  1. As far as I read @Zane_Field tried to explain what I would have done but @HerpToTheDerp you seem to not understand that this whole thread is about the economy and trying to create it more diverse and effective, one of which could be malnutrition/dehydration that would not FORCE you to buy it but could have negative effects, remember that people who CAN make the script system such as that or any other CAN also adjust them to maybe make it that your characters hunger depletes every 3 or 6 or 9 hours, so you would be able to aimlessly drive around for that length without needing to stop in a 24/7 or a burger joint that COULD be run by a player where, oh no, unfortunately you would have to Role Play to actually get food. Also fyi, this is called a text based role play server because you type, not because you should role play imaginary things by typing /me (this is in regards of your hidden post, trying to put a point across for whatever reason) The game already has different types of food in it, just a mechanic such as consumption that adds values to your character needs to be added for something as basic and malnutrition/dehydration. Why I was trying to use that point is because it is one of the most controversial yet one of the most basic yet essential to have a basis of an economy because just like in real life, we all purchase it and consume it.
  2. read through these posts and so far I did not see anyone noting that new players receive $5000 an hour for the first 40 hours, this is the sole reason for inflation and prices being so high as of now and then the earnings lowered yet car prices higher than ever. It is simply an incentive to keep new players on the server and I've noticed this recently too that people around me, especially new people stating something along the lines 'omg I'm getting 5k! a paycheck for doing nothing' and then there is me sitting at an ammu-nation or a gas station earning my $800 an hour, not including the taxes. My conclusion is that the only way to solve this issue is to cut the new player earning, then have an official sort of community vote if we want to lower the economical value of certain vehicles, residences, businesses which would then have to be divided in social classes such as; Poor Working Class Lower Middle Class Upper MIddle Class and of course the Elite, which pretty much only a handful of people as of yet would be able to be labelled as Edit: and in regards of the vision @Nervous has, he wants to make every job role playable that adds on to the economy and circulates it, thus allowing the economy get rid of the generic money sinkhole. One of the problems regarding this of course is having a clear spreadsheet of all the items and logistic costs and values of how much a business could earn, what prices they should set on average for every item, where the items are produced and the distance/time it takes to manufacture/construct. Note: I studied Business/Economics.
  3. Very detailed and everything seems to be already accounted for and fully explained, love the idea quite a lot because this would give more ways to maintain your assets and have more ways to Role Play scenarios when buying vehicles or repairing vehicles.
  4. I would like to see the taxi companies not charging $1000 for one kilometre drive, you are a taxi driver not an Executive Uber, I called a Taxi once, saw the price, will never call again.
  5. I was recently thinking about this idea because its becoming annoying seeing company advertisements all the time, a UI interface where people can view adverts maybe even from an object like a /newspaper or something.
  6. So adding food which can be purchased from restaurants and is a necessity will increase and add more Role Play with an actual script, add dehydration or undernourishment so if you refuse to eat, maybe your character becomes dizzy and the EMS is required to hospitalise you. If Food/Drink will be a requirement, restaurants/24-7s will become a Role Play business frequently visited. If players refuse to eat, there will be consequences which have to be dealt with via Role Play. I would love to see this and its not an RPG Element, its an element of Real Life, you need to eat.
  7. I support this myself, for one this can be an addition to Role Play between Law Enforcement and Civilians but also if it is implemented with more depth such as if you did not use the command (Of course you can Role Play having a three point seat-belt in your race car..) to put your seat-belt on and smash at a high speed in to a wall, you should smash through the window thus forcing your actions with forced Role Play, no more reckless driving, more risk when running, more Role Play scenarios! Note: Maybe a way for the Law Enforcement to see passing by vehicles if they have a seat-belt OR being able to do /viewseatbelt when near a vehicle to see all the passenger seat-belt statuses.

    Red Logistics

Est. 2017, Blaine County, San Andreas. About Us Situated in the humble town Sandy Shores, Red Logistics Inc. specializes in the acquisition, transportation, recycling and storage of industrial metals and minerals, maintaining a close connection to the state of San Andreas' long-running mining heritage through working with governing bodies and established companies throughout the state. Our main goal as an organization is to non-intrusively reduce the environmental impact the lucrative mining industry has on the global carbon footprint and preserve the natural surroundings and overall air quality of the Blaine County area. We are committed to carrying out this goal by working with both freelancers and mining/transportation companies to lower the total mileage of large industrial vehicles passing through Blaine County to neighboring Los Santos and, in doing so, reduce the emissions produced in the process. This is all based around a service that offers a convenient alternative to selling mined resources in the city of Los Santos. We also seek to offer employment to motivated individuals residing in the Blaine County area, providing roles ranging from warehouse duties, to customer service, transportation roles for experienced drivers, and more. Unlike traditional logistics companies that assign employees to the standard 40-hour work week, we offer flexible working hours and freelancing options, while offering a commission-based payment scheme. 9. I feel like we should find an object such as a crate in game, give it the value of lets say 5kg and try to see how many of those we can fit inside the vehicle. If the problem of vehicles being able to carry too much Aluminium in one go for example, increase the weight of Aluminium or decrease the earning percentage so people maybe even stop grinding Aluminium at one point and try to make more money via Role Play.
