Gagimir started following Relay hotlines to discord
-
General Idea Relay faction hotline messages in to a dedicated discord channel for logging, ensuring that more hotline messages get seen and answered in a timely manner. Much akin to the ic-advertisements in the main GTA:W discord, for example. How will this benefit the server? It'll allow factions to log, answer and archive hotline messages more efficiently, most likely eliminating most failures to respond due to a lack of online members or simply overlooking the call. Detailed Description: With the current situation, newly-bought aircraft have the same index style as cars and bikes, meaning three letters and three numbers: Eg. ABC123. The format of tail numbers that's currently in use is N-three numbers - Two letters: Eg. N123AA. The only way to change it is by purchasing a plate change token on the UCP, which may discourage owners of newly-bought aircraft from sticking to the format. And they can't be blamed for that. Relevant Commands/Items: Up to the development / admin team. - Utilize existing commands. How will it benefit the server: Most active pilots, LE Agencies, Factions and businesses use the N- Standard for tail numbers. This change would make all tail numbers uniform.

Detailed Description: Add a binoculars item, something along the lines of the currently added camera, minus the ability to take pictures (Screenshot circumvention aside, everyone has a smartphone camera nowadays). Relevant Commands/Items: Binoculars item, /binoculars (currently has two animations, binoculars1 and binoculars2). How will it benefit the server? I think it'd be useful for generally everyone. Having a coresponding item / script for an already added animation seems reasonable enough in my opinion. Sometimes you'd just prefer not to use a camera to zoom in or observe whatever it is that you're observing.

Ability to disable automatic animation/s when doing /camera command.
