I don't know what's not understandable here. You download GTA V and then you download the client. Just read How to join us thread.

There should be Bank faction or similar and if you want to get a loan you should send request form to the bank. In the request form you must answer why do you need the money and etc. Also you can put your vehicle/property in mortgage and if you fail to pay back the loan the bank is going to take your vehicle/property and put it on auction later. So you gonna end losing money. I can polish this idea and create new thread.

It looks nice! It would be nice if we can change the clothing only at home.

It's a good idea but it would be better if you just register the vehicle without changing the plate of the vehicle.
