The Fulacci Connection is a relatively new competitor to the area of Mirror Park, growing off of the ideals and beliefs of one man that the organization is named after - Rog Fulacci, lower henchman of the infamous Danucci family up in San Fierro. Known for his ruthlessness and pure aggression to his foes, Fulacci ascended very quickly from his birth in 1969 to a grown fully-fledged member of the family in 1984. However, on the 3rd anniversary of the assassination of the US President Ronald Reagan, the Danucci Family Compound was bumrushed with a multitude of San Fierro Police Department officials, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents, and other state representatives. There was a clean sweep of the compound and loads of cocaine, heroin, money, enslaved prostitutes and children, weaponry of different calibres and sizes, along with many members within the family were confiscated and taken to the nearby law enforcement facility. Fulacci was not at the compound at the time, instead on a simple errand run given to him by the don, Eylos Danucci. In the following years, Fulacci went through many hard struggles including the divorce of his parents and living out in the cold, mean streets of San Fierro. However, due to his natural charisma and knack for getting out of trouble, he was able to round up a group of vagrant outcasts who helped scrounge up money using the exploitation of the newly-founded Epsilon Program San Fierro chapter. With this money, he would be able to make a new start in San Andreas, the Golden State. This is where the Fulacci Connection was born - as time progressed and Rog's social network grew, he gained men and women he trusted with his life and dignity. After jumpming from seedy motel to seedy motel and sleeping in tunnels with his crew, he finally settled down in the hipster capitol of San Anne - Mirror Park. Intending on using Mirror Park as a base of operations for his new plans of outdoing the Danucci family and continuing the legacy of so many before him. OOC Info: This faction and its members are heavily inspired by the real life murder of Jerzy Popieluszko by three agents of the Służba Bezpieczeństwa. The aim is to maintain an established movement of Solidarity and numerous secret societies, crime rings, and organizations that have existed throughout history. We allow all characters of any race, religion, creed, or gender join as long as they are focused on hardcore character development through engaging scenes of intense and arduous roleplay. You're expected to roleplay every single action, as we are trying to establish a group that is as close to reality as possible. To exist in the group simply for the allure of money, power, respect, or any form of meaningless superficial things is not acceptable. We take ourselves VERY seriously, and we expect others to treat us with the same amount of seriousness and sincerity. We are a friendly faction who is open to roleplaying with everyone. History – A glance In the early 1900s, the first wave of the Korean immigrants settled at the foot of Pillbox Hill, which was known back then as “Old Koreatown”. Due to their social status, many of them found themselves labouring menial and domestic jobs, jobs that were otherwise considered below local residents. It wasn’t until the 1930s that the Korean population began relocating to what is now known as Little Seoul, establishing a proper community. “They moved there, because, as people of color, they weren’t allowed to live in other areas.”  Little Seoul is a neighborhood in Central Los Santos, dubbed “K-Town” due to the formation of an ethnic enclave in the early 1970s. Whilst records show that Korean emigration to the United States began as early as 1903, Korean-American communities did not grow significantly until after the passage of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965. The communities saw a 2,500% increase in the Korean immigrant population in just ten years, which helped stimulate growth in the district. By the late 1970s, most businesses on Palomino Avenue and Lindsay Circus were owned by the Koreans. This played a crucial role in cultivating a sense of communal identity within Little Seoul, establishing itself as the primary hub of the Korean community in southern San Andreas. This has been strengthened by South Korean investment flowing into the neighborhood’s economy. Little Seoul, despite its name, is considered one of the most highly diverse areas in Los Santos, due to its composition being primarily Hispanic and only a third being Asian. “There were racially restrictive covenants in place until 1948. So, they were able to live in that area among African-Americans and Latinx and the Japanese-American community.” - Katherine Yungmee Kim, commenting on the migration of Korean immigrants in an article entitled ‘The best Koreatown outside of Korea’ During the 1980s, the neighborhood of Little Seoul was officially designated by Los Santos. Asian Organized Crime Organized crime in Korea began in the early 1940s during the occupation by the Imperial Japanese forces. They started as political enterprises, seeking to further the Korean National Independence movement, which eventually turned corrupt. In Korea, these criminal organizations are referred to as “PAs” and have rigid organizational structures. Their organizational structure is akin to that of its Chinese counterparts, Triads and Tongs, however, allowing more room between blue and white-collar crime. The South Korean dictatorship of Park Chung-hee, during the 1960s, saw habitual Korean mobsters, otherwise known as Kkangpae (깡패), flee to established Koreatowns around the world, including San Andreas’ very own Little Seoul. While Koreans had faced little trial and tribulation settling into Little Seoul, it is not to say that they didn’t face difficulties with local gangs in the area such as Crips, Bloods, and Sureños. Taking the initiative, groups began to form in order to protect their own, albeit they were frowned upon by the Korean population. They began forcefully recruiting teenagers from immigrant homes that were deemed dysfunctional to further their own causes. In 1990 the Korean government had declared a “war on crime” in an effort to crack down on violent and non-violent acts by criminally organized groups. Takedowns crippled organizations and gangs, but didn’t completely eradicate them as a play of being able to control them, which led to further emigration from Korea. Some fled to the United States where they would re-establish their criminal enterprises. New additions in Little Seoul meant that ties to home were strengthened, especially to the port city of Pusan. Come April 1992 race relations plummeted, following a trial which acquitted four officers of the Los Santos Police Department for excessive force in the arrest of an African-American man. Unrest spread like wildfire throughout the Los Santos metropolitan area and resulted in six days of violent riots. Koreans violently came to blows with the African-American community following the killing of a 16-year-old African-American high school student at the hands of Korean shop owner. Koreans disputed that the killing was in self-defense whilst the African-American community argued that it was racially motivated, which lead each side to stand by with their respective races. Korean stores were often guarded by volunteers as well as Korean gangsters armed with handguns, shotguns, and even semi-automatic rifles, as they could not rely on the LSPD. By the end of the riots, the Korean criminal groups had become solidified in the area and unified under their racial hatred for the African-American community in Little Seoul and saw to it black gang members were actively targeted, although these feelings were subdued over time after community leaders had discouraged this. Korean Americans not only faced physical damage to their stores and community surroundings, but they also suffered emotional, psychological, and economic despair. About 2,300 Korean-owned stores were looted or burned, damage that was estimated to be around half a billion USD, making up 45% of all damages caused by the riot. Modern day Little Seoul is still recovering from the chaos and economic disaster caused by the riots. The majority of the local stores that were damaged were never rebuilt as many store owners had little to no savings and they faced difficulties in obtaining loans that would help them rebuild their stores. In spite of all the hardship, Little Seoul today is one of the most attractive areas for investors, which has active establishments providing opportunities to local residents. It has also opened a window for illegal activities. These criminal groups operate in a similar manner as in Korea and engage in criminal activities such as drug trafficking, money laundering, extortion, home-invasion robberies, loan sharking, prostitution, insurance fraud, and alien smuggling. Short description: Using items like hammers to break into cars Detailed description: Currently I believe the system stands that you need a lockpick and a lockpick only to break into a car, even if you were RPing a sledge hammer or crowbar, the only way to get in is a script lockpick. My issue is IRL lock picking is a very hard to come by skill, hardly anyone knows it, especially not the average car robber you see. The current system is for balance, however I feel like it balances to a stage where it disturbs realism. I'm proposing that we shift the system similar to house robberies, if you properly RP breaking into a car, you should be able to type a command to request approval for the robbery, just by writing down what you did, and what type of car it is. Not sure what people would think of this, but I feel like it will expand the car robbery scene, without creating a scenario of car robberies or breakin's sky rocketing. Commands to add: /vBreakin expanded Items to add:N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? By improving the big key word, Realism. Explained above really. Additional information: Tl;Dr make lockpicks the sneaky approach, with a small risk of alerting the alarm in exchange for making picks rarer. Allow smashing of windows, with a hammer at a 100% chance of success, with a 100% chance of setting any alarm off. Maybe a fist being a 50% chance of working, but also 100% of triggering the alarm. Means there's a dynamic to car robberies.

Simple as that, I think that jewelry should be removed from clothing stores and instead be sold in the actual jewelry stores that have been set up in game already! It would bring much more incentive and reason to purchasing a chain that is merely just an item in your inventory for your to look at. Make it so when the player goes to buy the jewelry, they RP the whole process of choosing the jewelry and such, then once the RP is done they player could use a Y menu to actually choose his physical chain, as well as given a (Goods) item.

Has anyone noticed that RageMP updates are always RIIIGHT just about to come, and but never do? I asked in their discord some time ago if they pushed the update they promised out, and the devs replied me that the update already hit. I double-checked (it ofcourse hadn't hit, as we all play the same version), and I asked again, then I got banned. I suppose a lot of silence is put onto updates, last we heard was when @Nervous said he is helping them test and fix things, and there's already been a month from that, and nothing still happens. Have you lost faith in RageMP and just believe all updates are fake just to keep the community interested? SAMP used to have much quicker update rates back in the days when it was a hit (~2010-14).

More press releases and communication from PD please! Officer involved shooting? Press released, high speed chase? Press release, drug raid? Press release. Maybe introduce a weekly press briefing with someone from the department, this way news organizations can put forward IC questions on a regular basis. Possibly even consider running it like a court trial (Through the forums over the course of a day or two) to conserve time and resources?

The reason that administrators are required to give approval for business robberies is specifically so these acts, which disrupt roleplay for a lot of people, are roleplayed in a realistic fashion as well as not happening every couple hours. Obviously less planning would be put into place to rob a convenience store in South Central Los Santos than a high end store in Vinewood and it wouldn't make sense for someone to hold up a high-end jewelry store with no plan of action, especially if they have to drive all the way across what is realistically a massive city to complete the robbery. Your reasoning is essentially if an action could physically be done, it would make sense from an IC standpoint. In the rich areas of the United States, such as Vinewood (let's use the real like equivalent as an example, Hollywood), businesses are not robbed willy-nilly in the same way that they would be in Compton or Inglewood. Sure, any gang banger can take a bus and hold up the Armani store in Rodeo Drive, but I've never heard of that happening since anyone knows you're likely to get swarmed by cops and if you manage to get away, those stores are chocked up to the nuts with surveillance and security systems. If someone was to knock them off, it'd be with an organized crew and planning which includes casing the joint and even some intrigue like hiring an inside man. So while anyone could walk into Louis Vuitton and rob the place, they really don't for the above stated reasons. And to set the record straight, your request wasn't declined because you weren't a quote "skilled shooter". It was declined because for the aforementioned reasons they were going to waltz into a high end store and hold it up with no planning and no actual roleplay leading up to it. Your character would reasonably understand they wouldn't survive/escape the encounter and it'd make no sense that they'd go straight to holding up stores in the richest areas in the city. As mentioned prior, administrators here are to provide a sober second thought regarding what is realistic as we all have ideas that may seem good but sometimes when you step back it makes sense that it is not as realistic as originally believed. We try to encourage as much roleplay as possible but realism needs to be put first and foremost due to this being a roleplay server and not a server based solely on crime.

Hello! If you're reading this then you're new as I am/was and are wondering how to make alcohol since current guides are a bit out of date. This might save you some running around as you're getting started. FIRST: You need to acquire the Brewer job title located at the Pisswasser Brewery. (The orange flame icon on the map.) Highly recommend having a vehicle to transport the brewing tools. The Supplies: Mixing Bucket [$500] Iron Pot [$750] Blue Barrel [$1250] Propane Tank [$450] Burner [$400] You'll get these supplies at the Tool shop. To place your brewing supplies you'll type /brew and select 'place equipment'. You'll need to do this for each of the items required to brew. (Getting a duffel bag at a gas station will help with the inventory space alongside your vehicle.) Place your brewing equipment, preferably outdoors to avoid any issues. For the burner you'll need to place it first before the iron pot. Simply place the burner and while remaining in the same spot place the iron pot. You can leave your brewing site to go pick up ingredients, but be wary of where you place your distillery--others may happen upon it if it's in a frequented area. (Get out into those hills! Stay away from the popos. :) ) Your brewing site should look similar to this: There are three types of base ingredients that can be used. They are Rye, Wheat, and Corn. Head over to the Farmer's Market for brewing ingredients. (Unsure of Rye currently.) Brewing For the brewing process you'll need ingredients pertaining to the type of alcohol you plan to make. The basic ingredients are as follows: Corn|Wheat : 20 ($5/ea) Water Bottle : 8 ($30/ea) Sugar : 6 ($5/ea) Yeast : 4 ($1/ea) These are the amounts you need to make a full batch through the full brewing process. Brewing will produce 10 units of the respective alcohol you're planning to make. (I'm not sure on the process for Rye, will update as I get info.) Water bottles are obtained at a gas station for $30/ea. Corn is what you will use to produce Moonshine. Wheat is what you will use for Craft Beer. Start off by mixing your ingredients in the Mixing Bucket. Do so by selecting Check Ingredients (Also, ensure you have the correct recipe selected) then select Put All Ingredients In. 1.) Select Start Process on the Mixing Bucket. The process will take 1 minute to complete. 2.) Select Collect on the Mixing Bucket. You will receive 66 Mash. 3.) Next, move onto the Iron Pot. You will repeat the same process of checking ingredients and putting ingredients in. Start the process. This will take 3 minutes. 4.) Finally, you will collect the 8 Corn/Wheat Wash from the Iron Pot and move them into the Blue Barrel. Following the same steps as before, put all ingredients in and start process. The Blue Barrel portion will take 2 minutes. 5.) Collect your finished brew from the Blue Barrel. You will receive 10 units of the selected alcohol type.
