tbh i think making the weather system a bit more diverse would be a good idea though, maybe have a system disconnected from real-life LA with percentage based weather situations throughout the week or day. Rain is really pretty and very well done in GTAV, and having some storms and such break up the constant monotony of sunshine that we have almost all the time would be nice.

hello ever since this feature has been added my (and perhaps a lot of other people's too) notifications bar has been filled with what can really only be described as spam while i see why this feature was added, it is now nothing more than a nuisance to a lot of us.* *pure assumption, i did not actually ask anyone please either remove it, or add an option for people to be excluded from "invite all" actions thanks :3

Not sure if it varies by car, but it takes weeks for my car to become noticably dirty and even longer for it to reach dirt level 15. Imho the dirtying rate is alright as it is Maybe make it dependent on the surface you're driving on though (or area, e.g. lower rate i the city but far higher rate in the countryside, if surface dependency doesnt work)

Detailed Description Both the Richman Mansion (also known as the Playboy Mansion) and the Kortz Center occupy a ~lot~ of space. However, both of those facilities are sparsely, if ever, used. I've only ever seen two Playboy Mansion Events since joining this community in 2018 and not a single Kortz Center Event at all. As such, I propose to replace both (or one) of them with places that'd be more useful for actual roleplay. One such example would be to replace the Kortz Center or Richman Mansion with the quite nice looking Liberty City Campus to expand ULSA and the factions RPing with them with new facilities and roleplay space, which could also be rented out for events when needed (Something ULSA already does). Another option, of course, would be to replace one (or both) with additional player housing. The surface area of the Kortz Center can easily fit a good part of Mirror Park and function as a gated community of sorts, providing relatively safe upper-middle-class housing to players. Lastly, one could move the Richman Mansion to where the Kortz Center is right now and free up the space for an ULSA-Expansion or additional housing that way, preserving Richman Mansion and the event space it provides (while also moving it away from ULSA, thus avoiding issues that occured last time an event was held there.) Relevant Commands/Items N/A How will it benefit the server? It'd create space more actively used, perhaps useful to the growing ULSA-Faction and/or the house owning community as a whole, depending on the option chosen. I can't deny the self-interest here, as it'd give Campus Security a larger area to work with as well (and thus more to do).

If you mean camping ATMs to rob people who withdraw money, yeah, I think that's forbidden. This is more about refilling them and robbing the transports that are refilling though. On that note, it could also add another aspect of cash scarcity to add some consequence to interrupting the supply lines and the federal reserve running out of money. Maybe trace-able bank note so they have to be laundered and cant immediately be put back in your own account. Oh, imagine the RP that could be had by (maybe then existing) financial crimes divisions for our current LEO factions.

Detailed Description Implementing a way to purposefully set off a car alarm without the need for lockpicks. Either by command or physically damaging the car. Relevant Commands/Items /triggercaralarm How will it benefit the server? People have been taken to vandalising cars since cars existed. For all kinds of reasons. It'd be great if those people could also trigger a car's alarm (if present) while in the process of vandalising it. It could also open up a couple of further ways for the illegal (and shady LEO) community to lure someone outside their home. Of course, there's the abuse possibility of checking a chain of cars for an alarm before trying to lockpick one of them. It could also perhaps be a good idea to introduce an RNG with this command, since it takes more than just touching a car to set off the alarm. I'm honestly not too sure at which point they trigger.

You somehow find a way to have people pay you. This can be done by offering advertisement banners on your articles to businesses, asking for donations and so forth.

It's simple. You just do it. Go to the "Online News" or "Blogs" section and create an IC thread for your media outlet. If you mean the https://forum.gta.world/en/forum/695-media-outlets/ Forum Section, once you're established IC and became an actual legal faction I think you just ask someone from LFM to put ur outlet in there. There's no OOC forms or anything you need to fill out to start something IC.

Though, the rest of San Andreas does need some love too, tbh. I mean, all kinds of things can happen out there and the place is barely patrolled as is, so I'm surprised to see it so empty when passing through there. /me is using Norton™ AntiVirus Plus Cybercrime could be pretty fun RP, yeah, and minor things like pickpocketing and such would be nice to do if people played along, but at the same time I can understand it if people get tired of constantly having their inventories emptied by others.
