What? No. Just let them be?? But... I have noticed a large influx of them and it feels like some of them aren't actual characters in-game, which would be... against the rules?

Every single apartment and house in LS will have been broken into in 1-2 months if this was changed. There's just that many criminals, and that amount of houses. Let's do some math. (Bear with me, I'm terrible at it) Let's say there's 1000 people actively roleplaying criminals with or without a faction. Let's say 10% of these, decide to have break-ins be one source of roleplay and revenue. That's 100 people. Let's say they do a realistic amount of break-ins per month, something like 4. They squeeze one in every week. Seems reasonable right? That would mean that in just 8 weeks, 3200~~ properties would've been broken into. There are according to the UCP, 7103 properties on gtaw. If that counts businesses, then I'll dare to say almost half of all residences will have been broken into by the 2nd month. Which means after 4-5 months every single property in the server will have been broken into. Considering the /cim's that are almost 100% of the time put outside of the house, and that very often stay for much longer than needed, we can safely assume that almost all of these break-ins happen to different properties, instead of the same ones ever being hit in a 2 month period. Even if 20% of the hits are the same ones, this is still 30-40%~~ of the properties broken into. Half support this tbh, only for LEO's not for criminals.

Make some uncrackable. iPhone XS, iPhone X, Samsung S9 etc. If my phone got stolen rn I could get my carrier to basically brick it remotely lol
