No. The game is still unoptimized and people shoot 20 rounds at someone in order to take them down script wisely. The idea is nice but right now it shouldn't be implemented.

Most of the time it is the lag. I've had people PM me saying ((Why did you not RP that crash?)) when I didn't hit anyone on my screen. But yes I agree that people drive unrealistically on this server, they go 120MPH for no reason on public roads and never yield at intersections.

Do you have an SSD? I had the same issue as you but it disappeared when I decided to buy an SSD and install my OS in it.
