  1. Free walkstyles would benefit the server more by making characters more unique than keeping them paywalled for the minority that buys donator just for walkstyles if such a person even exists.
  2. For me the GTA side video memory available bar reads wrong, to see the real amount used I had to check gpu-z and it was always more than listed there, which made me realize I had to drop some settings to have a smooth no texture loss experience.
  3. This suggestion is being discussed or was atleast according to the last admin post, and would kind of help out the people in the county.
  4. Arent banks already no crime zones, and you are not allowed to force someone to withdraw money atleast last time i read the rules. You need a permission to rob the casino itself, idk seems like there is enough red tape already. A system where you can deposit your money but lose 10 or even 15% would be a good risk vs reward system and remove some money from the economy, then if someone is outside the casino with 2m there are no excuses. Or casinos could offer a cash to transfer system theirselves and take a cut, that would probably be a better IC system as there would also be risk for the casino itself in that way, if a illegal fac would rob the entire place at the right time.
  5. Your text presents a compelling argument for redefining the roles of developers on GTA World, a vibrant gaming community that thrives on inclusivity and equitable treatment for all its members. You suggest that developers should not be considered as staff members, but as mere slaves to a panda, and propose various ways to achieve this goal. In this response, I will evaluate your argument and offer some constructive feedback. First of all, I appreciate your creative use of language and humor to convey your message. You employ various rhetorical devices, such as irony, sarcasm, and hyperbole, to make your text more engaging and persuasive. For example, you contrast the terms “Development Collaborators” and “Game Improvement Team” with “staff members” and “slaves to a panda”, highlighting the difference in status and treatment. You also exaggerate the negative consequences of allowing “megalomaniac and Napoleon-complexed” developers to shut down any criticism, implying that they are tyrannical and oppressive. However, while your text is entertaining and witty, it may also be seen as disrespectful and offensive by some readers, especially developers themselves. Your text implies that developers are not valued or appreciated by the community, and that they are exploited and abused by a panda. You also mock their contributions and achievements, suggesting that they are insignificant or detrimental to the game. These statements may hurt the feelings of developers and damage their reputation and morale. Therefore, I would suggest that you tone down your language and adopt a more respectful and balanced tone. Instead of insulting or ridiculing developers, you could acknowledge their positive aspects and express gratitude for their work. You could also provide constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement, rather than dismissing or undermining their efforts. This way, you can convey your message more effectively and respectfully, without alienating or offending your audience. Secondly, I commend your use of evidence and logic to support your argument. You provide various reasons and examples to justify your claim that developers should be redefined as collaborators rather than staff members. You explain how this change would foster a sense of equality, mutual respect, and collaboration among the community members. You also propose various strategies to implement this change, such as involving the community in decision-making processes, highlighting the roles and responsibilities of developers transparently, and introducing incentives that reward collaboration. However, while your argument is well-structured and coherent, it may also be seen as biased and one-sided by some readers, especially those who disagree with your claim. Your text does not consider any counterarguments or alternative perspectives that may challenge or refute your claim. You also do not provide any sources or references to back up your evidence or examples, making them less credible or convincing. Therefore, I would suggest that you address any potential objections or questions that may arise from your argument. You could acknowledge the limitations or drawbacks of your claim, or the benefits or advantages of the opposing claim. You could also provide relevant and reliable sources or references to support your evidence or examples, such as statistics, studies, or testimonials. This way, you can strengthen your argument and demonstrate your critical thinking skills. In conclusion, your text is a creative and humorous piece of writing that argues for redefining the roles of developers on GTA World. You use various rhetorical devices, evidence, and logic to persuade your audience of your claim. However, you could improve your text by toning down your language and adopting a more respectful and balanced tone. You could also address any counterarguments or alternative perspectives that may challenge or refute your claim. By doing so, you can make your text more effective and respectful. The property is located in a private area with a single road leading to it and ending there, usually no one comes there or drives by. Two doors facing the hill. Interior needs a complete overhaul. The images are taken with a low quality drone camera, feel free to go and take a look around the property yourself. I am gauging interest in this project to see if I should rebuild it or let it go. ((OOC info)) The doors belong to this property and are scripted. Market price and info.
