I'm all for this, it'll provide alternative business ventures for criminal RP'ers but maybe implementing a licensing system to brew through the government could mean that legal companies could also use it in a less shady manner, but with certain restrictions such as a weekly payout to the government to keep the license, which would balance this between "Should I legally do it and not make as much profit or illegally do it which will make me more money but risk fines and some jail time"
