgroup Lot Deuces is a subset originally formed by the OG Marion Banks (a.k.a. Whiplash) who was known for orchestrating certain fights, and being involved in crimes such as car theft, drug trafficking, and even robbery, he had formed the set bringing a group of younger African-Americans who were recently initiated into the set, in an attempt to give them the chance to show their capabilities within the set, whilst at the same time being prepared to do anything deemed necessary by their OG's. Lot Deuces were more recently involved in some street fights between Grape Street, this particular subgroup thrives on respect to those above them, whilst at the same time forming a close, brotherly bond with those working alongside them, he knew that younger individuals usually tend to steer more loyalty towards what they believe in, when they want to prove a point, this was used to Marion's advantage, the subgroup is considered to be very active around the projects, however after police investigating some of the things he was getting up to, he was sentenced to prison for life, meaning that Marion had picked a new leader to take the reins. It is rumoured that they still maintain contact with Marion, often phoning up or visiting at any given moment, it was clear to the other locals of the projects that the Lot Deuces subset has a lot of potential waiting for it. Bell Haven Subgroup The Bell Haven Subgroup is another subset within the Bounty Hunter Bloods, this group was originally formed by Rianna Page (a.k.a. Brazy Ri) who had originally gained notoriety in the set for extortion, kidnapping, and burglary, she had formed the Bell Haven subset after having held a discussion previously with Marion Banks, she was gaining a steady sum of cash from the fact she had started making revenue from rapping with the local industry, however in 2013 she was shot and killed by two members of Grape Street, leaving Marion to also make a decision as to who should lead Bell Haven. After long thinking, Marion had decided to assign a younger individual to lead the subset with the help of the Lot Deuces, since the group have held down a strong front with the Long Deuces, joining one another to either fight with Grape Street, or commit different crimes in smaller but firmer groups, with the skills that both Marion had taught Lot Deuces, and Rianna Bell Haven, the pair of subsets have functioned perfectly together. 13. E/S Clover Gang was originally formed by a group of Sureno's that had formed a small reputation within the street of Brouge Avenue, after both Front Street Watts Crips and the 103 Hard Time Hustler Crips were totally wiped from the local region, upon their dissipation one of the remaining jumped in set members had decided to reform the set on Brouge Avenue with the help of the local community, the rifa formed together through their life experiences and ultimately ended out forming as a gang of Sureno youths. East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods are a predominately African-American street gang based in the Roy Lowstein region, Davis in a community known as the Low Bottoms. They have been active in that area since the early 1970s before the Blood identity was even forged. Prior to Black gang resurgence during the very early 1970s, there was a gang in the area called Pueblo Players that was active since the 1950s. Upon reaching out to one another, and establishing a deep bond, both the E/S Clover Gang and the East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods had decided to effectively merge both of their sets together, the Pueblo Bishop Bloods control Roy Lowstein Boulevard whilst Eastside Clover Gang hold control over Brouge Avenue, both sets are currently defunct and are ultimately working together side by side flying green and red rags with one another. -- OOC Information -- This faction will follow the development of both the E/S Clover Gang & the East Side Pueblo Bishop Bloods, both sets currently operate on both Roy Lowstein Boulevard & Brouge Avenue, for anyone interested in learning more about the faction, you can find out more on our official discord https://discord.gg/4Scz2xTgKZ

  16. The Rollin' 20s Outlaw Bloods, otherwise called the Eastside (E/S) Rollin 20s Outlaw Blood Gang are an African-American road posse situated on the East Side of South Los Santos. The Outlaw 20s are a subset of the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods situated in West Side of South Los Santos. The two are various groups, however they are frequently mistaken for one another as a result of the Rollin 20s name. The Rollin 20s Outlaw Bloods neighborhood extends close to Adams Blvd and Central Avenues, the region situated in South East Los Santos is likewise alluded to as the "Low Bottoms." The Present Day Outlaws The Rollin 20s have since expanded into the Vinewood area making their reach extremely large. They remain as a small gang but as indictments and turf wars go down eyes have been centered on the group. The present day outlaws have grown to be ruthless. Ultimately they are allied with most Blood sets and would be rival with all Crip and Hispanic based sets and or gangs. The 49th Road Slaughter — On June 30th 2006, individuals from the Rollin 30s Blood Stone Pirus, a nearby partner, was outfitted with AK-47s as they started shooting at 49th and Focal Ave, in South Los Angeles; Killing 10-year-old David Marcial, his 22-year-old uncle Larry Marcial and Luis Cervantes, a 17-year-old neighbor. David's 12-year-old sibling was injured while riding his bicycle on the walkway and endured extreme nerve harm to his legs. The 49th Road Slaughter, is the consequence of the continuous quarrel between the Eastside Trece, Rollin 20s Prohibit Bloods, and the Rollin 30s Blood Stone Pirus. On Oct. 6, 2006, notable Moving 20s Prohibit part Tyree "Capone" Patterson, was killed by an Eastside Trece, which carried on the continuous fight. On Nov 23rd, 2006, Jorge Flores, an individual from the Eastside Trece was killed in reprisal of the Tyree Patterson murder, by an individual from the Rollin 30s Blood Stone Pirus.
  17. Foundation- The Black P Stones are an active and well-renowned African American gang locked on the East Side of South Los Santos, San Andreas. They were formed in 65' by a now deceased OG known as 2RaW that had moved from the East coast and settled in Los Santos, San Andreas. He was a well-known former member of the Black Stone Rangers before moving over to San Andreas. The Black P Stones consist of 2 sub-sets known as the Jungles and the Bity/City, They are located near the BJ Park and Chamberlain hills and going through Forum Drive to solidify their stomping grounds. Baldwin Park Stompin'-The Jungle Stone Bloods are set in the Baldwin Village Apartment Complex with the BJ Park REC right behind it. These are their known stomping grounds and the area is riddled with graffiti affiliated with the Black P Stones Clique all over. They are assumed to have over 100+ members in the area, possibly hitting the thousands if what is said is true. They are allegedly connected to a plethora of murders throughout South Los Santos, although this has yet to be proven true by the police and other sources. Dove Gang x Jungle Stone Bloods The Black P Stones and the West Adams have a relationship so tight that they were seen as 20s with the Stones claiming themselves as 20s when they had migrated to Los Santos, San Andreas. Before branching off from the Twenties into an entirely different gang while keeping the same tight knit connections they had before dropping the 20s Card. Because even though they had dropped the 20s card and transformed into an entirely different gang the 20s had no problem with them doing such, seeing the branch as a brother gang and helping them set up their gang, the influence of the 20s and Stones growing along the way. They have kept their connections and have been close allies since 2017-2021 and on. They are both known to go to each others hood days and post themselves on social media in group videos and photos as well.
  18. A music video by the up-and-coming Gudda Brvckin, who is a public member of the Madd Swan Bloods a/k/a Byrd Gang. THE ORIGIN STORY— The Mad Swan Bloods or Byrd Gang, are a blood gang located on the East Side of Los Santos, California. This gang is predominately African American, but in recent years the Swans have amassed a large amount of Mexican members, just like their counterparts, the Hoovers. This group was originally known as the Main Street Swans, but they eventually changed their name as well as their alignment after their original founder was murdered. Elvis Dexter, the original founder, was often seen hanging around some of the most original gangs in Los Santos. Surprisingly, Dexter was close in relationship with many of the Original East Crips in the early 1970's, but he eventually broke off and founded the Main Street Swans. Within a couple of years, Dexter was murdered in Manchester Park by the alleged Hoover Crips. THE ESTABLISHMENT— The Swans then carried on his legacy by establishing many new gangs as well as sets under the gang. When it comes to the Madd Swan Bloods, they are located on the eastside of Los Santos, but can be seen around different areas of South Los Santos. The two Swan Bloods gang come together to form the Family Swan Blood alliance. ALLIES & RIVALRIES— Together, these two street gangs share some of the same allies and rivals. The Madd Swan Bloods are closely allied with the Neighborhood Family Swan Bloods, Inglewood Family Gang, Centinela Park Family Bloods, which is known as the Family Alliance or Family Gang. The rivals of the Madd Swan Bloods are are in deep rivalry with a couple of different gangs in South Los Santos as well. They mainly beef with the 18th Street Gang, Avalon Gangster Crips, Kitchen Crips, Main Street Mafia Crips, East Coast Crips, and Pueblo Bishop Bloods. Although they have had beef with the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods, in recent years they have made efforts for piece. Many rising stars coming out of the Madd Swans are coming together and forming relationships with other stars coming out of the Bounty Hunter Watts Blood Gang. The background of the beef with the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods may coincide with their politics, because it is believed that the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods are too friendly with other crip gangs, but there is no public reason behind the beef. THE MSB'S VS. THE 6 PACC EAST COAST CRIPS— The Mad Swan Bloods and the East Coast Crips have had a very violent rivalry since the beginning of both gangs. On February 2, 1990 a shooting broke out between two parties. Allegedly, two un-affiliated males were standing, sporting the color red, a popular color worn by bloods. Within moments, a green Cadillac drove past the group, doing a double take after seeing the male's red attire. The driver then pulled into a burger restaurant parking lot and hopped out, making his way towards the group. Upon the shooter's approach, the male began unveiling a weapon from his right side. Once the three male's spotted the weapon, the group of young boys then took off running. The shooter then started firing at the group, supposedly, while the male was shooting, he shouted "Mad Swan Bloods" and kept sending shots at the group. The male had appeared to be firing a .22 caliber pistol from a distance of approximately 30 feet. Although the male missed many of his shots, he eventually struck on of the male's in his lower back, killing him. When you think about this situation in today's time, this un-called for murder was probably a result of the rising "color-banging" epidemic back in Los Santos during the early 90's. For those who are not familiar with color-banging, it is the idea of "banging on" someone who is wearing the colors of your opposition's. For example, if someone were to wear blue or red in the 90's, they would have most likely been subject to gang violence because of the color they are wearing. In the sense of now, color-banging is seen as a pre-historic idea. It was abandoned as the years passed because of how "silly" the idea is. In today's time, you will see bloods dressed in all blue and crips dressed in all red.
  19. Naeem Gresham https://face.gta.world/greatshaman Story so far (pre-context): Naeem Gresham grew up around the Brouge-born gang community with the pre-determined fate; following his peers into the gang life. He moved in to his grandparents house at the age of four after his parents lost custody of him due to lack of care and poor housing conditions, this move across the city at such a young age desensitized Naeem to the trials and tribulations of a penniless lifestyle. While his grandparents generally supported Naeem in his endeavours, the influence of the older gang affiliates on Brouge and Carson would push him to strive for admiration and approval. The older peers in his neighborhood and his lesser-minded friends pushed Naeem into the gang life; going so far as to encourage him to commit crime, in which he ended up in court-ordered Home Confinement for petty charges. Eventually being granted with a release from his Home Confinement, Naeem didn't take long to get back to his usual antics, the lust for money and the pursuit of respect in his neighborhood would make for enough excuses to act up in Naeem's eyes. Friends would describe Naeem as high-spirited, naturally unsophisticated & openly larger than life.
  20. Chamberlain Mafia Gangster Bloods The Chamberlain Mafia Gang (CMG), also known as Chamberlain Mafia Gangster Bloods (CMGB) are an African-American street gang mainly located at the Crystal Heights projects of Chamberlain Hills. They were established in the '70s, named after Chamberlain Hills a street between the Grove St and Strawberry Avenue. The gang was first established as a group to protect it's people from rival gangs in the area. (Allies and Rivals) The gang has had many close relationships with previous Blood gangs such as Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods and they have had an old conflict with the Rollin Crips. (Recent years) In recent years, the gang had seen it's numbers dwindle, with most of the Original Gangsters either dying, being locked up or pushed out of the area. The gang was also hit hard by a coordinated effor from the Los Santos Sheriff's Department & Gang Unit which saw it's numbers fall even further. Cousins Tyrus "Big Ty" Brown and Kai "Goldie" Simpson were raised together in the Crystal Heights Complex by Tyrus' uncle. Tyrus' uncle, an OG Blood, made sure the boys were brought up red. Surrounded by gangs and violence, the older members in the neighborhood taught the boys everything from car-jacking to armed robberies. It didn't take long for the two boys to experience their first taste of incarceration, with both doing long stints in juvenile detention centres and county jail. Both aged 21 and back in Chamberlain Hills for the first time in years, they found that rival gangs had pushed into the streets they once called home. With no OG's around, they decided that if they wanted to survive, they had to step up and revive the set on their own.

Khalil Manning - 16 Tiny Macho #4 a/k/a Spazz Known locally for his accomplishments in boxing, crash dummy like behavior and ill ways, Khalil Manning inhabits Brouge Avenue. His nickname, Tiny Macho, stems from his brawling inside and out of the ring, despite his frail, featherweight build. Khalil was given this nickname by his coach at a young age. His peers also like to call him Spazz, for similar reasons. He is often seen around Suge Ray, his little big homie. On August 23rd, 2019 a video of two teens fighting in the halls of Palm Valley's High School reached the local news network. One of the teens involved was Khalil. In the video you can see Khalil getting his lights knocked out by his peer. The short-lived fight was spectated by a small gathered crowd, they verbally induce the fight on. The video is still available on YouTube to the public, titled "PVHS packouts (crip vs blood)". Rumors say that after the video was published, Khalil and a couple of other teenagers from Carson Avenue jumped the other student, who was seen in the video beating on Khalil. Khalil's grandfather, Cody "Spanking" Manning, was a prominent amateur boxer, known nationally. His boxing career was cut short after a fatal walk-up left two young men, affiliated with the Bounty Hunter Bloods, dead and Cody paralyzed from the waist down. Cody was not the intended target, but was a witness on scene.
