Short description: Add an extra two face-blend slots what can be used to change only the skin-tone of your character. Detailed description: Add two extra face-blend slots which only change the skin-tone of your character, this allows more variation on faces as you can use the first 2 to create the actual structure of your face/head whilst the third and fourth sliders will be used to adjust your characters skin-tone. For this to work the sliders of the first 2 will need to changed so they only change the facial structure to that of those faces, and the 3rd/4th will need to be made only to adjust the skin-tone of your character model; due to this the two blend sliders will also need to be altered so they are only connected to the correct sliders. Lastly I recommend that the sliders for face structure are changed to "Face Structure 1, 2" and "Skin-tone 1, 2" just for ease of access. Commands to add: None, just two new sliders to the surgery menu. Items to add: None, just two new sliders to the surgery menu. How would your suggestion improve the server? This suggestion will improve the server as it will allow a wider range of faces, this is because we won't necessarily have to dedicate one of our face slots to get the correct skin-tone. Additional information: I've seen this used before in another RageMP roleplay server and it works really well and creates some more variety in character faces. Thus I believe that it would be a good thing to have in our own server.

Introduction Congratulations! If you're here you're either curious about the effect of methamphetamine on people, or your character has or is going to use methamphetamine. If it's the latter then you should be prepared to RP possibly the worst experience the human body and mind can go through. As someone with secondhand experience of meth addiction through family and friends, I find myself dissatisfied with the roleplay regarding the usage of methamphetamine and have decided to make this guide as a result. People who are curious or eager to RP smoking meth should hopefully be turned away by this guide as it takes a special kind of person to totally abandon their own desire for positive character growth. Meth is an all-consuming and heavily destructive drug. Your character should be willing to do anything for the mere prospect of obtaining more if they're an addict. The "Cracked" video on meth, "Everything You Know About Meth is Wrong" is essentially bullshit, and if you have the intention of posting it as a refutation to this guide then please do not bother. How Addictive is Meth? Meth is the single most addictive substance on the planet, to my knowledge. The Montana Meth Project's Slogan for a long period of time was, "Meth, not even once." The reason behind this is due to the sheer potency of meth's high. Meth, like heroin and cocaine, releases dopamine. Dopamine is the body's chemical means of identifying survival needs. The highest natural release of this is during sex, where for the sake of example 100 arbitrary units of dopamine are released. It is the highest natural human need. Heroin and cocaine release roughly 400 arbitrary units of dopamine and takeover after extended use as the primary need. Methamphetamine releases 1500 of the arbitrary units; it is 15 times better than sex. Upon the first use of methamphetamine, the brain will recognize it as the highest necessary survival need and will seek it out over sleep, sex, food, or any other need imaginable. In an experiment: mice were first given meth, and then they were then repeatedly given a choice of food and meth. They chose meth every time until they starved to death. While humans have the capability to break from that choice there is a methodology behind meth addiction, and that methodology is simple: "How can I do more meth?" This means that a person will eat, but they won't eat for the sake of eating; a meth addict will eat so that they can do more meth. They will drink so that they can do more meth. Everything that they do is to obtain more meth, but these actions won't be long term calculations. A CEO won't be a meth addict as that requires the ability to delay gratification. For a meth addict, the immediate gratification of meth is the only thing that matters, and the perception of its need for survival is so intense that it cannot be delayed without extreme psychological and physical impact. What is a Meth High Like? Highs are a subjective experience for many people, but there are similarities due to the actual chemical release it causes. It is the best singular experience someone can feel. For many, the first time using meth is an indescribable euphoria. It can boost confidence to incredible levels. For many users when they smoke meth it is comparable to feeling like a god and having legitimate feeling invincibility. In the words of Cg Kid, a recovering polyaddict whose drug of choice was meth, "If I had a choice between a ten-person orgy, and jerking off on meth, I'd chose meth every time." It is common for users to ejaculate in their pants during their first time, or at any other point. To restate and finish, a meth high is the greatest singular experience someone can go through; it feels amazing, and not in a "weed calms me down" sort of way. It is many many times better than the experience of an orgasm, and it can last longer that twenty-four hours. At the beginning of a meth addiction it is common to feel more productive, but usually after a bit of time that productivity turns into a never-ending search for pleasure usually through sex or pornography. What is it Like to Come Down from Meth? It will feel like dying. Not in a psychedelic "ego death" sort of way. This is akin to starving oneself or refusing to drink water, but even more intense. This is especially true for veteran meth users; I use the term veteran loosely as it can only take a month to reach the peak state of addiction, it is dependant on the user. Extreme fatigue due to a lack of sleep and/or incredibly brain activity, extreme appetite, psychosis, and anxiety, paranoia, negative emotions will become far far more intense. If somebody has anger issues they will struggle heavily with anger. If somebody has anxiety it will become overbearing. Depression will happen, but if someone already suffers from depression it will become even more intense. It is the worst thing in the world. It is torture, and it will all go away with the simple use of more meth. What Are the Effects of Meth? I have already discussed the psychological effects of meth, but now I'll talk about the physical effects. The vast majority of users will experience extreme weight loss because of the loss of appetite experience for the vast majority of users. There will likely be muscle loss as well, but this will only occur in extremes when the body eats through its fat. Acne will occur, and likely the user will scratch this acne off leading to a large number of open sores and scabs. People who are experiencing heavy meth addiction will likely have very poor personal hygiene. Heavy meth users will experience tooth decay and without treatment, this tooth decay will become incredibly painful; that pain will not be experienced or at least not significant during a high. If You're RPing a Meth Addict Please be aware of what meth is actually like. Nothing annoys me more than a character who will smoke meth socially. The chances of smoking meth and not becoming addicted, for the first time, is one in twenty. That stat gets slimmer and slimmer with repeated use. It is possible to start of smoking meth socially. After a month of use, it will not be social. It will at least be a weekly ritual. If your character's family has a history of addiction to any substance then it is incredibly likely that they will spiral immediately into heavy use. If your character has been a heavy meth addict for over a month they will not look good. They will most likely be concerningly underweight. They might have scabs and open wounds. Their goal and drive in life will be the use of meth. Meth addiction shouldn't be a casual facet of a character. If someone is a meth addict is an all-consuming, life-destroying addiction. Meth becomes the personality; meth becomes the drive. A meth addict lives for meth. This isn't to say that it is impossible to get off of, many people have, but being sober and not being addicted are two entirely separate things. Meth addicts are addicts for life. Even after years of being sober, they will dream about meth use; they will crave that feeling of a meth high as it is the highest obtainable release of dopamine. It is virtually impossible to quit meth, after prolonged use, by oneself. It oftentimes requires detox and immense support structures. Even for people who've been sober for years, if they were sat in a room with meth for just five minutes it in all likelihood will trigger a relapse. Conclusion If you have any doubts about your ability to RP a meth addict then do not even use meth in character. To RP a meth addict will be a painful experience. Your character will hurt people they love, emotionally, financially, and oftentimes physically. It is an immensely tragic experience. It will change the course of your character forever, and they will be incredibly lucky to escape that usage alive, and they will always be an addict. If you do not want to RP a meth addict, then don't smoke meth.

The West Side Black P Stones — Jungle Stone Bloods The Jungle Stone Bloods Gang have been active for over thirty years. Despite their enormous list of enemies they hold their neighborhood down with aggression. It is common for the corner of August Street and Carson Avenue to be a hot zone with several shootings within a four-month period in the end of 2018. In the late 1970's, the Jungle Stone Bloods have since formed their alliance with the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, forming the "Rollin Stones" or NHBPS alliance. Today, the gang can boast of being one of the most active bands in Los Santos. Because of their salty history with the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips, the Jungle Stone Bloods are also hostile to all Neighborhood Crips sets. The Jungle Stone Bloods are considered to be the most active of the two sets within the Black P Stones. Park Money Boys The Jungle Stone bloods sub-clique PMB/Jay Gang Murda Gang was formed by the African American youth living in the Tahitian Housing Projects, and around B.J. Smith Park. PMB that stands for Park Money Boyz is a Black P Stones affiliated group of members that are around older generations of the BPS Jungle gang. Park Money Boyz are operated by mostly younger generation of BPS gang members but are still having older generations around. The Front Lines With the arrival of crack at the dawn of the 80s, the situation worsens. The money generated by the sale of cocaine allows gangs to arm themselves heavily and gain significant fame. Unemployment being crippling for blacks during this same period, the sale of narcotic drugs became a real option for youth and an easy way for gangs to swell their ranks. The drug brought a new mentality of "eating each other first": a violent and destructive philosophy with the aim of generating money quickly. As the homicide rate increased dramatically, the gangs became increasingly uncontrollable. The Jungle Stone bloods did not miss the rule and played their own role in this murderous madness. Eventually, after years of violence, the war between Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips and Jungle Stone bloods gradually calmed down: the new methods used by the LSPD were more effective than ever, damaging criminals and causing many casualties in their ranks. Among these losses are the death of Mark "Mad Max" Gallows, respected member of the Jungle Stone Bloods, descended in front of his house by two Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crip's on June 19, 1986. The Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crip Fued Jerontay a/k/a Baby Trauma was a beloved member of the Jungle Stone Bloods gang and was known by the younger generation, and would be known as a mentor in the hood and was frequently in and out of the county jail. Jerontay was also at the front line of the war with the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips that resulted in four homicides. Jerontay was shot and killed while sitting with a female in the back of a SUV on Carson Avenue. A crowd of gang members and family members cluttered outside of the B.J. Smith Recreation Center where a candle light vigil was held just five days later. There have been at least six shootings in the wake of that night. Three people are dead, including a seventh-grader, gunned down on Century Boulevard after buying candy at a swap meet. That’s why this dispute is so unsettling to police and local officials. It was once routine for gangs to duel openly, but that’s less common these days; relatively few shots are fired solely to retaliate for previous shootings. Worse, the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips- Jungle Stone Bloods dispute is considered perhaps the most ominous aspect of a broader spike in killings across South L.S. this summer, police said. In July and August, the police divisions that patrol most of South L.S. recorded 40 homicides, double the rate from the beginning of the year. On Aug. 25, Mayor Antonio Suarez and Police Chief William J. Braxton announced that they had created a multi-agency task force to deal with the rise in violence. Hours later, at 8 o’clock that night, a gunman walked into the heart of Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crip territory, on 43rd itself, and shot Draymon James, 29, and Robert Nelson, 16. The double homicide, which has not been solved, is considered one of the incidents that might be linked to the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips- Jungle Stone Bloods dispute, police said. The hatred had accumulated on both sides was too strong to consider peace and the war resumed. In 2010, the bloodshed between the two gangs made headlines in the city, shining the spotlight on violence in the southern neighborhoods of Los Santos. The animosity that was taking place in these neighborhoods besieged the normal inhabitants who could no longer let the children out because of the sudden gunshots. With an unprecedented rate of 507 homicides, the city of Los Santos ordered an anti-gang injunction applying to Davis and Strawberry. Assisted by CRASH, the city needed 5 difficult years to attempt to uproot the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips, and dramatically affect the Jungle Stone Bloods. Thus, the last generation of the gang, the youngest, was left without control or leadership, causing a major imbalance to the neighborhood.

Rancho This specific area is home to a lot of notorious cliques and gangs. According to Los Santos Police department's gang unit, Rancho is known to them as the "motherland" for gangs in Los Santos. It is thought that the reason for the extreme high crime rate and number of gang related attacks is due to the so many different rival cliques. Over the years Rancho has had many power shifts when it comes to the gangs in control. At this very moment there is a well known gang that goes by the name of "Jamestown Mafia" (JTM) who paid homage to the Mexican Mafia, aka La eMe. They dominated Rancho with the its murdering streets as their stronghold. Over the years there have been many violent feuds between the different racial gangs. However its clear, JTM has always stood dominant. Rancho's streets are full of drug users and drug addicts. Coming from poverty with not many legal opportunities, the local gangs have made drugs their main source of in come. Profiting off addicts they have a wide variety to choose from. Crack, cocaine, Ecstasy and Heroin. It's all being sold on the streets of Rancho. With all the local gangs trying to get their piece of the money, violence is quick to follow. Most feuds start from different gangs claiming the same territory for them to sell their product. Current Times After a few years of heavy surveillance and hardcore investigating, Los Santos's gang unit were able to edict various local street gangs. Majority of the high ranking members that were arrested are being held behind bars in different prisons across the states. A handful of the gang members escaped prison time at the cost of being deported back to their native countries. As of now there are Hispanic's living in the Rancho who are connected to some of those who were deported. Most recently a clique has formed in Rancho claiming to call the name of "MOST HATED". The youths started of representing their clique as a tagging crew. Meaning they will graffiti and bomb local walls, notifying others of their presents. Majority of the gang members come from broken households where money is a issue, which in most cases ends up with them hustling on the streets. Trafficking narcotics, robbery, home invasions, these menaces to society will do anything for a pay day. When the group first started bombing walls, they naturally sprayed with red paint. They then finally decided to adopt the color red as a way of representing their clique. MOST HATED After months of bombing walls with "MO3T HAT8D" related graffiti, the tagging crew's name spread around Rancho's back streets quickly. Often clashing with the surrounding gangs via graffiti wars, it was only right that tensions began to rise. Petty spats began turning violent. It started from large scale fights, brawls in the alley behind the gym, over the tracks and spread across Rancho. Growing up brown, taught to be wary of anyone that's not from the community. This only fueled their hatred for the surrounding gangs even more. After being attacked from all sides Rancho has to offer. Many different gangs tested the "MOST HATED" gang members and every time they were met with a violent response. It is believed that this clique will too fall under "The hands" (La eMe) regime. Just like that the clique has a chance of going from wall banging to finding themselves in a dangerous but profitable market.

The Flash GT isn't a stock car racer, neither is the Vapid Ellie, nor the Omnis. The Omnis is a Group B car and there's no way should it be added. They're stupid expensive IRL and you can't even get yourself an original one since they're sitting in a museum and the rest are all kit cars and replicas, which are also stupid expensive to build. I don't really see a reason for this. People that do events can get them the IC way, and so far I haven't seen any issues regarding that. It's also a horse track, racing cars next to a casino wouldn't exactly make any sense nor would it be immersive for anyone.

The majority of money comes from in-character interaction. The fundamental truth is this - you will never earn enough money from any script-based job to bring you what you're looking for. The great majority of funds come from roleplay - that is, criminal interaction, legal factions, businesses, entrepreneurship, and unique ideas. You can spend all of your time on the server grinding away at a trucker job or you can invest yourself in a niche roleplay scheme. Nobody from the criminal POV, or really even legal POV is going to say no to some guy asking to do a favor on their behalf - provided they have a favor that needs doing. Roleplay is the most rewarding way of earning money. Hell, if you don't care about it on an OOC level, your character could sell themselves for sex and make a pretty penny. You need to develop the creativity of a person affected by poverty. If you're roleplaying a criminal character - what schemes would a criminal think of doing? Laundering? Scams? Robberies? On my criminal character, I was always looking for the next mark. You need to immerse yourself in that mindset. Who can I rob today? What will the risks be? How can my character fuel his drug habit? I'm not encouraging you to go on robbery sprees with no roleplay, what I'm saying to do is develop a character. Eventually through your IC interactions, you'll build relationships with people who do have money, and you'll be paid to do them favors, or you'll learn about opportunities. A good mafia documentary demonstrated the criminal underworld from the lower levels. It had nothing to do with any of the gaudy rich shit shown in many Hollywood shows. It was mostly just shady guys trying to figure out how to make what amounted to a little over a minimum wage job doing menial schemes. You don't get rich from it, but the connections is where you'll earn. But at the end of the day, the money isn't what you'll find fun if you start investing in your character. It's the roleplay.

Going hard

Our ultimate goal is to portray a realistic South Central based street gang with a community like atmosphere. We'd like to hold ourselves up to a pretty high standard of roleplay and we say that in the humblest way possible. It is imperative that you check it frequently to stay up to date with the conversations and topics that's present revolving the faction within the Discord. If you're not serious about role-playing with us and don't have any quality role-play to contribute to the faction then don't even bother joining because you will be weeded out and removed without a warning.
