  1. I don't like the wobbling thing, it'd be fine on alcohol or on heroin, not on cocaine nor crack. Different consumption methods would be cool too, like snorting heroin or shooting it. If you could also use fractioned parts (i.e 0.5 gr), an heroin addict could cover his addiction by snorting low quantities every hour or so, calming his addiction without exposing himself as a zombie.
  2. Easy to say, hard to do. I've never come across any guns nor drugs. Why? Cause I RP a burglar so I break into fancy houses, not ghetto ones. Paradoxically right now the best you can find in terms of profit is in the ghetto houses. Do you? Haven't ever heard of it, nor any ad whatsoever. Gonna have to find you since I have a ton of stuff to sell.
  3. Short description: With a supplier and trucking system on its way to become a thing, smugglers can buy and sell wares. Burglars have someone to sell the various stuff they find and convenience stores, bars/clubs and clothing store owners can choose to operate legally or trust on smuggled/fake items to make a bigger profit as they cost less. Detailed description: Just like we have a guns and drug supplier system, add the smuggler. Although if the RP is correct there shouldn't be no limitations, ideally the smuggler would choose a path: either convenience/hardware stores, bars/clubs or liquor stores. The smuggler would be able to buy wares at a reduced cost since they are fake, or to sell convenience/hardware store stuff for a cheaper price since they're stolen goods. An example: A high ranking member of a triad has connections with Hong Kong and gets fake clothes and accesories for a cheaper price than a legal clothes shop supplier does. He then supplies a couple clothing stores around the city, which make a higher profit since their wares come cheaper. Another example: A Russian mobster leads a B&E operation and each week he gets from his men various convenience/hardware store stuff: cameras, bats, large bags, door locks... Once this mobster has gathered enough, he can request a meeting with his plug and sell the stolen goods on bulk for a cheaper price than shop price since they're stolen. Commands to add: If it's done via IC interaction like the drugs and guns supplier program, really there aren't many cmds to add. The same cmds that are to come (I guess) with the incoming supplier and trucking system can be used since items are items. Items to add: The same items that are to be added with the new trucking system should do. If a clothes shop, say, gets supplied by an object called "clothes crate", something like "clothes crate (F)" that indicates they're fake/smuggled so the owner doesn't get scammed like they're legit clothes and the cops can see them while being delivered. Ideally, once delivered to the store they can't be detected as fake. How would your suggestion improve the server? It definitely adds possibilities for illegal RP outside of the famous binomial guns-drugs. It adds a key feature to some criminal factions that IRL get much of their income from smuggling and counterfeiting. At the same time it makes burglary profitable so one more illegal path available to be followed. Additional information:
  4. Short description: A pawn shop where you can sell 24/7 stuff like cameras, bats, dufflebags, etc. At a lower price than the actual shop, of course. Detailed description: The /breakin system at the moment seems to be aimed to drugs/weapons robbing rather than the more general burglary. Paradoxically, the most luxurious condos, villas and bungalows /pinvs are empty, the most valuable stuff is in the hoodlums. The /breakin system should serve that purpose but also serve for the more general aspect of it: burglary. If a pawn shop or something like that was added, where you could sell cameras, bats, large dufflebags and such for a cheaper price, even if it's like $500 for a large dufflebag (shop price is 1.5k) it'd be enough for people to make some income out of it. Commands to add: None that comes to mind. You go to the pawn shop and press Y and instead of a buying menu popping up, a selling one would showing your character's inv. You choose the items and sell them. Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? I know the server wants to make and open new ways for illegal RP to flourish. Nevertheless, the most useful use of the /breakin system right now is to steal the guns/drugs stash of a house rather than burglary. However that hasn't stopped me from RPing already 3 or 4 burglaries that got me exactly $0 worth of scripted items, but I had great fun doing that as my character's criminal career and will keep doing it, however some incentive is needed. There are 2 factors that will prevent this idea from going too far: 1.- The /breakin script itself is admin monitored by that same reason, avoiding abuse. 2.- With the prices I suggested, it can't turn into farming. If people wanted the money they'd be doing straight farming jobs. Additional information:
