I support this suggestion 100%, if it's such a big problem for SD/PD with phones being used realistic, implement a script for prison phones(one can report to staff once they have smuggled a phone in, showcase the RP, like we do with drugs or weapon and receive the phone through staff intervention) asap, until then, allow us to use the SMS function again.

Do it, there should be many car clubs around.
