  1. Only logical conclusion, honestly.
  2. A song as old as the early SAMP RP Eras. It's just an elaborate excuse to DM, edit a 800x600 screenshot and put some purple text ontop of that low res image.
  3. PD and SD both have their 'rules' for the temp detention housing method. As already stated here on PD's side, I can clear up SD's side: it's a case of there being a genuine reason to house it and approval must be obtained from the watch commander; OOCly minimum rank of Lieutenant. There must also be sufficient proof to warrant an investigation. As others have stated, there is a genuine reason as to why someone is being held. As for your statement of nobody to RP with, I can't talk on behalf of PD but for SD you don't, or shouldn't, get sent to TTCF. You need to be housed in a station cell for those 48 hours. Whilst a lot of people do RP in stations, maybe not directly in the holding cell areas, you can always just use /doorme or /doorshout to gain peoples attention.
  4. It's fine. Edit: would've been nice to see other additions to Sandy beforehand, RPers in the area have been asking for legit property middle-class homes and such for years now.
  5. Main character syndrome.

    Neighborhood Safe.
  7. Keep both, please. TTCF for misdemeanours and low-threat crimes, prison for higher things. RP the prison as a high security prison.
  8. 'Under section 186.22 of the San Andreas Penal Code, a criminal gang is described as any organization or group of three (3) or more people that: 1. Has a common name or identifying sign or symbol; 2. Has, as one of its primary activities, the commission of one of a long list of San Andreas criminal offenses; 3. Whose members have engaged in a "pattern of criminal gang activity" either alone or together.'
