You talking like it's real life, surely you can just tell your faction leader if asked that you aren't too fond of such rp hence why you didn't get yourself involved and every normal human being would understand that.

If you don't like it like me just avoid it like me, boom problem solved. If everyone was doing that nobody would stand on the rooftop of a skyscraper, crying for attention for hours, but there's clearly people that like giving attention to those in need so people keep doing it since it seems to be a working method. 🤷‍♂️

They should remove the bonus entirely from all scripts and instead make it application based for /any/ business that struggles with incomes to actually reward owners that put more effort into their business than others.

Can always just make it so people don't actually get the full rent script and instead they just enter the property as a guest just like as if you'd enter any other property. If you want /pinv access to store items you could still go through the old system, or have the owner set up storage cabinets for you to use. The current script works if you looking to rent for a longer period of time as you get the owner to come around to show you around the property, answer questions, concerns or whatever it is. Now if you are just looking to rent something for a couple of days nobody would want to have that excessive, boring rp that's so time consuming on top and requires both parties to coordinate which can be super annoying at times when someone has to work at certain times and all this just over a few days of rent which isn't even worth the time of whatever the $ outcome would be. You can see it irl with Airbnb where everyone just uses key boxes as they don't want to come by the property for every single guest they are receiving when it's just about a few days, it's just way easier and less time consuming. But as you said there could also just be some extra settings added in to prevent abuses as much as possible. In the end I don't mind how it's getting implemented as long as there's a quicker and easier way of getting access to a property without the need of having the owner to be around.

Short Description: add purchasable key lock boxes which can be placed outside your property with a code attached to it that allows other players to enter the property by inserting the correct code into the box without the need of having the owner be around. Relevant Commands/Items: Key lock box from Hardware stores, /placelock (code), Other people press "Y" at the door and have a pin code pad appear on their screen in which they can tap in the code. Upon putting the correct code in you get teleported into the attached property How will it benefit the server?: Allows people to rp Airbnb freely without the need of having the owner around to hand out keys. Saves you from an endless amount of bothersome and boring OOC interactions. You can be in another state whilst allowing people access to your property through this system. Renting made easy and purely IC based with no need of OOC communication like: "When you be on to give me keys?".

This feels wrong, is going to impact your IC decisions. Imagine booking a flight over just to not lose your properties in another city 💀

Have the option available to be flown over by an actual real player pilot for like 50% off the usual script price to attract people who choose rp over just pressing one button at the airport which'd also give private jets an actual use outside of just costing an immense price.

If these are all players that left GTAW a while ago then why'd they stay on LCRP for a more extended period of time? In the end it's just a new map, same game they got burned out of, same range of community. 🤷‍♂️
