  1. I'll lock this as it's not planned at all to introduce such feature. It completely ruined LSRP's economy, everyone agrees on that, they admitted it too, and made it impossible for them to do anything about the economy without wiping everything, which they never did. While it's a great feature to keep people online (you make millions after 1000+ hours or so), that's not what we aim for nor what our server stands for. We don't care much about the player count, we care about the quality, and this feature is the complete opposite of quality roleplay.

  4. I'm going to lock this. Creating a thread and raising your friends to spam it and your message isn't how we work in this community, and i'll start dropping some bans next time it happens. If you have a good suggestion to improve the server (which in your case isn't), feel free to post it. You don't need friends to upvote it and post useless message on it if it's a good and reasonable one, other players will debate, discuss and comment it. That's how we do things here, not like savages.

  5. Short description: 1. Introduce some kind of system where brewer can name their produce. So that there's difference between brewerys products. 2. Make brewery system more complex, add more alcohol types and maybe even a leveling up system. Detailed description: 1) If two brewers sell their produce whether it's moonshine or craft beer to a restaurant or something they will have different labels, tastes, different look and price than the other person's produce. But in the inventory it will say Mooshine or Craft Beer no matter where it's from. Also, let's say someone spends time building a brewery business, hiring people, working on a website any other stuff that takes effort to produce something that they can sell to distributors for good value and generally provide some rp value to the server, any other person could technically make craft beer or moonshine ,put 0 rp into it and then sell it to stores as the product of that person who put alot of effort in. My suggestion for differentiating between different types would be to give each brewer a short code which would be displayed after the craft beer maybe? 2) Perhaps there could be a way to allow either more variety to the brewery script such as brewing different types of Whiskey, Rum, Vodka, Beer, Wine. Maybe even add a leveling up system like in trucking to make people be able to brew cheap beer first, then good beer, then quality beer, then unlock whiskey or something and start again like poor whiskey, good whiskey etc. Commands to add: 1. After collecting beer or moonshine from bluebarrel there should be an option to type in your produce name. And then in inventory it could say ''Craft beer (Mouth Gordo Ale 9%)'' or Mooshine (Mouth Gordo 151 Rum 75.5%) Items to add: Craft Rum, Craft Whiskey, Craft Wine etc etc etc How would your suggestion improve the server? It would fix some of the frustrating things brewers have to put up with and that alot of people get discouraged from taking on this rp by. Having a more complex brewing system may be a step forwad to one day having no need for Liquor stores and being able to have a player-run alcohol economy with competing breweries where you could maybe even hire people, distribution of alcohol and the third suggestion would fix a part of a 'job' that does not make you money right now. Additional information: Some people may say just sell it to a Liquor store script wise. You can't. Every Liquor store says ''This business is not buying or has no money in its bank account'', ALSO, I'd rather not. The fun in the brewing RP is trying to sell your produce to real people, marketing it, RP the taste and look of it. Being able to sell to Liquor stores would make it same as fishing.

  6. Short description: Adding more wheel modifications that are in the game but not on the server. Detailed description: As far as I've noticed, there's a lot of wheels in GTA V but we don't have them on the server. What we have on the server is only "Sports" section of this modification and I think that we should have more of these. Like "Offroad", "Tuner", "Muscle" section aswell. It adds up to the variety of the server and there are some cars which don't look really good with "Sports" because the tire gets too big. Also, the tires would be solved with this too. Every of these sections brings up new tires along with the wheel. Also, "Custom Tire" option could be added. Basically it only adds up a text on the tire and I didn't notice any change in the way the car handles. With this and good roleplay we don't need a tires/wheels mod. Commands to add: // How would your suggestion improve the server? It would add a bigger variety for the modifications of the vehicles we have on the server which means the vehicles would be more unique. Items to add: Wheels: Tuner: Rally Master Outsider Battle VIII Rollas Slicer El Quatro Dubbed Apex Countersteer Choku-Dori Saisoku Dished-eight Muscle: Classic Five Dukes Muscle Freak Blacktop DragSPL Revolter Spooner FiveStar Lowrider: Wired Big Worm Super Pin Off-road: Raider Mudslinger Amazon Mil Spec Steelie "Custom Tire" option.

  8. He brought up something that could bring valuable RP to multiple people instead of it being an outdated script based, money grind with zero RP value outside of the brewer making script money. You don’t even have to deal with anyone. I’m sure a majority of people brewing use it strictly to grind money, rather than the enjoyment of being a brewer. Seriously? You’re mad about someone suggesting something to better the RP? @Briutas On topic, +1 in support of this suggestion. I would love to see a more in-depth brewery system. I tried to RP a brewery in the past and would love to see something meaningful.

  13. Short description: Remove /fuel = full tank to a pumping system. Detailed description: My suggestion is very simple, I'm suggesting that changing the refuelling system from /fuel = full tank to you actually holding down a key to pump gas into your vehicle. Sorta like a minigame. You'd see some bar fill up and the prices would obviously vary depending on how much you fill. Commands to add: Going up to a gas station, activating the minigame with /fuel by then you'd hold down a key to pump gas into the vehicle. Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? I rarely pump a full tank of gas into my car IRL, that's just me though. I think it would be more immersive to see players hanging around the gas station actually roleplaying refuelling their vehicles. Additional information: None. Derp if this has been suggested before, but I couldn't find anything.

  14. Short description: See detailed description Detailed description: I'd absolutely love to see a /createscene command implemented. Something similar to what LSRP has if anyone remembers, but have it available to anyone, not just faction members. Basically what it does is create a floating /do that remains in one place, allowing you to describe a scenario or something others would find or see without having to be present at the time. Maybe add a timer and a limit of 1 or 2 per player to it so it disappears after a certain amount of hours to avoid flooding. Commands to add: /createscene Items to add: - How would your suggestion improve the server? Opens up new opportunites for RP! Additional information: -

  19. https://lspd.gta.world/viewtopic.php?f=261&t=26229 ^ we have a topic here that explains how to report our faction members for roleplay standards. All the complaints are handled by me and my staff guys and are visible to FM. So if you're ever in disagreement with the outcome or feel like we didn't do enough, you're always free to poke @SpawnMatrix or my handler @Selena to have them check up on it to make sure we did our work correctly. It's sometimes difficult to gauge from my perspective if I've done enough for you or protected my faction member a little too much. Nothing wrong with getting a second opinion if you feel you need one.

  22. You should be able to trust your members to follow rules and OOC RP rules. If they IC do not have access to a vehicle they cannot take it out. Its common sense and PG if they do not follow the rules. You really dont need us to spend hours into making a script to force vehicle usage on someone while they instead should RP properly on a heavy RP server.

  23. The fix: -Open your documents then Rockstar Games , GTA V , select to edit the settings.xml ( with note pad or notepad++) , locate <DX_Version value="2"/> and change with 2 with a 0 <DX_Version value="0" />. Went from 40-60 to 120-140 on Ultra

  24. I'm working on gathering enough people to start what I did back on another server: a rural community, based on little groups. Not quite a faction, because we're neither just illegal or legal, we're both. The porpuse of this is to repopulate the rural area, like Sandy Shores, and provide enough role-play to be sustenable. I did that with Carson and it worked, unfortunately, we didn't had any support from the staff team(no businesses, no scripted things, etc.). I'm doing this because I like role-playing outside the city, especially when the map is so detailed and well done for this, but so far we're lacking people, so we can't start it. Again, not a faction, but more like a community made of little 'factions' or groups of people, where everyone role-plays whatever they want, for example, on Carson, we had car thieves, alien freaks(tin foil and stuff like that), RV people, senators and city council people, bikers, basically everything. Sandy already has the illegal part in it, which is awesome.

  25. Feature Showcase: Economy Information This feature showcase will detail our economy, its value and how it works into our world. Closed circle economy We have achieved after 2 years all the changes we wanted to put in place on the gamemode to work in a closed circle economy, what does this mean? Every $1 you're receiving or giving ingame is going to another player: Your taxes are going up to the government, your purchases are going into businesses' banks which are then paying their employees, expenses, etc. The remaining scripted job (fishing, garbage) are paid by the government or by the businesses, as fishes increase the stock of food for the truckers deliveries. Your initial 40 hours increased paycheck that prevents you from doing any grind to start roleplaying is from a welfare program financed by the government bank, so other players' taxes. All of this is automated in our gamemode and there is currently $0 injected into the economy, which prevents massive price increase of houses or items, and we do not need money sinks to keep the economy in good shape. As some players obviously stop playing after a while, their money could be considered out of the economy, if there was a lack of money in the economy we would allow us to inject more money through the state into the factions and government but this case didn't happen yet. Factions budget The government discusses the faction budgets on a monthly (soon to be quarterly) basis. Everything from paygrades of a Police Officer III to an unit cost of a baton, the fuel and maintenance costs of the vehicles – all of the factors that we can reasonably account for are considered into the budget requests, reviewed and addressed in a commensurate manner by the City Government. It’s a solution we feel helps with the immersion for all parties involved – being wasteful /matters/ now. Finally, there are the actual IC initiatives of the City Government. To give you an example – the government funded a construction of 12 new apartments in Hawick. All of which available to the players to rent, and eventually, buy out. Your tax money is used to support businesses through subsidizing the salaries of roleplay employees that don’t bring much value otherwise, to allow people to purchase the vehicles essential for their business operation (keyword, essential. The government doesn’t tend to approve a fleet of 7 Volatuses for a skydiving school) or to simply give them a little bit of cash to cover the first few months of their office lease. We would like to take a moment here and remind everyone that you can tap into a plethora of funds through the government Business Stimulus Package – just head to http://gov.gta.world/ and register. Example of vehicle budgets for the LSFD GTAW$ vs US$ Many players seem to misunderstand the concept of having a healthy economy vs real life economy. GTAW's economy self defined a price to each items based on their value, not on their real life price. It took the choice to keep the houses / vehicles market at a 1:1 price compared to US$, but everything else is adjusted to fit our players' income. We did not want players to have to play years and take mortgage that they would never refund to purchase homes and vehicles, from this choice we had to increase the price of all "small items" (guns, drinks etc.) to match with an increased income of approximately x10 up to x20. For all items that are not vehicles or houses, you can basicly use the formula $1 = 10-20 $GTAW. A real life glock would cost $600 whereas it cost $10,000 on the server. A drink will be around $200 instead of $10 in a bar or night club. These prices are realistic for our money value, healthy and following our initial choice of not implementating 20 years long mortgages into the game.

  26. Feature Showcase: Cats & Dogs Information GTA:World is proud to present our unique pet system for the community. This is an entirely unique feature that is completely synced with everyone no matter the task your pet is assigned. With our own syncing of peds we give the players the opportunity to experience some really immersive roleplay! There are 5 types of dogs and 1 cat you can own! The following tasks are avaliable for pets: Follow me - The dog will follow its owner around Come to me - The dog runs to your position Idle/Stay - The dog will stay put and await further instructions Wander around - This allows the dog to wander off on its own within 50 meters of you (dog only) Sit - The dog will sit down Bark - The dog will bark a couple of times (dog only) How to get one? In order to avoid the server being swarmed with pets, and since it's only a cosmetic feature, we decided to offer it to donators only. This will drastically reduce the potential amount of pet owner, while financially helping the server which only relies on cosmetic features for its donations! These features must remain with a high and monthly price to prevent having too many owners and stacking more and more owners with time. Once again, this is all cosmetic, If you wish to support us feel free to, no one forces you to get a pet. We do not want to see the server swarmed with them, hence why we thought it would be the best decision.
