  1. Given the circumstances It was a great opportunity to role play with this group. Regardless of the hatred and hostility that was generated I had a great 14 month run. We were far from perfect but I'd like to think we've all grown as players and hopefully gained something meaningful from this. For everyone I encountered, friend or foe, I want to wish you the best and onto the next! I wish everyone on both sides would have relaxed a bit and kept the toxicity down but I know we all value the time and effort we've put into these virtual lives.

  3. Short description: Display altitude when in an aircraft. Detailed description: Add an altitude read-out (in feet) close to where vehicle speed is displayed. This will allow players to fly accurately without needing to use first person view, or to have to continually switch between first and third person view. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? Aviation RP has really taken off recently (pardon the pun). At the flying school we have been asking students to climb and descend and perform manoeuvres while maintaining altitude. Essentially, this means that the student needs to use first person view to regularly check the altimeter. First person flying in GTA is, to be honest, a bit poopy; this suggestion gives players a choice whether or not to use it. Additional information: Thanks for considering!

  4. Est. 2016 - Contact# 991199 No Detail is Too Small Those are the words Brian Decker lives by. He has always had a creative mind, with a unique ability to think outside the box. From when he was a little boy, drawing pictures of houses to last year when decided to take on renovating his own home, It just clicked. Everything came natural to him. He realized then that he could turn his passion for art and creativity into a business. From that day, he spent all his free time researching all the intricacies that are Los Santos City Ordinances- specifically the ones that relate to property construction and remodeling. Today, he feels confident enough to make it official, and show the world what he can do! Our Portfolio

  7. Username: B.Benning Comment: Hey there boys, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I am super happy with the deal and with the service. It was great to have the vehicle deliver at my area. I did some modifications of the vehicle as soon as I got it and I instantly went off-road with it! I'll drop a picture down below. Looking forward to buying more vehicles from you.

  12. I think everyone thought the market would stabilize with the house request system being added. If anything I think it's just going to create a higher demand for player owned houses instead, especially when people who have been roleplaying for 10 years and committed to a single character for the last 4 get told their roleplay isn't up to standard and get denied on the most obscure reasons. I don't think I am going to write another 1,800 words to request a house. Instead I shall focus my efforts on daily openings of my businesses and continue to provide people with roleplay whilst saving up the cash and just buy a player owned house instead. [/salt] So I wouldn't actually be against all the houses being added to the free market but maybe just a little bit of policing involved so if someone is seen to be fishing all day grinding then buying a mansion PM reserves the right to question them on how their character got their wealth and can force them to sell it rather than going through an overly complicated and scrutinized application that PM will have to sort through one by one. This way most players will be allowed to own the house they want but the small minority of people who are buying houses that definitely wouldn't be fit for the characters will be policed out. It's a bit fairer that way to the general player base who spend so many hours roleplaying and contributing to the server. With that said the amount of houses available will outstrip demand once again (for a while at least) leading to prices deflating back to normal because as it stands unless you add almost every building as an apartment building with many apartments to each floor you're for ever going to have house prices inflate as the server population grows. We will hit a dramatic housing crisis very quickly with the rate the server is growing.

  13. Even though I'm a platinum donator, I can agree. The different weather types make the world act a bit differently. For example, if you build above water (for a pool for example) without setting foggy weather, your water level will constantly rise and make it nearly impossible to roleplay there. /pweather and /ptime should be a freely accessible option for everyone, if we want to give donators some extra then we should limit the cooldown between uses. For example: Free tier - can use the command every 7 days. Bronze donator - can use the command every 3 days. Gold donator - can use the command daily. Platinum donators - can use the command as much as they want. This command is a necessity in some cases and you cannot run your business without it. The lights and the weather change necessary things inside a property and it should be accessible for everyone.

  15. +1. I've had admins pop up and ask "Why did you pay 1.4m for this club?" when in reality...its a pretty good price. Let players define their prices, if they set their things too high then nobody will buy them and they will have to drop the prices. Limiting prices will do nothing at all. We already have too much involvement from the admins who show up in 99% of expensive property sales and begin judging you and the seller about prices, then in the end they don't even let you buy it.

  16. This reminds me of a homework assignment I had once to discuss if it was fair for prices to go up. https://www.ohchr.org/en/NewsEvents/Pages/DisplayNews.aspx?NewsID=21264&LangID=E And I find it realistic for home prices to increase because land is limited in this town. However yes trash places still increase their worth significantly because of how limited they are. And they wwere bought with the objective that these homes since they are limited they should cost higher. And only people who wish to RP around those areas are to afford this prices. To put regulations on prices and so on is absurd because it doesn't allow a player to player economy and makes it at the end unfair for one other party since maybe with cheaper prices more people are going to be able to afford it in the lower class. A home is an investment to anyone. Solutions I'd say would be taxing or insuring your homes. Perhaps a house out in Sandy Shores can have more electrical complications and catch on fire. Meaning you will have to buy that home again and assume the concequences. Or maybe the saftey of the area. Your neighbors what if they're violent. But that won't happen because you never get to see them if you're out in the county. It happens IRL and happens IG as well, that's the housing market everywhere. A solution would be lowballing the prices with colleagues and make the seller understand his home isn't worth much. Lowball it down to what you think the market price is or something, that would make it fair at least ICily. Putting OOC regulations are going to make things worse not for the seller only but also for the 6 others buyers who might be able to afford such low asset.

  23. Los Santos rejoiced by the announcement of SAAN From the SAAN News Desk We from the SAAN team are hyped about expending our franchise to San Andreas. We will work diligently to keep everyone up to date with the best news we can provide. With the arrival in a new state we of course need to know what the people think of the news in the first place. So today on the seventh of April we went out on the streets and asked people what their opinion was about the current news situation in San Andreas. Without holding back, people from all backgrounds gave their anonymous opinions and wishes. We went to several parts in the city to ask the people what was on their mind, however they were reluctant to answer the questions at first. When we assured them that they can say things anonymously they opened up immediately. A large portion of the people thought that the current dominant news company is doing a fine job, but they are afraid that this company will become lazy if it doesn't face a competitor. A few of the answers we got were that they thought that the articles were not entertaining. Some people thought that the articles lacked spirit or seemed very clinical. Others liked the fact that it was no nonsense and direct. The majority of the people asked stated that they don't regularly read the news, but are willing to try to read more news if SAAN delivers on its promises. Group of friends outside the Mirror Park Tavern Our team also encountered a group of people who knew about LAAN in front of the popular Mirror Park Tavern. To our surprise one of them even knew the details about very obscure articles we made in the past. They have high hopes that SAAN just like its predecessor will deliver the news the way they like it. However they did have some complaints about previous articles. They want the articles to be relevant and informative unlike some of the early works of LAAN. We from the SAAN team hope to not disappoint our remaining fans and hope we can impress our new readers. Be sure to leave a like and comment in the section below. We would love to see what you think about what SAAN should be about and how you see the current state of the news in San Andreas. Our Next article will be more action packed. Read more SAAN HERE!
