  1. No. I haven't been contacted by anyone regarding it.
  2. Lowering the speed limit is not the way to go. People who follow the current 50/80/100 mph limits don't cause any issues. It's the ones that go 100mph in the city that do. The current limit, at least within the city, is okay and if you follow it you'll have enough time to notice other traffic. Driving at 50mph is already almost like going like a snail, so reducing it will be more annoying than helpful tbf. Going back to the '100 mph drivers', I think there should be some OOC punishments handed to players who do that with no apparent IC justification. Also, there should be more OOC consequences/punishments for people that just simply void car crashes/traffic collisions (happens too often tbh). Maybe the rules could be amended too to remind/inform new and existing players that you should consider how your character would behave on the road. But ultimately, I think it would be the administration's job to define and enforce the standard (I don't think it's enforced enough atm). Of course, we can have some IC measures introduced as well, but I doubt they'd be effective as OOC punishments. I also really liked the idea of putting the active speed limit on the HUD. This would show what speed players are supposed to follow if they're unaware.
  3. Yeah I had done that a while ago. One of the support/admin team guys told me to do that, but it didn't help - the custom 4-digit number was still gone.
  4. Here's the response by Nervous (via the UCP): "Hello, your custom phone number is permanently linked to you in /stats. Please contact an administrator to get some help ingame about it. You have to /applycustomnumber ingame." According to them, the phone number should've stayed in my char's /stats even after the phone was no longer in possession. (though I think Nervous didn't understand what I was trying to tell them but still). How do you de-activate your phone again? And I think you're mistaken with the last part - I faintly remember my char getting robbed back in 2020 and then after buying a new phone I was able to transfer the old contacts + the number onto it (presumably with /applycustomnumber) though that char didn't have that custom number purchased with WPs (it was the randomly generated one).
  5. Thanks. And no, I didn't submit another donation ticket.
  6. I did a /report once again a month or two ago. The admin (forgot their name) said that they'll forward the issue and my discord to the devs. I wasn't contacted by any developer regarding this yet, so I believe they still haven't taken a look into it.
  7. I think You're good with that. I don't think there's really a need to write extensive backstories (i don't think you'll ever really look back on it and/or will forget most of the stuff that's written there). I mean it'll be easier to follow if you have convenient bullet points written out as opposed to a block of text. And I get Your point about the 'character story for faction admittance' - it's annoying.
  8. So every time I inquire about my issue via /report, as I was instructed to do by the person who handled my request on the UCP, nobody helps me. The /report remains on standby for a few dozen minutes before being demoted to a 'tester ticket' and then after a few dozen more minutes, a support member informs me that they cannot help me.
  9. Not really?. I've submitted the request and Nervous replied, however, I believe they missed the primary issue I'm experiencing with this. They told me to resolve this via /report in game. Though I tried doing that when I initially experienced this issue, but to no avail. So I guess I'll try resolving this IG again and let You know.
