I would say that you don't know when someone is gonna punch you. Someone can just come up and swing and you have no time to react. When you type a /me of it, people UNRPly use the warning given in the /me to unrealistically dodge a fist or downplay the severity of getting knocked upside the head out of nowhere. It's why you don't have to type a /me for a pistol IG too, because it would allow people to use information they wouldn't have ICly to their advantage.

I think you are severely misguided about what roleplay is. Roleplay servers are assuming the role of a PERSON and playing that fictional PERSON. The world is not a fair place, the world is not balanced place, neither should a roleplay server seeking to establish a high standard of roleplay and thus a high standard for realistically recreating the world. Roleplay servers aren't meant to be fair, they're meant to be realistic.

It's also worth noting that it is a full-sized uzi that he successfully concealed, not the mini-uzi which is only slightly larger than an average pistol that is currently allowed to be "asspulled". A miniuzi is only 360mm in length. As long as the person roleplays appropriately and doesn't asspull it when not wearing adequate clothing to conceal it, but that applies to every weapon, it should be fine.

WARNING: GRAPHIC In the assassination attempt the secret service agent has a full-sized uzi completely hidden until the shots start being fired. The uzi in question is the Micro-Uzi which is barely larger than a regular pistol with an easily retractable stock. I believe it should be included in the permitted "asspulling".
