one of the factions in your thread being one i solely lead, I'll say that after reading through your post carefully, i somewhat get what point you're trying to make about fresh alts from faction A immediately going in on members beefing faction B. obviously at least with my faction, we tend to enforce rules about so-called metagaming and make it habit that you can only act upon something if you know/been told icly. i see what you're trying to get at here in general tho.
