That’s not possible, while saying way into Paleto bay takes an hour might be “more realistic”, it would cause more unrealistic problems. The time is consistent for all. As example. You’d be hanging out with me and I’d drive someone from LS into Paleto and back, returning for you. While for you, I’d be gone just around 20 minutes, for me I’d be gone for 2 hour. Despite in the world time would advance just 20 minutes. Also it would make pretty much useless SD and FD stations there, because if you RP every time passes an hour when you go to LS, that just doesn’t makes sense. tldr, this is a game. We should RP what’s in actual game.

I have the same all the time. Pressing ctrl + alt + del, opening task manager and tabling back into game usually solves it
