  1. Mister Rockford, I wish to react to last month's events publicly because as it seems, you care about nothing just your precious reputation in this town without putting in any real effort to make people's lives better in any way here. My name is Lia Friuli and I worked for your government, not more than 25 days, after an almost four-month waiting for someone to handle my application. Last day, you fired me because I violated four parts of the City's Code of Conduct. After you took away everything from me, I will violate the fifth one and disclose as much detail about your disgusting government as possible. Mister Rockford, your presence in this town is close to zero. You are not available in day-to-day means, during my employment I managed to see you two times in total, for 15-15 minutes. Even though I organized in-house meetups, you never managed to come and talk with your employees, you never gave a single minute to me, or us to talk with you. Your closest accomplice, Massimo Bonamici is just the same as you. As soon as your government hired me, my induction to this work was a single email, nothing else. Nobody helped me through my first weeks, nobody gave me instructions or any know-how, all I received from your government was a single induction email with approximately 30 pages of legal bullshit, then good luck. Even though last night when you ordered me to your office I told you this fact, seemingly you found this acceptable, and fired me anyway. Even though, the Cultural Department has no director at the moment, who may help your employees with the job you gave them, you expect everybody to make a flawless job on first try. The Los Santos Race was financed by me, seemingly you were totally okay with this fact as well. Even though our paycheck is not more than $50,000, you were totally happy with the fact that I burned more than $250,000 from my owns pockets and with this, you pushed me into a situation where I can't even afford my fuel. As you can see in your inbox, I asked both you and the treasurer, Stanley Blackwood, who is just as a ghost as you and Massimo for help, but you managed to ignore this fact as well. Financing events from the employee's pockets isn't a new thing, during my time with your government I heard many times that you like to ignore requests like this, making the Curators pay for their own events. The reputation what you may or may not receive from the Department's work is sweet for you, but nothing else. You talk about professionalism and top-notch work all the time, even though the Government doesn't have any collective meetings. Every department can work on their own, some department with a helpful director, some department without a director at all, but where your government goes, what plans you have, what you expect from people, where to go when you need help... these details are not as important to see your employees at least once a month. As I write this letter, the government is operating without any regular, weekly or monthly meeting where both the directors the and Mayor is present. You are untouchable and you enjoy this. Mister Rockford, you are absolutely okay with a fact that an employee of yours is publicly humiliated with an event which is organized from the employee's pocket. Not a single word came out from your mouth about this, mental health is not something you passionate about. Even though the organizing of Los Santos Race took more than a month, the first time I heard about your concerns were four hours before the event. The fact that I was there alone and all my department was somewhere else is seemingly not a problem in your eyes, but when someone makes mistakes when managing more than a hundred people, your eyes turn red immediately. Learning and making better and better things each month is not something you expect or like, firing people after taking their money is much more like you, Mister Rockford. You hired me, without any proper induction period. From day one, you expected me to work for the department but you, or the person above us, Massimo Bonamici never gave me a single word about the job we do. Almost a month passed from the day when I was hired when the first time someone above me called me about our job. You were a hundred percent okay with the fact that my department is somewhere else when I managed to organize an event, even though you expected me to carry this out without flaws. And yes, to answer your question, I asked for help, many times. Another option, I can cancel the event three hours before we start and take the public's humiliation once again and let my own money fly away without even having the event. I hope you see the problem, Mister Rockford. In my situation, where you took away not just my savings but my reputation as well, gladly, I have nothing much to lose anyway. At least for the first time, the public can be aware of the procedures inside the government. No meetings, no goals, no directions. Departments running without Directors, untouchable leadership. A government without vision and actions. Frankly, without any daily work from you and your closest pals. A letter here and there and basically that's all. You can say this is not true, but we both know the truth. Shootings every day? Who gives a fuck? A massive amounts of accidents on the roads every day? Who gives a fuck? Flaws in our laws? Hmm, who cares? No public transportation in 2020? Blindfolded. Departments without leaders? Well, well, for the brighter future! A community day with the people? Nah, we don't need that! Those who work make mistakes, Mister Rockford. Only those who do not work can remain immaculate. EDIT: 28/JUN/2020 - The Government continues to spread lies. As I write this response, the government just published their reaction to my letter. Even though the people I wished to reach decided to remain in the shadows, at least they hired an ad-hoc communications director to write a response, sadly, filled with lies. "Why she felt discouraged is unclear to us, as our records show no attempt at communication with the Office of the Mayor or the City Operations Officer during her tenure with the City." This statement is a straight-up lie from the government, during my employment I sent multiple letters to the Mayor's Office, asking for help. Even though they never responded, now they even lie about the fact that I asked them. Not like the Mayor, I can provide proof to my point: "Currently, the Department of Cultural Affairs has no director due to a lack of qualified candidates. There are, however, members of the department whose seniority makes them ideal points of contact for guidance." The City acknowledges that they are running a whole department without a director but this fact will not stop them from firing people before giving them an opportunity to change. "The "Los Santos Race" was organized and funded by Ms. Friuli without any prior notification to her superiors" Lies, again. As shown above, I sent my requests to the Mayor's office (basically a group email to all the Mayor's associatives) a week before the event, even though I haven't received any affirmative or prohibitory response. Even though they saw my requests and they even sent a group email to the City workers to use photography services to our event, seemingly they were too stressed about doing nothing for the city to respond. TL;DR: The City just hired someone within a week to avoid facing the consequences. I am calling for you, Mayor Vincent Rockford and City Operations Officer Massimo Bonamici! Not like you, I am not afraid to speak with the people. I am calling you out for a public debate at a place and time of your choice! **This letter is uploaded to several online pages, commenting is not available.**

  2. Carmine 'The Weasel' Gallo (Carmine Gallo being surveyed in Burton, Los Santos) Carmine 'The Weasel' Gallo is a made man, or soldier, in the Los Santos based faction of the American Mafia known as the Conti Crime Family. Dealing primarily in drug and arms trafficking, his other crimes include fraud, theft, money laundering, and murder for hire. Among his predominant traits are his wisecracking and weasel-like laugh thus earning him the moniker 'The Weasel'. Carmine Gallo was born September 4, 1973 in Little Italy, Algonquin, Liberty City to parents Samuel 'Sammy' Gallo and Alessandra 'Sandra' Gallo (née Catalano) as their second and last child. Carmine's household growing up was anything but stable. His father was an abusive addict, dependent on opioids. This instilled in Carmine and his older brother William from a young age to despise and look down upon addicts, a conviction Carmine would hold up until the modern day. When his father died when he was eighteen, Carmine dropped out of university after a semester and took a job with his uncle Louis 'Lou' Gallo's construction company. It was working for his uncle, who was associated to a few minor Liberty City Cosa Nostra figureheads, that Carmine was first introduced into the life of organized crime. Peddling drugs, bootleg goods, acting as muscle when needed all played a part in shaping Gallo into the criminal he became. After a few years of working for his uncle, Carmine left Liberty City for Los Santos. There he settled into a cheap apartment on Bay City Avenue in the Morningwood neighborhood. It was there he met Penny Watson, his future wife. Carmine having quite the controlling personality easily attached himself to the timid Watson, and it wasn't so long since they met that they were engaged to be married. It was around this time that Carmine began to work for Dominic Altomare, reputed Underboss of the Conti Crime Family. His first official job within Los Santos was at Digital Den in West Vinewood, a business owned by Altomare. Not soon long after he started there, Carmine bought the business from his boss, all the while engaging the drug and gun trade. Carmine nearly met his end when carrying out a hit-for-hire contract with fellow associate David 'Vinewood Dave' Pillini during a power struggle within the Israeli organized crime-ring in Los Santos. Pillini saved Gallo's life however, and from then on Carmine took a more backseat approach to business. He purchased a cafe in Burton, and made it his primary source of legal income. He and Penny moved into an expensive apartment within West Vinewood, and Carmine began to invest in multiple businesses including The Vinewood Boxing Gym and Guido's Takeout ran by his distant uncle Victor Catalano. Some time in mid-June 2020, Carmine was inducted into the Mafia as a made-man, or soldier. Still serving directly under Dominic Altomare, Carmine focuses on his legal businesses while expanding his drug trafficking and arms dealing enterprises, working through numerous associates to spread the illegal goods across Los Santos and San Andreas as a whole. Time will tell how Gallo will proceed within his new position within the Mafia. (( This thread will follow the development of Carmine Gallo and have aspects of both his criminal doings as well as his personal life. Most screens posted will be original solely for this thread, while others will be posted within the Conti Crime Family faction thread. A few other people besides myself will be able to post in this thread to give different perspectives and insight on Carmine and his journey. ))

  5. Short description: Trucking for Mule and bigger trucks for longer drives. From Terminal Docks to Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay. Detailed description: So, my idea to put forward would be a long haul operation... Mule's and larger vehicles would be able to collect goods from the Terminal Docks and take up to two delivery points, one somewhere in Sandy Shores and another one further up in Paleto Bay. I think this would help in a lot of ways. It would allow the bigger vehicles to do the long hauls (good for RP). It would give those of us who have invested the time to rank up to drive the bigger vehicles something to do, especially when deliveries are starting to get few and far between. Maybe the crates would have a slightly lower profit margin but at least we can still work and do deliveries while waiting for player businesses to open, rather than waiting idly by for 30 minutes or however long it takes for a delivery to pop up, then join the "rat race" so to speak. Commands to add: maybe a /longhaul command to start the run, then a /pickupfreight, /loadfreight, unloadfreight and /deliverfreight to be used at the right times. Items to add: "Freight Goods" as a suggestion? How would your suggestion improve the server? I think it would ease some congestion from LS with the bigger vehicles being used more for what they were built for, longer drives, carrying more goods. Rewards the players who have invested time doing the trucking job so to speak. Additional information: N/A

  6. Recently it has come to my attention how incredibly easy it is for someone to metagame the language spoken by characters which is required by rules to be placed between brackets by players before an in-character speech. Before I get into details, please keep in mind I am not pointing fingers at anyone. Surely if you are speaking a worldwide known language such as Spanish, French or Russian to name a few, it is okay to roleplay your character acknowledging them, even though you are likely not to understand a thing they are saying. The issue here is in regards to less commonly spoken languages and the fact it lies within the courtesy of players to understand that just because someone states between brackets the language their characters are speaking, it does not mean you automatically know that they are speaking that exact language. This is common occurrence because there is nothing that helps preventing it from happening in the first place which leaves a lot of room for rule breakers to fall under this method of metagaming. There are a few illegal factions where their native language is uncommon, namely Albanian and Armenian. Now, I do not know about you guys but if I heard either an Albanian or Armenian speaking their native language in real life, I am pretty sure I would not only understand a thing they are saying, but figure out what language they are speaking at all, especially American/English characters which is what the vast majority of people on the server portray their characters as. I felt like bringing this up but I have no clue how we could possibly fix this problem which is why I am creating this thread in the first place so we can debate this topic and come together with possible solutions. What is your input on this?

  7. PUBLISHED: 1:13 PM - 23RD OF JUNE, 2020. LAST UPDATED: 1:35 PM - 23RD OF JUNE, 2020. In a survey conducted on the 23rd of June by DOX News, five hundred and seventy two pedestrians across the city were asked if they knew who the mayor of the City of Los Santos was. The study found that 71% (409) people did not know who the mayor of the City of Los Santos was. The same pedestrians were also asked if they were satisfied about the quality of life in the City of Los Santos, to which 76% (437) stated they were not satisfied with the quality of life they are experiencing in the city right now. Many individuals even felt the need to express their opinions of the mayor. "I don't even know who keeps voting that idiot into office. He's been in office for so long and he has practically done nothing for our city, other than steal our tax money, ofcourse! The people of the City of Los Santos demand change, and we need it now!", said one man who wished to remain anonymous. While another man said: "We have a mayor?!". An online satirical publisher, DATANEWS, released an article stating that the mayor had been deceased for six months — which many surprisingly speculated to be true. This, however, was debunked after Mayor Rockford finally resurfaced following months of disappearance for the opening of the Rockford Hills Community Police Station. The opening came only days after the death of George Floyd, which sparked nationwide protests, despite multiple mayors from all across the country vowing to defund and cut down on police spending in major metropolitan cities. Approval rates of Mayor Rockford and his administration has hit rock-bottom, following a recent scandal over the firing of government employee Lia Fruili. With election terms coming up, many believe Mayor Rockford and his administration will not live to to see another term in office.

  8. This should have been the end of the discussion, really. Everything asked in the initial post has been answered in this post, and now people are just going in circles without reaching a natural conclusion of their own. It is no longer a "civil discussion" and I can probably argue that it wasn't even that at the start of the initial post. So because of that, I am closing this thread.

  9. Username: eee Comment: Miss Friuli ought to realize that she of course has to pay for something she sets up herself if it does not get approved by her superiors. If she wanted funding she probably should not have gone ahead with planning something this ridiculous without approval from her superiors. I am afraid she has no one to blame but herself for her current financial troubles. I feel sorry for miss Friuli's situation, but do not think we can blame the administration for it seeing she went ahead to plan something without the approval to do so. **The comment has been posted using mobile data.**

  10. In reference to the LSSD and their vehicles since you mention ''cops'' abroad. We currently have one Torrence in the department which is only limited to Traffic Services Detail Command (it's unmarked). The vehicle in the video shown is the marked Torrence that we do not have. The Torrence is the vehicle that is mostly utilized as a high pursuit vehicle since it has a higher speed and acceleration than the other vehicles. We as a department are under the impression that if regular patrol vehicles are not able to keep up with suspects, the pursuit goes too fast and is therefore too dangerous to continue. I do think that all the other vehicles that we have; The Scout, VVPI, the Charger, Caracara, etc are pretty balanced, do not go extremely fast and their acceleration is just good.

  12. "Mafia is a process, not a thing. Mafia is a form of clan-cooperation to which its individual members pledge lifelong loyalty. Friendship, connections, family ties, trust, loyalty and obedience -- this was the glue that held us together." - Joseph Bonanno The Conti crime family, sometimes referred to as the Los Santos crime family can trace its roots back to the Clinton Avenue Crew. The organization became prominent in late 2017 as a San Andreas-based satellite crew for the Kansas City mob, the Civella crime family. As the Clinton Avenue crew grew in numbers and developed more autonomy, it was referred to as the Los Santos crime family. With this new title, not only did the organization become a significant player, but it also began to catch the attention of various law enforcement agencies. As the Kansas City old guard began to catch more heat from federal law enforcement entities, it was clear that someone would go down. The foreshadowing all came true after Roy Capra's arrest a few weeks after Peter Conti and Thomas Alo's induction into the Los Santos crime family. Following Roy Capra's arrest, the remaining members of the Los Santos crime family would fall off the grid leaving only Peter Conti to operate within Los Santos. Rise Of Peter Conti After months of expanding his power base and his crew's influence, Peter Conti soon had to solidify his position and his crew by eliminating the threats to his new regime. Thomas "Verbatim" Alo, another LSCF captain, resurfaced and was found gunned down a few weeks after returning to the city. Peter Conti sent his associates, Dominic "Ted Bundy" Altomare and Daniel "Pretty Boy" Santoro, to eliminate James Padanova, a suspected informant. Following Peter Conti's regime's growth and expanse was a period of peace; Conti utilized the connections and resources of his soldiers further to strengthen his grasp upon Los Santos' criminal underworld. Through illicit trade, as one of Conti's soldiers, Joseph Campagna, has been said to have been a significant player in Los Santos' drug trade, having pumped an abundant amount of narcotics such as cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy into the market. Following the deaths of Alo and Padanova and the inductions of Joseph Campagna, then later, Dominic Altomare were made members of the family. Los Santos had all but formally cut off its ties with Kansas City. Lacking Kansas City's support, Conti and his people soon saw the city return to being free for all between various crime families through their satellite crews. It would be the beginning of the first "war" for supremacy. Wild Wild West Two long-term associates, Henry "Hairpiece" D'Amico and Daniel "Pretty Boy" Santoro, were inducted as made men and given the task to handle the encroaching crews through elimination or subjugation. After a few months of the conflict, the duo completed their job through the Vespucci Beach-based Lagrusa crew's subjugation. A few weeks after, word went around that the remaining members had all left the state. With contending crews being taken care of, the term Conti crime family began coming into play in some circles. Meanwhile, back in Kansas City, the group would still be referred to as ingrates and pretenders. With the new name, however, the organization saw an increase of influence throughout the state as it enjoyed a time of growth. Conti Golden Age As the organization grew, upper management opened the books for a long-term associate of Peter Conti's, Gerald Marchetti. His induction into the ranks led to the first crews being established within the family. With Daniel Santoro and Gerald Marchetti both at the reigns of their respective crews, the crime family's reach began to creep into all aspects of Los Santos through the procurement of government contracts and control over the drug flow into the city. Under Dominic Altomare's direction, Daniel Santoro and David Pillini were often sent out to deal with other organizations in the town, the trio preferring to have business partners instead of rivals. This doctrine was enforced by the upper echelon even further as David Pillini was sent out of state alongside John Carrone and Donald Birchese to strengthen business relationships with organizations throughout the United States' sunbelt region. A Few Bad Months What was referred to as the "Golden Age" continued as Carmine "The Weasel" Gallo, Nicholas Trisano, and John "Tuna" Capra were brought in as made men. This making ceremony would have been the beginning of the end; however, long-term associate and prospective member Marco Caruso was stabbed to death weeks later. However, after a period of internal conflict, Carmine Gallo would be the only one of the three left alive. After the death of two members and a handful of associates, the organization began to pull the San Andreas Bureau of Investigation's attention. SABI, relentless in its efforts to arrest the Conti crime family's leadership, put the organization into a mothballed state as members went off the grid to avoid investigation. The SABI probe would have been the first time a State or Federal agency launched a long-term investigation into the family directly instead of one of the schemes they were involved in through proxies. The Renaissance After a few months going from city to city throughout the South-West, Conti associate and prospective member David Pillini was called back to Los Santos by Dominic Altomare. With his return also came the return of the organization's prominence within the criminal underworld in a few weeks. Associates of the Conti crime family such as James Granillo, Michael Farina, Hugh Calilri, and made members like Carmine Gallo and Daniel Santoro would be critical for their new criminal schemes. Once again, the crime family in a position of power soon opened its books and inducted James Donnelli, Lawrence Zampa, James Granillo, and David Pillini in as made men. While each of these men took care of their duties, more prospective members such as Michael Farina, Hugh Caliri, Ricky Castellani, and Brandon Falasco saw themselves being brought in as made members as well. In Conti fashion, the newly made individuals were constantly sent out to deal with external problems. In this case, David Pillini, Hugh Caliri, Ricky Castellani, and James Granillo were used to stamp out the competition on the west side of the city and return the family to its powerhouse status. Cutthroat Politics As Dominic Altomare oversaw the family's return to the top in the criminal underworld, Peter Conti continued to see that his influence was everywhere within the city's government. During the mayoral elections of 2020, the Halford campaign saw itself bankrolled by Peter Conti to gain control over the mayor upon his victory. However, this dream was short-lived as, after a few weeks in office, Halford turned on Conti by outing him publicly for attempting to bribe him. Oswald Halford ousted Peter to distance himself from the crime boss but was met with proof of his corrupt actions surfacing. Halford was promptly arrested for perjury; Peter Conti cooperated with the district attorney's office to avoid Oswald's allegations. After being exposed during the Oswald Halford corruption scandal, Peter Conti fell off the grid, leaving the family had to deal with the spotlight being shined on Vinewood. With Peter Conti gone, it was only natural for underboss Dominic Altomare to take the helm. Spreading the Gospel Under Dominic Altomare's leadership, he brought the family's old priorities back to the forefront of criminal doctrine. After an internal reorganization, Gerald Marchetti and James Donnelli joined Dominic Altomare within the upper echelon. Carmine Gallo and James Granillo, the two newly appointed captains, continued to oversee most day-to-day business as the organization's influence began to grow once more. Paul Martino's induction only continued to bolster the ranks of the made members within the crime family. Alongside Paul Martino's making came a return to the control of drugs following into the city through David Pillini's out-of-state connections. With the grasp of product flowing into the city, old alliances with organizations throughout the state were rekindled. The crime family also forged new partnerships through the distribution of narcotics and firearms throughout the state. As the criminal underworld within San Andreas continues to house multiple wars between different organizations throughout the city, the one bulwark that seems to be unconquerable remains on Clinton Avenue in Vinewood. OOC Information The Conti crime family reserves the right to permanently kill any aspiring members if necessary. Permission to post screenshots must be given by an inducted member. 15. This is the solution. Do we need a new script? Nope. Just report the person and get them off the server. There seems to be this misconception that when people aren't RPing their characters correctly, or are going as far as blatantly breaking rules that via MG/PG or whatever, that we need some script to nullify their ability to do so. Not true. Just report. Get them off the server because if that's the kind of player they are, I don't want them here. You shouldn't want them here. It's just that simple.

  17. A prime example of this kind of thing happening. The character in question is a native American, yet verbally attacks a group of Albanians, naming them as such, based on the fact they spoke Albanian. How would they know this is the case, other than the [Albanian] depicted in their lines of text.

  18. I think you are looking at this the wrong way. This is a heavy RP server, so rather than grinding money or chasing the best means to obtain the wealth, roleplay to your character's personality and skills. Get a job appropriate for the character, much as somebody would IRL. If they are poorly educated, dropped out of school and from a low income hood, perhaps the trash job, or working at a gas station. A drive for justice and a yearning for adventure, perhaps PD, SD, or FD? Got a dream of opening a candy store? A background in retail or computer repairs? Take a job that is appropriate for your character. Most jobs through the /startshift mechanic end up paying around the same anyway.

  19. The Mongols Motorcycle club is a “one-percenter” motorcycle gang and alleged organized crime syndicate. The club was originally formed in Montebello, California by hispanic Vietnam-war veterans who were said to be refused entry into the Hells Angels due to their ethnicity. The Mongols Motorcycle Club is currently headquartered by their “mother chapter” in Southern California where their main presence is felt, and the club is still in active war with their notorious rivals, the Hells Angels. The club has chapters in fifteen states, as well as international charters in Mexico, Australia, Canada, Russia, Germany, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Switzerland and New Zealand. The Mongols started much like most clubs in the late sixties. A rowdy bunch of misfits, closely bonded by friendship, family, and brotherhood who enjoyed riding motorcycles, partying hard, and had a strong distaste for the views and ideologies of mainstream society. It didn’t stay that way for long. They eventually began pushing guns and narcotics, making a profit from anything they could, all while making their presence known. The Mongols are known for a broad spectrum of crime ranging from petty theft, to arms and narcotics trafficking, prostitution, robbery, and even murder. In the first five years after 1969, the club grew from the backstreets of East Los Angeles to establishing chapters in San Diego, Bakersfield, Long Beach, and also the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys (SGV/SFV). The club’s name is a tribute to the Mongol army of the legendary Genghis Khan, and their logo is a representation of Genghis, the founder of the empire, riding a motorcycle. The Mongols colors are black and white. The Mongols M.C. developed an immediate strong hold in the Southern California area. At the time and even now there were really no other 1%er clubs co-existing in these areas. During the early 1970’s the Mongols M.C. launched this new American biker movement into the West Coast area. This was a lifestyle, a culture, and a way of life for the brothers riding around on their chopped Harley Davidson motorcycles on the streets of East Los Angeles showing power and solidarity. The majority of new member were ex Vietnam veterans returning from the recent war. The brothers were accustomed to a strict disciplined, regimented program that was about honor, loyalty, respect, and camaraderie. This made them a force to be reckoned with. The Mongols name derived from the Mongol Empire that was led by Genghis Khan. The Mongols divided and conquered big countries throughout Eastern Europe in the early 1200’s. They were known to be highly disciplined, superbly coordinated and brilliant in tactics. The Mongols were fearless warriors on horseback. Yet small in numbers with a lot of heart they dominated and decimated their enemies; Hence the Mongols name that we now wear proudly on our backs, but the difference now is we ride iron horses. At the end of the day it’s about “Quality not Quantity!” - Lil' Dave (National President) It is our aim to create a realistic and enjoyable outlaw 1%er Motorcycle Club role-play environment, more specifically, a portrayal of the Mongols MC's Compton, East Los Angeles, Hollywood, and San Gabriel Valley Chapters. We strive to uphold our strict image of a primarily Hispanic motorcycle club and live up to the colloquial nickname of "cholos on wheels". Standing true to the stories of real life Mongols members and the club itself, many members here role-play as ex gangbangers from different Sureño sets, although this is not mandatory as Caucasian members are also welcomed, encouraged & accepted. Mongols MC chapters operate semi-independently of each other, so it's important to think about your character's portrayal and demographic when choosing a chapter to interact with. We recommend thinking about the local demographic of the area, the style of roleplay you'd like to be engaged in, and your character's future progression and growth. These things are all important to consider when starting out. You can find Mongols MC chapters in the following locations: DAVIS EAST L.S. VINEWOOD SAN CHIANSKI VALLEY Any questions, concerns, or other queries can be directed to @Gong. MONGOLS MC and the Mongols logo (R) are trademarks owned by the Mongols Nation Motorcycle Club, and full credit and respect is given to the club. Scenes, depictions, edited photographs and opinions associated with this faction on GTA:World are not necessarily the opinions of the real-life Mongols Nation Motorcycle Club.

  20. MARCO “VINEWOOD” CARUSO Marco upon release from his third degree burglary stint at TTCF, picture taken at twenty-seven years old. Marco Caruso was an ambitious LS based associate in The Conti Crime Family. It seems a life of crime was never Caruso's main ambition; he graduated with a bachelors in business administration from the University of Liberty City. Caruso was promised a new career, interning in a successful financial advisory firm which prompted his move to Los Santos. However, the firm was quickly shut down due to fraudulent claims; Caruso was left jobless in a city where he knew no-one. As a result, Caruso went business-to-business, eventually meeting John "Tuna" Capra, a leading soldier in the Conti Crime Family who promised him quick and easy cash. Capra organised Caruso's employment at the reputable, fine dining restaurant Giovanni's Trattoria, however on the side he quickly began dealing stolen designer goods. Due to his salesmanship, he began dealing small quantities of drugs for Capra. Caruso had proven himself a formidable associate of Capra's. His success was rewarded through an introduction to Joseph Campagna, the consigliere for the Conti Crime Family and subsequently put on record with the mafia. However, it was short lived. Caruso was arrested for burglary charges. His time in Twin Towers Correctional Facility led to Caruso making connections with several white prison gangs. Upon his return he discovered that Campagna had taken an extended trip to Europe. Caruso was reunited with Capra and introduced to Gerald Marchetti, the captain of the notorious Clinton Avenue Crew. From there on, he managed legal businesses such as The Rubicon, a bar owned by Conti underboss Dominic Altomare. Caruso's rackets spanned from various illegal enterprises from drugs and arms trafficking, grand larceny, pimping and murder for hire. His life was eventually cut short over This thread showcases Marco’s development both related and unrelated to The Conti Crime Family up until his death.

  21. Experience Imperial Autos Garage is the oldest and most active garage in LS, it being open since August 2019. Quality Imperial Autos Garage is the number one garage in Davis, priding itself on top-quality service and efficient work. Affordability With it's reasonable and accessible prices, it allows everybody in the city and county to have their vehicle treated or repaired properly. We specialise in JDM and European imported vehicles, specially in Annis, Karin and Dinka. While all of our mechanics are also car enthusiasts, don't just come for a tune-up, but also let us give you some council and tips! Don't let your muscle car friends brag about their big motor and show them how engine isn't it all! Along with our standard service, we also do engine swaps, ECU remaps, coilover replacements, turbo and twin-turbo installations, transmission rebuild and much more! If the vehicle has to stay with us for more than 5 hours, we will also provide the customers a replacement car with all the guarantees for them to be able to keep travelling around the city as if nothing happened! For more information contact Oscar Martinez at [email protected] ((@Oscar Martinez)) and 737-4973 or Alexis Rae [email protected] ((@MerTHero)) and 9710-8633. ((OOC note: Imperial Autos will keep opening with in game ads (/bad) and responding to the mechanic hotline calls as usual. But this forum thread is rather intended in attracting another type of roleplayers (following Skunkworks' initiative), allowing them to leave their cars at the garage for several days, and hand them a replacement car)) ((OOC note 2: The replacement car system will be done through /sellvehicle (both for the replacement car, and the customer's vehicle), in which case both parties sign an IC contract and engage themselves OOCly to /sellvehicle it back to the other party once the IC contract is over.))

  22. I like how police vehicles having upgrades is an OOC solution. Yet, high-end cars are an IC problem. Almost like the department can upgrade their fleet as an IC solution to an IC problem, especially with how prevalent it is. Hm.

  23. Listen to the American Psycho. These kind of players' actions speaks volumes about their mindset to a roleplay server, that kind of attitude does no-one any favours here.

  26. Yea, I think they replaced the bottom when they added the uniforms which is really sad because it was one of the only decent dresses. Not sure if they actually picked what to replace or just used the default numbers of where they pulled the uniforms from but it sucks to have one of the few viable options taken away from the whole server for one faction. Especially when they left so many terrible clothing options behind instead. Maybe they can readd it to another slot/replace something else in order to bring it back...

  29. We've planned to implement this system and you'll be able to select an additionnal language freely for your character. However more languages will be request based on forum. Still under discussion for final acceptance and we're waiting for more feedbacks.

  30. It's a huge issue. Complex, ancient languages are being somehow understood by randoms with American surnames for example. Some languages are easier to pick out than others but c'mon. Italian Americans understanding Armenian? Give me a break.

  31. The amount of sports cars on this server is ridiculous. The issue is the voting system, sports/super cars are always going to win unfortunately.

  32. Yes, unfortunately what my homie Jax said above - people killed the vibe of the city and there's absolutely no lore to it. People made a genuinely fun country rp area into some house (or in this case mostly trailer) flipping heaven and it seems like Roleplay Quality, or player management or whatever they're called right now are doing nothing about it. I don't want to tell admins what to do, it's your job and you do it accordingly to your rules and ethics, but in my opinion RP Quality team should step in and start preventing people from flipping trailers for absurd amounts of money. It's not even realistic to be some mallrat in a supercar who spends their nights clubbing and during the day they're like "Oh yeah lemme flip a trailer in Sandy Shores, best fucking business idea ever!".
