tried that multiple times, it hasn't worked yeah I did that a few times but no luck the error keeps appearing

The game launches and everything but as soon as I'm in game, I get "Fatal Error: Resources did not get downloaded properly" and the game exits. I've tried uninstalling, resetting my PC, etc. but nothing works??
