Fixed it by using VPN. The problem was that my connection rejected access to the updater, corrupting some update files. Thanks for the help!

All was fine this morning when I played but then I restarted my laptop for a breather then RageMP stopped working. I tried looking at RageMP forums but I couldn't find a solution other than tinkering with firewall and verifying game files (both I have done to no avail). I launched the updater and waited it to finish, also to no avail. Help please.

Personally I'd ask such people ICly why they were walking around with a HT and the sort. The /r everywhere mentality exists because people got carried away with having /r in the first place, and had no one to remind them both ICly and OOCly that what they're doing was (at times) PG and-- abnormal? I agree with the rule to force people who use radio to have a clothing item on them, could be the waist radio, shoulder-mounted, or even an earpiece. Anything to signal others that you're carrying and using one. Hell, maybe even add a floating text above people's head (only accessible to a person standing literally next to the respective radio) to show radio conversation for certain radio types.

Still stuck. The files are downloaded okay, but the it stuck when compiling client side scripts. Whatever those are. Can't really tell when it works or not, tried it a lot too. In many cases I did it so many times to no avail.

Bumping this since this happens to me during peak server hours. I live in Indonesia (GMT+7) and it's mostly fine during the day, but literally can't play in the evening. Still haven't found a fix.

This. Of hundreds of thousands if not millions of SA residents, are you sure that no one acts like a certain character? Just because you rarely see a character doesn't mean they don't exist. I personally gear my characters to be more updated with 2020s immersion but if someone wants to RP someone who's stuck in the past, I'd let them.
