Short description: The Weather system, due to the fact people don't know or ignore it, they wear crop tops and what not when it's colder than usual or raining. Breaks realism, something we are trying to portray. Detailed description: Currently the /weather command displays the temperature & sunny/cloudy/raining state without actually saying whether if it's windy and such, you can have a 30c sunny day with winds as if it's winter time. My suggestion revolves around adding the wind factor to /weather to display. Moreover I've noticed people either do not know /weather exists (similar to /examine /attributes commands, where every 3rd person I /examine has it state there is none set), or do not care by wearing inappropriate clothing to the current weather. Also would be nice to have it shown at all times near the HUD GPS data, this way people can see it at all times, and there is no need to have a cmd that new people to the server won't know about. Commands to add: None. Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? Over all will make it that people will start taking weather into consideration when they take their character outside the house, and dress them accordingly. As such would alleviate the lack of knowing another cmd to check weather like many commands new-comers do not know about. Additional information: None.

I have to agree with you, I have yet to see Robo-cops in the sheriff's department, so far I've seen great role-play with a lot of deputies being friendly whenever they pull you over. They generally seem to have a personality and it's great. With that being said, players might not notice if all they are doing is escaping/running from them. But most deputies seem to approach players in an opened friendly way, if you treat them like shit, expect to have shit in return.

Due to the way he was driven after his brothers death, he had to let the past go and trail into a new path, therefore he was sent to an EPR momevent in Guerrero. During the EPR he met Adelita Gallardo, who turned to be his best match whilst operating under the guerrilla guides. They bonded pretty well together, complementing each other. As soon as he was done with the EPR, he was sent back to the local cell with the promise to be sent elsewhere and grow his own operation along with Adelita. Nickname: Meg Origin: Sheffield, England DOB: 10-SEP-1994 Height: 5'8 Weight: 130 lbs Hair: Black Eyes: Baby Blue After choosing to involve herself in the various semi-organized gangs surrounding her home town, Megan soon learned that, unlike others, her motivation for crime was fueled by adrenaline and her appetite for danger and violence over a need to support a family or fight for a cause. Her family would be considered millionaires by the individuals she spent her time with and because of that her trust was never truly gained by any of her peers. Her allegiance was never set in stone and she soon found that as many people did not trust her, she found it hard to trust those she spent so many hours with. With no siblings to speak of she had only one individual she truly bonded with, one she could trust and eventually develop deeper feelings for. Together they moved from neighborhood to neighborhood, quickly building a name for themselves as unaligned individuals, asking few questions so long as their time was compensated. Eventually however, their reputation began to become that of two un-loyal backstabbers who'd quickly turn on those they work along side if enough money were to change hands and a setup was organized behind their unaware backs. A setup that would bring about the death of two out of three involved. Atop an abandoned silo, her closest friend stabbed and shot in front of her eyes. Without a question or doubt in her mind, she planted a knife in the individual's back before withdrawing it and shoving him over the edge of the tower to his death. With no time to grieve, she did her best to conceal the ordeal before planning her flight to America to escape the life she'd grown up in. Moving swiftly to Blaine County to escape the bustling city of Los Santos, she soon realized that no matter how hard she tried she could never escape the life of crime that she had been raised by.

Childhood Torstein was born in Norway in your average family with jobs that allowed them to surface the waters of the poor. Torstein understood that his family can't afford much from the start and he didn't ask for much from his parents except for love and attention as he grows up just like any other kid. The problem was his father was an alcoholic that was beating on his mama and they had fights breaking out every night, even having the police involved sometimes. Plates and silverware flying left and right, doors being shut and screams coming from behind what seemed like impenetrable barriers for him. Despite the environment he was living into, he was doing pretty great at school, he was first in his class and even won competitions in the first few grades. Much of the work he was doing for school was to get the attention of his parents and to show them he is a good kid. Even so, his efforts were in vain. His father never harmed him physically but he wouldn't stop complaining about how useless he is, that he doesn't listen and won't do stuff right, his mother kept beating him until he couldn't even sit down or hold something in his hands. She was just as abusive as his father, she wasn't an alcoholic, but her ego, arrogancy and selfishness couldn't be stopped. Growing up He grew up to be a very peaceful lad and avoid fights as much as he could, he had enough of them at home and saw how they bring the worst in people, no, he didn't want any of that anymore. Yet he wouldn't hesitate to hit back if he had to. From the money he had gathered over the years, or well whatever he could, his parents weren't giving him much, it was more like begging from them, he bought a camera, this would later on become one of his hobbies. He'd been ice skating since he was a little kid, he found just as much peace in that as he finds in photography. Quietly sliding over the ice with nobody to disturb him, feeling the wind in his face and the silence was calming for him. He was gradually disconnecting himself emotionally from his family, after all they've put him through, even though it's family, he doesn't believe he should have any obligations towards them. Torstein was only doing what's best for him. By the age of fourteen, just like any other kid he's had his share of crushes on girls. He was unconsciously seeking for the love he's never received from his family. Torstein hooked up with this one girl that was just as broken as him, he felt compassion for her, and so did she. They got along well and did what's best for each other, always making compromises, so they would be together for years to come. Adulthood and university By the time he was nineteen and finished school he'd been through hell and back already. He couldn't hate his parents more than this, his mother always making him do stuff and not get anything in return or whenever he'd ask for something or for help he wouldn't receive it, same old story. She always stole items from him, including money, she never asked for anything, she was entitled to everything but he didn't have the privilege of having anything. His father couldn't be more of a bystander at this point. Torstein was on his own. Fortunately, by the age of eighteen he had a job and no longer depended on his parents. By now the only person he relied on was himself. He was accepted into the criminology and psychology university and was keen on graduating it so he could get a job in the domain. It was as if he was living a dream, moving out and going to a different city, escaping from everything that troubled him. All was perfect. Until, at the age of twenty one, he found out the girl he was with was cheating on him whilst he was at university, when they were video calling and she forgot the camera on and a guy entered her room. He could see it all. It completely broke him. All the times his family relentlessly told him he wasn't wanted, loved, that they'd be better off without him and that they'd save more money without him. All the times he has heard his mother cry on the phone that she doesn't know what to do anymore because she hates him. All the beatings, dragged on the floor, threw, kicked, punched. He couldn't deal with it anymore. He died on the inside and couldn't care less anymore about anything. Torstein cut all ties with everyone, deleted his social media, changed his phone number, finished the university and moved to San Andreas seeking a new beginning. Feature Showcase: Chat Logs Information Chat logs are without a doubt one of the most important resources that are generated while playing on a role playing server. They can be used to create screenshots, keep track of conversations (example: interrogations held by the Police Department), assist with reports, and so on. RAGEMP does not provide chat log functionality out of the box, which is why we created it ourselves to enhance your experience while playing on the server. You will be able to save all of your generated chat logs with a special tool we made for the job. Usage The GTA World Chat Log Assistant is a tool we developed to extract your chat logs. All you need to do to get started is download the latest (stable) release from https://github.com/AdvGTAW/GTAW-Log-Parser/releases, select your RAGEMP directory, and click on "Parse". You will then be able to choose between saving the parsed chat log to your computer, or copying it to the clipboard. We decided to make the program Open Source because we do not trust random programs from the internet and neither should you. The source code is available at https://github.com/AdvGTAW/GTAW-Log-Parser and we strongly encourage you to learn to compile the program on your own. If you trust us and do not wish to compile it yourself, we still encourage you to verify the downloaded file using the SHA256 hash found alongside the release. Features Automatic Backup The GTA World Chat Log Assistant not only parses chat logs at will, but also gives you the option to do it automatically after selecting a valid RAGEMP directory location. Enabling this feature is as simple as clicking on the "Automatic Backup Settings" option found on the menu bar and setting a backup directory. All of the chat logs will be neatly organized and you won't have to do a thing! This feature works great if you also enable the option that starts the program with your computer. Set it and forget it! Filtering Accessing the filtering menu is as simple as clicking on the "Filter Chat Log" option found on the menu bar. To get started, you can either load the current chat log that hasn't been parsed yet, or browse your file system for a chat log you parsed previously. There are two types of filtering, simple and advanced: Simple filtering implies using the checkboxes on the filtering screen to add or remove content Advanced filtering can be used in conjunction with simple filtering to filter for specific lines that contain sequences of words given in the indicated text box Known Issues As said before, RAGEMP does not offer a native chat log experience and we had to make our own. This system uses the local storage functionality of the client, which has the tendency to break randomly. In simple terms, the chat log is stored (almost) in the same way cookies are stored in your web browser. This is an issue with RAGEMP, not the GTA World Chat Log Assistant. To combat this we added an option that, when enabled, warns you when the same chat log has been backed up automatically 2 or more times. If you see this message you will have to delete the resource folder of the server (found inside RAGEMP/client_packages) to repair the chat logs. Lost chat logs cannot be recovered.

Short description: Changing the modification prices to better suit the level of upgrade. Detailed description: Currently the garage mod pricing is in abit of a predicament. For engine, transmission,breaks, suspension upgrades they're all at fixed price no matter what level you choose. For example engine change is $8000 across the board regardless of level you choose. And so it doesn't make sense that downgrading a car's internals for example to stock would cost the same as it would to upgrade it to high spec. All in all it defeats the purpose of even going to pick level 2 or 3 when you go just straight to 4 for price/performance ratio because oocly it doesn't make sense to go for mid tier if the pricing is charging you all the same. A suggestion of improvement would to have it displayed evenly out like the Lock/alarm/anti-theft system is with different pricing. Commands to add: No commands to add save for changing the pricing. Items to add: No items to add. How would your suggestion improve the server? It would be more immersive and realistic for pricing. Also so people can actually RP immersively having stock cars or whatever range in regards to their financial circumstance/any other reasoning. The immersive idea to characters able to see their car improve over time with RP. Additional information: Only thing I guess that probably wouldn't need changing is suspension due to the fact that it's more of a personal choice in how comfortable you want the car to handle rather thnt improving a vehicle's performance outright, correct me if I'm wrong.

This issue should be clearly split into IC and OOC sections because there's currently a blur in this thread that I think needs to be addressed. I'll break that down here, starting with the OOC. As an LEO roleplayer, I'd be more inclined to leniency to a minor character if: The minor's 'family' (ie home) wasn't NPC'd and they actually had player parents. There was an actual social services (or whatever the US use) faction/system on the server, ran by a non-police entity that managed minors. The characters didn't switch from untouchable gang member to scared/underage/pregnant when they get caught. Now for the IC section, and this is important. Currently, and I say this because I have actually done it before, if you were to take someone home with a warning then the majority of the time they're going to be back out on the street in 5 minutes with their friends again. Whilst this is admittedly in part an OOC issue as listed above, we have to consider the IC circumstances - for example, their parents don't care so just let them back out. If officers see this as a trend, they're naturally going to choose to NOT do that because there's no effect. As a disclaimer, this isn't aimed at any player or group in particular but is a consensus I've drawn based on trends and situations I've seen or read about.

Short description: Text command that allows the pilot and co-pilot to instantaneously switch seats. Detailed description: Create a text command that either the pilot or co-pilot (driver and front passenger) can type that will switch them between seats 0 and 1, or left and right, respectively. This will mostly be for the purpose of flight instruction so that the instructor pilot can take over if the student begins to do something unsafe. Otherwise, if you are instructing from the right seat, there is no way you can take control of the aircraft and thus, sudden death. Commands to add: /TFC (transfer flight controls, made into an acronym so it can be typed quickly in-game) Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server?: It would make room for positive flight instruction with the actual ability of taking control of the aircraft to prevent a crash. This would also prove beneficial for the LSPD, LSSD, and LSFD flight departments while they train their pilots. Additional information: None. Thank you for your consideration.
