Hey, I want to know quite EXACT guidelines, what is the realism standard in the game? I have been getting messages lately, about owning two businesses is not realistic. So, I thought, maybe some of you guys, would give your thoughts about it. Some thoughts from me: - If someone spends IG daily 10-12 hours, and someone 2-4 hours. Are they the same? Or if someone is 10 hours online a day, works for 8, and socializes 2 hours. Is that not good enough and not realistic RP, since he works too much? - Background story: I have given the impression, if I write my background story that I have a rich mommy and daddy, I can be rich, but if you come from a poor background and work your ass off in the server - it is not realistic for you to get a house/property... - Is it realistic, that PD people "kill off their characters" by NC´ing (if they do something which usually ends with firing from the PD) and get the same rank afterwards with their new character name? - Is it realistic, that PD people get injured, FD drives them into hospital, and they are seen one hour in the next scene? - Is it realistic, that people can NC and keep their assets, and yet, they later are forbidden to claim something new, because "you character just started". Please delete the possibility to NC then and don´t let people use real life money to buy it? - What are the exact IG server rules about obtaining a business or how long can You work during a day, how long you have to do something else? How many hours you have to spend IG to obtain a second/third business? - How is it realistic, that people getting denied a house/property in Paleto, because they work in the city? Because gas money and driving takes a long time. Is it North Korea, where you can not live or own business wherever and how you want? I have a friend IRL, who works as a doctor in Estonia and Finland, depending on shifts: tell him, that it is not realistic, he lives it. - Is it realistic, that people get denied properties for the reason, that their past character was doing something fishy? A character, who is killed off. I would love if people can give their opinions about realism in the server. And I would be very appreciative, if someone from the RP Quality Team would come out with clear guidelines about it? In my opinion - character development is a very subjective matter, depending on many different factors. One of the biggest factors is time spent IG - You can not compare the duration with the time spent IG. People who RP 10 hours IG during the same period (a year), can not be taken the same, if someone RP-s 3-4 hours a day. But yet - that is the impression what is left. In my opinion, currently, there is no objectivity at all. The problem with subjectivity is, that people are ALWAYS making assumptions based on their personal beliefs or past experiences. But that is not how this all should work.

Short description: When someone is in their own vehicle that they own and they crash/disconnect for one reason or another, the vehicle gets despawned. Detailed description: There is such an abundance of vehicles left spawned of offline people which is fine if it was intentional but vehicles that are left in silly locations just get in the way and are annoying. As a member of PD, I wouldn't want to deal with these vehicles since it's clearly an OOC issue that caused them to be left there. Cars don't just get left in the road IRL like they are here. Plus, PD shouldn't have to clean up the vehicles on the server. It should function like a vpark, i.e. if the vehicle has items in it, don't despawn it. Commands to add: None. Items to add: Automatic vehicle despawn when someone disconnects/crashes in their own vehicle. How would your suggestion improve the server? Reduces clutter of vehicles left in silly, unrealistic locations. Additional information: Although vehicles can only be despawned without items (like a vpark), I think it'd still help reduce the clutter of the cars on the server.

Very unfortunate that you didn't see us in the past few days, we do, however, actively patrol the area of Sandy Shores. Just yesterday, we organized a work detail with inmates from the Twin Towers Correctional Facility to clean up litter around the beachside of Sandy Shores and the roads within.

The Crash Scene on Alta Street Police Chase Turns Critical Katja Kaufman Elizabeth Rankin  Tragedy struck this evening as an innocent driver was hit by a suspect fleeing from police. The suspect, described only as a male, laid motionless on the pavement as EMS rushed to his aid. This begs the question of whether the police force had acted in the interest of public safety in continuing the pursuit, and in the quantity that they had responded in terms of vehicles, although no further details of the nature of the pursuit have been released at this time. The victim’s battered car sat next to paramedics as they fought to save his life; he sustained several visible injuries and was unresponsive. The chaotic scene escalated as EMS discovered that his lung had collapsed, and he was only able to breathe with assistance. A sore mood fell upon the crowd. An officer, who wished not to be named, was able to speak briefly to LSNN, stating, “this motor vehicle accident took place when a suspect fleeing from police crashed into the victim here." Media Relations could not be reached at the scene. LSNN will update with their statement. The victim was transported to Zonah in critical condition, sustaining severely broken bones, a fractured skull and possible internal bleeding, as noted by EMS. With pursuits occurring throughout the city on a daily basis, this incident brings to light the question of just how many have fallen victim to the vast number of pursuits that occur throughout Los Santos.

Short description: Change the pricing of upgrading vehicles, right now all levels of engine for example cost the same. Detailed description: Make it so that the vehicles have different prices for their engine upgrade. Each of the levels costing more and more. Make it so the current cost is what it cost to get level 2-3. Basically make the price of each upgrade rise with the level of the upgrade. It would also be nice if each vehicle would have different prices for upgrade, since aftermarket parts for high end sports cars are a lot more expensive than it would be for an Asbo. Currently most vehicles on the server are upgraded to the max which is kinda unrealistic. Most people do not have aftermarket performance parts on their cars. If people took a step away from watching others, found them self a group to RP with and actually played the server for what it's intended for they would have a much better time.

I think you're asking for too much when it can essentially be boiled down to "Could I justify this with the character I'm portraying?" In a perfect world, we'd have no need for 'script money' because players would be consistent with their portrayal of their characters, people work hard in real life and stay working-class their entire lives, and people work not so hard and result in billionaires. In practice, it's useful to ignore the numbers in the top right and think; could I justify this purchase, could I justify how my character spends their time - if this character was a real person, then would they be someone you could reasonably know as a person? RP Quality could write a thousand guidelines and still, every day, people will find a new combination that has never been tested before that'd have to be added to guidelines, it's absolutely redundant to do so, have confidence in your portrayal and portray your character as it would be a real person.

STORY OF THOMAS CASTIGLIONE Everything else would be seen accordingly as I will start to display screens all around and continue his story.

HISTORY The West Side Neighborhood Pirus are an infamous street gang based in Strawberry, Los Santos in the projects of Forum Drive, and some of the surrounding areas. Also known as Neighborhood Piru, this street gang was founded in the early 1990's after the infamous 1992's riots that took place in South Central, Los Santos due to police brutality. The gang started off with three teenagers Caleb Smith, Jeremiah Jarvis, and Maxine Price. All three of them decided to call themselves Roy Piru due to having older Piru family members surrounding them and living on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard while growing up. After the riots left South Central, Los Santos in ruins the teenagers decided to make their own "set" in the infamous Piru gang that was flooding their neighborhood in spite of having enemy rival neighborhoods surrounding them. Later in the years of constant violence in their neighborhood they got affiliated with the orginial Neighborhood Pirus, getting orders to represent their street in their street gang name which brought the name Roy Neighborhood Piru to be born. The street gang eventually moved to the West Side of South Central, Los Santos and started to represent the original name of West Side Neighborhood Piru dividing the street gang into two sets 145th Piru & 151 Piru. PRESENT DAY Now the street gang known as West Side Neighborhood Piru, used to represent Roy Lowenstein Boulevard and the surrounding areas with great force, indulging in drug distribution, drug smuggling, drug usage, weapon dealing, and a lot more in the neighborhoods that are undocumented. Now they do the same around the Strawberry area. Officials claim that the details of who is the leadership in this street gang is unconfirmed, very limited evidence on the street gang, and is now ran by a completely new generation on teenagers that live in the neighborhoods. The street gang considers themselves as "West Side Ps" and a lot of other street terms that are unknown to this day through the public. 145th Piru 145th Piru is a subset within West Side Neighborhood Piru, they are young, ruthless, and deranged due to their surroundings of gang violence and constant poverty in their neighborhood. They are still under command of West Side Neighborhood Piru and will do anything to protect their higher ups in the street gang. They indulge in a lot of illegal activities like distribute drugs, extort, home invasion, robbery, vandalism, and etc to make their presence known around the neighborhoods of Forum Drive & the surrounding areas. This subset is ran by three of the main higher ups in West Side Neighborhood Piru and decided to branch and make 145th Piru, following the foot steps of the previous members that have died in gang violence in the neighborhood. 151 Piru 151 Piru is another subset from West Side Neighborhood Piru. This set is mainly full of drug dealers, pimps, and hustlers. They do small crimes in the area of Forum Drive also like home invasion, robbery, vandalism, and a lot more crimes around the area. The Story of Big Gleeko 2001-2020 Nolan "Big Gleeko" Summers was born and raised in the western areas of Los Santos. His father was a big drug dealer around the Rancho area and barely came to visit Nolan. Him and his mother ended moving in with his father due to his mother losing her job and had to settle for something a lot cheaper. They lived in a one bedroom apartment in the Rancho area. As soon as Nolan turned sixteen he started to hang around with a big homie that goes by the name of Jacoby "Trigga Ru" Miller. Nolan got turned onto the drug game from that point forth and made a name for himself around the Rancho area. He got jumped in later that year by other big homies that were apart of a set called Roy Neighborhood Piru making him involved with "NHP" and the other local blood/piru sets around the area. At the age of nineteen, one day Nolan "Big Gleeko" Summers went on a hit by himself after getting robbed by some local Crips in the Davis area which made him go into a deranged state of mind. He went on a killing spree around Davis & Rancho looking for any Crip affiliates and ended up getting into a high speed chase with the police after getting spotted gunning down a person in the middle of the street. He took them on a thirty minute police chase and local law enforcement decided to disable his car with a couple road blocks, and rams. He was pinned down by the police and surrounded, he loaded up his pistol before hopping out of the car and shooting at every police he saw while he was pinned down. He was riddled with bullets that night by police. He is forever remembered and honored by his Piru affiliates. RIP BIG GLEEKO. Members of Roy Neighborhood Piru Bloods charged with manslaughter - Arrests in Los Santos April 10, 2020, James Evans, Los Santos Times Writer April 10 - The Los Santos Police Department got a call from a resident about four occupants shooting at rival gang members around the area of Brouge Avenue killing three of the rival gang members. As soon as the responding officer showed up on Brouge Avenue he reported seeing the four black males gunning down the rival gang members in the middle of the street and then proceeding to run into the closest alleyway and splitting up. Two of the members reportedly got away on foot while the other two members ran to a unidentified black vehicle that was parked in the alleyway. The two members that took the black vehicle was in a mass pursuit with local police, one of the members in the passenger seat got dropped off around the Roy Lowenstein Boulevard area and got away on foot while the other member in the black vehicle got caught by local law enforcement. The driver that goes by the name of Jacoby Miller, the driver of the black vehicle was arrested and incarcerated in the state penitentiary. Members of Roy Neighborhood Piru Bloods charged with Second Degree Murder & Vandalism - Arrests in Los Santos. June 8, 2017, James Evans, Los Santos Times Writer June 8 - Federal agents and 10 law enforcement officers executed multiple search and arrest warrants in Rancho, Los Santos in connection with murdering two 16 year old teenagers by the names of Jakeem Rice & Rashawn Bowman. The local Police and Sheriffs raided a household on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard two days after the murder took place. Law enforcement seized over five hand guns and 7 suspects within the household. The mother of Rashawn Bowman identified one of the suspects found in the household as one of the "homeboys" of her son that is now dead. Law enforcement traced the bullets found in the two victims bodies to be found fired from two of the guns found in the raid of the house on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. The 7 suspects are now in the local county jail and are awaiting trial.

A lot of time is spent on discussions regarding to players who RP as a mechanics, FD, PD, bartending and more jobs that don't pay the big money, buying vehicles that IRL they couldn't really afford as a bartender, mech or whatever I already mentioned. Luxury vehicles are seen all over the server, this is not a special thing anymore, not like IRL that you might slide your phone out and take a pic of the expensive vehicle. The point of my suggestion is to not let these people get such cars immediately. I suggest to add a new car system which won't let purchase the vehicle immediately, but would send an order for the vehicle. I believe it doesn't need to take a lot of time to see if a player can take a hold of an expensive car. I don't say it would be a "car application", that's totally stupid, but if we decide to go with that car ordering system it'll be much more realistic, because when you purchase a car from its company most of the times you won't get it on the spot, sometimes it will even need to be shipped out and you will have to wait a few days til you sit your ass in it. I know that there are already many expensive cars out there owned by people who don't really "deserve" it RPly and they can't really be stopped. And there are also the dealerships who're selling the great expensive vehicles, but I believe that RP management team can do something about it. Take this as a suggestion for the future of the server, it really makes sense to me and I thought it might make sense for others too.

You seem to fail to manage to read what he said beforehand. BAR ALREADY GETS A GOVT BONUS FROM THEM ENTERING. So charging them AFTER they enter and not BEFORE they enter, in this case AFTER THEY GET GOVT BONUS and not BEFORE THEY GET GOVT BONUS is a dick move from the club owners, who already got paid and then demand even more without stating so outside. You can even use /createscene and let them know you have to pay entry inside.

I cannot lie but agree to this as It does prove that various elements are not taken seriously, a character portrayal depends on a person wether they own 1 business, 2, 3 or unlimited. It is their /choice/. Yeah, if the owner wants to run his businesses themselves by giving each equal time so be it. There is nothing wrong in doing so and secondly, most of the people on the server break character portrayal but still are not given a word. - I was stopped by KV once when I saw three massacro's (their owners were fishing). Me, myself was interested n' thought (Why not give it a try?) I was immediately stopped by KV for less charcter portraya but what about those people? They own the sea? - Second is I saw a trucker this morning owning a Besta GTS (very expensive vehicle) alongside a Supra (for a Trucker atleast, expensive as hell). He was selling them to a dealership and the owner of the dealership was confused how he could do such a thing? But no actions was taken against him. He couldn't even write properly because all he was doing was /grind-the-fuck-off/ but no-one stopped him and then comes to the point where realism is discussed. - I saw a mechanic at Re-Perez, wearing cheap clothes and driving an Obey 9F Cabrio - (Reason?: Mechanics get paid well.) I swear to GOD, A person owning a 200,000USD vehicle IRL would not be sleeping on the street or rubbing his ass on a garage rather doing business. - Lastly, I know I myself am no expert but people learn from mistakes, I never did the mistake once again (Never bought a supercar) but realisticly this is very much pissing me off. Why are the only targeted ones are these? Yes, the starter paycheck gives you 200,000 and you shouldn't grind but why are people not being stopped for doing so? In this matter, I'm gonna go with Tsarna as I feel much negativity happening around. Most clubs dont actually display the entrance fee outside. You either need to ask the bouncers or go to the actual ticket booth or however they work their entrance system. This is for the simple reason that you're more likely to pay the fee once you're already in there. As for the suggestion... looks like someone got butthurt because they didnt get a free entry. Handle it IC and dont tell people OOC how to run their business.... if they want to charge 5k entry and display the pricing on the roof that's fine with me, because its their business lol
