Timothy Lam, better known as ''Cash Out'' around his friends and peers in his neighborhood is a 16 year old Cambodian American. He is a resident of the Vespucci projects along with his mother and two sisters. Timothy leaves a bad taste in his enemies and the communities mouth and is often looked down upon for his lack of morals, which makes him hated by a lot of his peers and other Vespucci residents. Ever since he was a little kid, he has been around the gang life, surrounded by violence and narcotics. Due to the conditions that his neighborhood provided to him early on, he has been struggling both financially and socially. Slowly but surely Timothy became a product of his own environment. It's pretty easy to say Timothy is an addict. He abuses all kinds of narcotics, because of his PTSD. He constantly drinks lean & pops pills. You've probably seen Timothy with a styrofoam in his hand. And if not, you probably don't know him. Timothy is also known for being active on social media & internet overall, he uses a lot of social media to speak his mind and diss others without a second thought. Timothy still attends the local Highschool, but doesn't take it seriously anymore. He's on the verge of dropping out / getting kicked out. For money Timothy commits multiple scams & refunds online, he likes to spread his knowledge with the closest people around him to make money. On March 16th 2019, Timothy was arrested for a home invasion burglary which involved two of his friends who attend the local Highschool alongside him. CCTV footage showed Timothy and the others accomplices breaking into a Strawberry home, leaving the residence with valuables and then fleeing the scene in a black sedan. Timothy Lam served 8 months in a Youth Authority facility for a misdemeanor B&E.
