@young., Never solved, the only solution to the problem was to delete them old characters from the UCP. Admins were not even able to CK my characters. I had an asset transfer and now I'm set but with new characters.

Tried waiting for awhile, it did not work and even if I download the XML files the menu does not open at the surgeon. Checked off advanced CEF rendering, still no luck. What I find weird is that everything is loaded and working fine on my 3rd and newest character I made yesterday, I can go buy clothes, go the surgeon everything is fine and menus opens like they should. However my 2 other characters are fucked, maybe I should request for asset transfer and delete them?

So I deleted my least important and played character, which he didn't had much anyway. And everything's working fine with this character, however my two other characters are stuck on Ped Model only.

My friend and I wanted to get back into GTAW after a few years off (2018), when we logged in today all of our character's appearance (skin) was reset to the default free mode skin. We tried going to the surgeon but our characters are just stuck in an anim with no menu popping off. When we go to a clothing store and choose the Advance Skin it doesn't work either, it's like we can only choose a PedSkin. I even tried to manually select the free mode skin but no luck, still uncustomisable. I did a few /helpme but nothing helped really. I /report and Noobie told me that I wasn't in a store to change char, but I can't find where else I should go. I tried restarting the game, multiple times it didn't fix it either. I don't know what else to do besides deleting my chars and creating new ones at this point, I just hope there's a less aggressive way to fix that.

FOR a better rental system. Rentals are used unrealistically and to commit crimes. Here's a suggestion to revamp the rental system: - Make people rent the car for a certain amount of time, ie: 24h, 48h or 72h (etc) - The car shall be registered to the person for the police to search it up, could be registered as a location. - We could add to the ability to return the vehicle before the location is over. - May not rent more than a single car at a time. - Higher price to rent, ie: $5,000 / day. - You have to /vpark your car and use it carefully. So people still can rent a car but also has the responsibilities of having a car.
