  4. Short description: Changing how /pinfo works when using it on the entrance of a property you don't own to show the name & entrance fee (if any) of the property. Detailed description: Not much else to add to the description other than ^^^ Commands to add: None. Items to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? Personally I always walk up to property and 99% of the time I get no information on the property name and/or entrance fee to the property. I had to find a house I wanted to rent from by literally doing /rent to every door until I found the right one since the information rarely shows up when I walk over the entrance point, if at all. It's also a pain to deal with entering a property when all of a sudden it charges me `x` amount of money when I'm not expecting it, leading me to waste money on a issue that shouldn't be there. I'm not sure if others experience this or if they have a way of already resolving this (did a /helpme with the answer being "use /pinfo") another way but its a bit annoying to deal with regardless. Additional information: None.

  5. Repost - this seems to have been forgotten about and never started 2 years ago. This is a suggestion revolving around both: Scripted jobs and Property Management. I recently came across a really simple and doable idea that will promote roleplay, as well as different methods of acquiring money. Farms, there is one major farm in GTA V, out in Blaine County, in Single-player, the farm Trevor blows up. My idea is very simple, and the following: • Only allow people to own farms if: - The proposed owner needs to send in their pitch for the reasoning behind owning it as well as their intents. - The person also agrees to provide jobs and hire people on the farm. - The person can hire people either temporarily for X hours or full time. How is this possible? GTA V has tractors, (2 kinds, one is a 1900s looking tractor, another is more modern.) GTA V has trailers! I had the idea of a few different jobs. One of the fields has apples, hence, picking apples! This trailer can be attached! Another is raking the fields, turning the soil for fermentation purposes, this trailer can be attached! The way that it'd be worth for the property owners: Introduce a ratio of which the worker : land owner is paid, for example: • 60% : 40% ratio of Land owner to Worker payment, the land owner receives the larger half - for obvious reasons. The tractors referenced: Leading on from the original suggestion: • Introduce a separate job, which could be done by either the farm owner or anyone he permits: -To be able to sell harvested apples or wheat or anything to markets and gain money from doing so. -Open stalls for PLAYERS to buy the PRODUCTS, such as apples and other delicacies, fruits, and more. -Close down the supply shop where you can buy wheat and whatnot while the player's market / stall is open, forcing RP. TLDR; 1. Farm owner sends in pitch for ownership and intents. 2. He'll then hire farm hands. 3. Farm hands will work on the fields (Planting, fertilizing, harvesting, whatever else farms do) 4. Once enough grain / product / whatever is gathered, the farm hands will either sell to the shop in Grapeseed or to players. This reinforces new roleplay opportunities between players and also a brand new way to roleplay in the county.

  6. The Hoover Criminal Gangs (HCG) The Hoover Criminal Gangs originated as an African American street gang located on the West Side of South Los Santos, San Andreas. They are named after a street called Hoover Street, between Vermont Ave and Figueroa St. The Hoovers consist of several individual street gangs stretching from 52nd Street to 112th Street, under the Hoover Criminal Gang moniker. They are known to sport apparel of the Houston Astros, a major league baseball team with orange as a dominant uniform color, which inspired the Hoover Criminals to choose orange as their identifying color. They also sport Houstron Astro ball caps, fot the large ''H'' to represent Hoover. The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips are the only Hoover set to still bang Crip. Hoover Groovers The Hoover Criminal Gangs originated in the 1960s and were originally known as the Hoover Groovers. The Hoover Groovers, have been around long before the formation of the Crips. One of the founding members of the Hoover Groovers, younger brother was murdered and the majority of the accusations were blamed on the West Side Crips. The Hoover Groovers and the West Side Crips held a meeting at the Saint Andrews Recreation Center (Park). Both gangs eventually formed an alliance and blamed the Figueroa Boys for being responsible for the death, which resulted in the leader of the Figueroa Boys being violently beaten at a nightclub in LS. Hoover Gangster Crips By the mid 1970s, due to their alliance with the West Side Crips, the Hoovers dropped the ''Groovers'' from their name and adopted the Crips (Hoover Crips). By 1979, when the feud between the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips started, gangs started pleading alliance to either the Rollin 60s Crips or the Eight Trays. Gangs who aligned themselves with the Rollin 60s adopted the Neighborhood Crips, also known as the Deuces or Deuce Gang's (2x). Gangs who aligned themselves with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips adapted the ''Gangster Crips'', also known as the Trays or Tray Gang's (3x). The Hoovers fell under the Gangster Crips card, ''Hoover Gangster Crips.'' On August 1979, a reputable member and the founder of the East Side Crips was murdered in a drive-by shooting. Rumors of the shooters spread throughout the streets of Los Santos. The East Side Crips placed the blame and held the Hoover Crips responsible for the murder, sparking a bitter feud between the Hoover Crips and the East Side Crips. Hoover Criminal Gang By the 1980s, during the Crack epidemic in the South Central region of Los Santos, San Andreas, the Hoover Gangster Crips became one of the most notorious street gangs to participate in the drug world. Ricky ''Freeway'' Ross (drug-lord) was affiliated with the Hoover Crips. By the mid 1980s, the Hoovers were one of the most feared street gangs in South Central, LS. Their brutal reputation for gun violence made them one of the first suspects to be blamed for gang-related shootings. By the late 1980s, the Hoovers were engaged in bitter rivalries with several Crip gangs. From Crips to Criminals By the 1990s, the Hoovers renounced Crips and decided to change their name, by replacing Crips with Criminals. They claim ''ABK'' or ''EBK'' which stands for Anybody Killer or Everybody Killer. It was common to see ''BK'' (Blood Killer) aswell as ''CK'' (Crip Killer) and ''OK'' (Rollin 0's), spray painted on the walls within their territory. Present Day / The 83 Hoover Criminal Gang The West Side (W/S) 83 Hoover Criminal Gang, also known as the Eight Tray Hoover Criminals and formerly known as the 83 Hoover Crips, are an infamous and active African American street gang founded on the west side of South Los Santos, San Andreas. Sometimes referred to as ''The Raskals'', this gang is considered to be the largest and most active sub-set under the Hoover Criminal umbrella. There are six separate Hoover gangs from 52nd Street to 112th Street, but the 83 Hoovers are thought to be the most active and the largest in the 77th Division of the LSPD. They are cliqued up with their closest geographical allies, the 74 Hoover Criminal Gang, to form 3x4 Hoovers, and are friendly towards all other Hoover gangs. Young Threats Young Threats are an African American sub-clique of the 83 Hoover Criminal Gang, and is part of the Hoover Criminal alliance. This sub-clique within the gang formed around 2016 and consists primarily of the younger generation of the 83 Hoover Criminal Gang. Allies and Rivals The 83 Hoover Criminals are allies of all other Hoover sets and are cool with some Gangster Crip sets, such as the 83 Gangster Crips and the 51 Trouble Gangster Crips. Their main ally outside of the Hoover Criminals, were the Main Street Mafia Crips. However, in 2009, their alliance ended on bad terms at a house party thrown by the Main Street’s, who invited the Hoover Criminals. Allegedly, the Hoover Criminals and the Main Street Crips, got into a confutation, followed by gunfire. The 83 Hoovers have waged war on all Main Street Mafia Crips, East Coast Crips, Rollin 100s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips, Raymond Avenue Crips, Rollin 90s West Coast Crips (defunct), 87 Gangster Crips, 97 Gangster Crips, 98 Gangster Crips, 65 Menlo Neighborhood Crips, 67 Neighborhood Crips, Denver Lane Gangster Bloods, South Los 13 and all other Neighborhood Crip gangs. With their history and roots as a Crip gang, the 83 Hoovers are natural rivals of all Bloods, altough their beefs with the Neighborhood Crips are much more intense than any Blood rivalry. Despite their large list of enemies, the 83 Hoovers dominate their neighborhood through their sheer numbers plus their reputation for brutality and terror. OOC - We as a faction aim to realistically portray the Los Angeles counterpart of the 83 Hoover Criminal Gang. - Recruitment is purely done IC. - Joining this faction means that we have the right to Character Kill your character if the faction deems it worthy. - If interested in roleplaying with the faction, send @Indonesian's Finest or @YøungThreat a Forum PM. - If anyone has questions, constructive criticism or suggestions, send a PM to either @YøungThreat or @Indonesian's Finest

  7. Implementing the nessesity and production of goods and services to create capital good and economic value. For example; Hunger/Thirst, Production of Food, Vehicles, Housing, Weapons ect. If it needs to be made, it should be made, not magically placed into the world, in order for the economy to thrive, items need to be real because they where actually made, somebody RPed creating that item. Production of Weapons in Los Santos: - LSPD order 200 Glock 17's - Weapon factory recieves order, based on stock, either starts production or orders materials - Weapons get sold to LSPD - Ammunation Sandy Shores orders 10 M9's - Process repeats Production of Vehicles in Los Santos: - Car Dealership orders 20 Vapid Stainers via script. - Car Factory receives order for Vapid Stainer, if the factory has the cars, they send them for delivery, if the factory doesn't, they start production of the vehicles. - If Car Factory is stocked in materials but no vehicles have yet been produced, they will start producing vehicles, in a manner similar to the early day's construction companies, RPing building the cars. - If Car Factory is NOT stocked in materials, they place an order from the refinery - Miners mine ore, loading it at the refinery - Refinery sells ore to Car Factory For now, I think all jobs should be salary based unless a point of economic change is made ICly, i.e an Anarcho-Syndicalist social uprising.

  8. This perfectly sums up why none of what you suggested is feasible and outlines the procedures already in place to combat the problems you pointed out. Same goes for the concept of forcing people to roleplay disease based on a random chance. That's something that the player should opt to roleplay, as opposed to being forced to. Players are free to roleplay diseases if they choose to do so - there doesn't need to be a script for it.

  10. I can appreciate the general idea, but as someone already mentioned - this absolutely isn't how it works in real life and isn't anywhere close to realistic. A lot of goods are imported, not manufactured locally - especially weapons and vehicles. That means there's options to explore logistically at the very least, as these goods need transporting naturally. I'm not particularly fond of the idea of creating more jobs that would essentially become options for players to just grind for cash - like the miner job. However, the general idea of the suggestion has some merit. I imagine the trucking job could be expanded upon to create supply chains that are actually relevant and realistic; e.g. truckers transport lumber to a mill for money, the lumber is then processed into goods such as construction material, furniture, etc. This creates another level in the supply chain. Truckers can then transport the manufactured goods to their respective recipients for either further processing or it could be the end of the supply chain. This would be an example of a realistic representation of the type of goods that *are* plausibly manufactured locally. Though I'm dubious about creating jobs surrounding these aspects (e.g. lumber mill workers) for the reason I already mentioned. EDIT: Regarding food and drink, I'd rather leave it down to players to roleplay around it as they feel - rather than forcing an RPGish hunger/thirst bar reflecting my character's status. The community I came from had a similar system of hunger, which proved to be more disruptive to role play rather than encouraging it; it wasn't a rarity for a scene to be paused because someone was losing health to hunger.

  11. I admire your ambitions and passion to bring the quality of the roleplay up, but you have to realize the vast majority of players are apolitical and cannot be bothered. They merely want to roleplay LEO or something within the illegal sphere. They have no interest in such undertaking and will most likely meet you with opposition. I think a middle ground needs to be reached so you can get these apolitical individuals on-board with this endeavor. Hopefully in due time, if it does succeed, we can slowly implement more variables as the majority sees it as an benefit rather than an nuisance of an obstacle.

  12. BUT, I think most importantly, we need consumer to cosumed purpose. Bringing philosophy into it for a slight moment, There is a reason why every single one of us (bar me yeet) plays GTA:W, whatever that reason, your character doesn't share it, infact, the meaning behind your characters life is, whatever you decide it to be. For the majority, who play your characters life as if it has no pre-ordained meaning, will find that your character's motivations, do actually match your OWN motivations, and that's when we need a split. There are simple things to combat this, and it's essentially giving value to your characters life. Your character MUST do this or he will die, You MUST eat or you will die.

  18. By: Anthony BoyceDate: 12/12/2019 Varrio Puente adopted the alternative name Puente 13 in the mid-1970s following the affiliation of several senior members to the Mexican Mafia while incarcerated. Sections of Puente were re-shuffled into organized criminal elements by those figures, with a distinct priority on profiteering over gang activity for many older members. This facilitated the massive flow of heroin, methamphetamine and many other class A drugs into Mirror Park and significant drug sale profits for the gang. Puente are known for controlling a large chunk of territory around the Northern Eastern part of Los Santos, around the Mirror Park district, they've been known for occupying the area for almost thirty years now making them one of the oldest Southsider clique in the North East part of Los Santos. Puente found itself feuding with an increasing number of North and East Side varrios in the 1980s and 1990s, that including cliques such as the Vespucci Rifa 13, as rumors spread it that there has been an ongoing feud between the two rival neighborhood gangs, mirroring the trend observed across the city. These conflicts continued to escalate until the infamous Mexican Mafia-led gang juntas of the mid-1990s, when drive-bys were outlawed in Mexican neighborhoods, In a dramatic show of muscle that has brought an uneasy calm to some of Los Santos’ most violent varrios, the Mexican Mafia prison gang has ordered thousands of Latino gang members to put a halt to drive-by shootings--or face the syndicate’s deadly wrath. The edict has been delivered over recent months at a series of tightly guarded meetings, including an afternoon summit on Sept. 18 attended by an estimated 1,000 or more gang members in Mirror Park. Under the new rules, gangs are still allowed to attack rivals with whom they have a personal beef, but they have been instructed to do it face-to-face, taking care not to harm bystanders. “It was, like, this is for la raza, the Mexican people,” said a gang member who attended the Mirror Park meeting. “If you have to take care of business, they were saying, at least do it with respect, do it with honor and dignity.” By using terror to impose some order on rivalries that were spiraling out of control, the Mexican Mafia has been credited with decelerating one of the bloodiest cycles in the long history of Mexican-American gangs. But in doing so, concerns have been raised about the influence of the clandestine organization, which is suspected of trying to use street gangs to expand its criminal enterprise outside the penal system. Word was given for varrios to focus attention on conflicts with Black gangs, such as the conflict between the infamous Florencia 13 and the East Coast Crips, rather than with each other. With few Black gangs present on the North Side, varrios there mostly paid lip service to this decree and conflicts continued, though on a notably smaller scale. The Mexican Mafia rarely took interest in gang beefs unless money was being affected, so this activity was mostly ignored. Puente, for its part as a historical Eme loyalist gang, did travel some distance on occasion to lend small numbers of soldiers to varrios in direct conflict with Black gangs, often on orders from Puente's own representatives in the mafia.

  20. EAST SIDE BOUNTY HUNTERS - DAVIS By: Anthony BoyceDate: 8/12/2019 The East Side Bounty Hunters are a predominately African-American street gang located in the Nickerson Gardens public housing projects in South Central in the City of Los Santos. Prior to the formation of the Bounty Hunters, the main group in this area was known as the Green Jackets led by Rhea (Ray) Boyce which actually extended into the Jordan Downs projects where Al Pygmy was one of the leaders of the Green Jackets in the Jordan Downs projects. The Bounty Hunters started around 1971 and many attribute Gary Baker and Junior Thomas (1954 – 2017) as being very influential figures during Bounty Hunter’s beginnings which formed off 112th Street in the projects. The Bell Haven Bounty Hunters formed around 1978 to the west of Central Avenue just south of the train tracks and then around 1981, Renee McGowen began the Lot Bounty Hunters. The Bounty Hunters eventually formed a lot of subsets, such as the; Lot Boys, Block Boys, Bell Haven, Ace Line on 111th Street, Deuce Line on Grove Street (Original Block), and many more. Their main rival would be the Grape Street Watts in the Jordan Downs Housing Projects but since 1992 there has a truce between them and the other gangs in Davis. Although the truce has been in effect for some time, there are occasional problems between the Crips and Bloods in Davis, but not like had occurred during the 1980s and early 1990s. During the early 1970s, the Grove Street and Covenant Avenue housing projects were united as the Green Jackets and there were no Crips in Davis. Eventually, the Jordan Downs became Crips, the Bounty Hunter became Bloods and conflict between the two sets erupted. Michael “Harry O” Harris is from this neighborhood and he produced a play in 1987 called “Checkmates” that starred Denzel Washington and was considered the financial muscle behind the formation of Death Row records while he was in prison. Harris was convicted of the kidnapping and attempted murder in 1987 and is currently serving 28 years in the Bolingbroke State prison. Although Mike Conception claimed Crip, much of his family were Bloods from this neighborhood and he was born in South Los Santos. Conception was a serious hustler and pimp that was paralyzed during a dice game when he was 21, but he got into the music producing business during the mid 1980s and has worked with many influential music industry artists alongside others groups when he produced the popular west coast version of “Self Destruction” called, “We’re All in the Same Gang” in 1989. He did an interview in the 1999 F.E.D.S. Magazine (Vol.2, Issue #6) and he appeared in the 2004 F.E.D.S. DVD about LS gang history. Their main territory, which is in the Davis Housing Projects is from Grove Street (West) to Chamberlain Hills (North). They occupy an area of 0.54 square miles making them the largest Black gang territory in Davis. EAST SIDE BOUNTY HUNTERS GANG RELATED GRAFFITI

  22. Hey I'm Safe & Sound, I've been playing this server over a span of a few months now and I'd just like to spark up the topic on gang factions on the server. I've noticed a lot of MCs and mafia factions on the forums, and they're doing what they do. They're all awesome at what they're doing, honestly, in the most genuine form. I noticed that a lot of those factions that are centralized around motorcycle clubs and crime organizations get accepted more than gang factions. I asked on discord why is that and I was told that faction management really analyzes the gang apps that are sent to them thoroughly. And looking at the faction forums now, I don't doubt that, but I do have questions. Recently, I've had a handful of friends who wanted to gather together and make a faction and it got denied because of the name "Rollin 100s" and there's no 100-199th Street in game. My leader replied to you guys and asked why was there a 20s, 60s and 40s to which Ethanol replied that it was a continuity error that's getting "fixed." Another friend of mine went on to try and make the Normandie clique for the Mara Salvatrucha 13 gang on here and the idea got denied because there isn't a place called "Normandie" in the game. The faction then went on to make their thread after something else "Tiny Winos." Again, this isn't a rant thread, but an assembly of questions with very intricate arguments. All I ask is that you hear me out. Due to administrative replies, we talked over it and decided to settle for something else. I just want my questions and ideals to be addressed before we go ahead and make something and get denied again. I understand that you guys want gangs to be centralized and based on real life LA gangs on here, I get that but what I don't get is why do the names always have to cater to in-game street names. There are countless gangs in real life that are named what they are named based on the gang's historical make up. For example, the Bounty Hunter Bloods are named that not because the Nickerson Garden Projects are named Bounty Hunters, but because the OGs that created liked old western cowboy movies and went on to name their gang "Bounty Hunters" which later went under the Blood identity in the 70s and early 80s. There are numerous Rollin 60s Crip gangs across the US in different cities and states that are located nowhere near a 60th Street, same with Grape Street Watts Crips and so on. The point of me writing all of that down is because I'm not arguing with your take on gangs and how they should be structured on your streets, but I don't believe they should be turned down either. I believe the story behind the gang is most important rather than the name. The street names in game simply don't identify with what some players on the server are trying to create, which is why we take names from real life gangs and use them for our factions. Referring back to what I said about my friend and the "Normandie clique for MS-13," I believe it could've been acceptable if their Normandie clique had a reasonable background as to why it would be called that. Another gang that was propose to your faction management team was 18th Street, it got denied because their is no 18th Street in game, yet in real life the "18" is spread out across different states and cities like the aforementioned gangs. And again, I don't believe it's a matter of location but a matter of thorough research and realistic exhibition of gang roleplay. For instance, the Rollin 100s Crip gang on here could've been could've been called Rollin 100s based on a different reason than that of the real life LA street gang. It'd be spin-off and a recreation at the same time. Not every two things has to match every time, just look at Grand Theft Auto V itself. It's based after LA obviously and parts of the map were manipulated by Rockstar Games to physically identify as LA, but was named something fictional to sell the idea of realism to the player. So why not do the same with the gangs as well? Make it look like the real life gang but with a different reasoning as to why the hood was created in a seemingly realistic faction story. I mean, we already have a Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crip and in the past we've had R20s Bloods and R40s Crips as well. The people I surround myself with actually enjoy playing GTA World, and would like to create an appealing gang roleplay community here. All I ask is for there to be a way for faction apps to be a bit more lenient to those who try to provide effort into creating their own gang on here? Especially if they've created their own story and did their own research on the gang, again referring to my MS-13 friend who has done tons of research on the MS-13 itself because of his intense interest in MS-13, 18th Street and Sureno gangs. It demotivates the likes of those with their own ideas of what they want to create. I mean, if faction management sees no reason to let us create these things, could there at least be some type of trial and error system in faction applications? Like sending the faction thread with a RP screenshot or some type of media to be sent with it to let the faction handlers see what point of view the faction's leader is coming from?

  25. Conservatism is a way of understanding life, society, and governance. It an ideology heavily influenced by certain philosophers, among them Edmund Burke, Adam Smith, Montesquieu, John Locke, Hobbes and Rosseau. We, strictly believe in the dignity of the individual; that we, as human beings, have a right to live freely and pursue that which motivates us, not because man or a government says so, but because these are God-given natural rights. We recognize in a society of harmony of interests, as Adam Smith put it, and rules of cooperation that have developed through generations of human experience and collective reasoning that promote the better of the individual and society. We also adopt a Burkean attitude to the issue of change, that prudence must be exercised in assessing societal or political change. Prudence is the highest virtue for it is judgement drawn on wisdom. Change should be informed by the experience, knowledge, and traditions of society, tailored for a specific purpose, and accomplished through a constitutional construct that ensures thoughtful deliberation by the community. However, our primary goal is seeking to preserve and improve our civil society. Strong Nucleus Families Families intent on giving their children the hope of a better tomorrow, the promise of a safe and secure today, and an appreciation and respect of yesterday. We believe in the traditional definition of a nuclear family, that is, a family unit that includes two married parents of opposite genders and their biological or adopted children living in the same residence. Children brought up in this environment will experience and develop greater self-sufficiency and independence, share the strongest bonds with their immediate relatives and tend to experience less conflict of family values across different generations. Principled, Innovative Leadership We believe and offer principled leaders with an understanding of San Andreas's heritage and a clear vision for San Andreas’s future. Leadership that is unwavering in the face of criticism, steadfast when confronted with adversity, and committed to building a better state. Limited Government We advocate a government that promotes policies to unlock individual potential and unleash economic growth. A government that does not try to be all things to all people. A limited government is less expensive, it cuts down on waste, fraud and inefficiency, it values individual and economic freedom; a limited government means less intrusion into people’s lives, the more freedom from government regulation, the more choices citizens can make on an individual and financial level – it creates an environment of independence and individualism. It also means more freedom in the market, allowing businesses to thrive and create a competitive and innovative atmosphere. Honest Compassion A society assisting those in need rather than a government trying to solve every problem by just throwing more money at it, money that could have been re-invested into creating more jobs – this is the kind we seek and advocate for. People can act and live according to their own way of thinking and not by government mandate and help one another in a free environment. Quality Education An enlightened educational system that prepares children for tomorrow’s workplace. Education is the gateway to opportunity. We believe quality education enables people to develop all of their attributes and skills to achieve their potential as human beings and members of society. We contend that the government and other public authorities should ensure that a quality education service is available freely to all citizens from early childhood into adulthood, it provides the foundation for equity in society and not only enlightens but also empowers citizens and enables them to contribute to the maximum extent possible to the social and economic development in the city/state. Personal Responsibility Individuals taking personal responsibility for their own actions and a criminal justice system based on this idea. With freedom comes responsibility. Freedom We believe in a freedom that is God given, affirmed by our Founding Fathers, articulated in the Declaration of Independence, and protected by the Constitution. Cultivation of Communities and the Pillar of Protection The Conservative Party intends on creating designated areas in which community policing will take place. These geographical areas will be designated in order to diminish, mitigate and ideally eradicate serious criminal offenses. Rugged Individualism We believe in the entrepreneurial spirit of the individual that continues to solidify Los Santos as a financial hub and boost the state as an economic power. Flexible Justice System The Conservative Party focuses heavily on creating a flexible and dynamic justice system which uses a combination of rehabilitative and punitive justice depending on the crimes committed. We understand that every individual is unique, ergo the state laws should reflect that on the basis of our current and future legislative bodies. Our plans on establishing a close connection to the judicial body of the State in order to create, amend and nullify law(s) aim to be a priority. Decrease regulations for obtaining personal firearms We plan to decrease or outright remove the requirements for obtaining firearms. We believe it is in every man's right to own and carry a firearm without having to worry about bureaucracy or fees. While we support and cherish our law enforcement agencies we also stand guardians at the gate for the individual’s capacity to exercise self-defense. When you need the police within seconds they are usually minutes away. We must liberalize and suspend the ban on semi-automatic rifles for law-abiding citizens. Encouragement of traditional families We plan to promote the growth of families by supporting families with more than 1 child with monetary aid and tax cuts. Population growth is one of the essential measures for a better economy and a better future. Families interested in obtaining housing should be granted a tax deductible to off-set a potential mortgage. Cooperation with local and national law enforcement We aim to have strong cooperation between the government and law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of our citizens. No one shall fear the streets of Los Santos. Delegate unique power(s) to the state law enforcement agencies to battle the ongoing gang wars, such as expanding the mandate given to the Los Santos Police Department and Los Santos Sheriff’s Department. The CP Tax Deductible System This system will focus on giving back every citizen’s purchasing power. The Conservative Party understands the importance of economic freedom and that you cannot tax yourself into prosperity. The equivalent of high taxes is a snake trying to eat itself in order to nourish itself. Campaign to save the intellectual discourse and neutralizing economic illiteracy The Conservative Party is committed to teach the public about economic theory in order to curb and eventually eradicate political ideologies filled with incongruent economic illiteracy such as Marxism, Communism, Stalinism, and all forms of Socialism. We believe the political discourse in the state of San Andreas has experienced a period of decadence where the intellectual level has continually been diminished, chipped away and replaced by pathos-based arguments rather than building and legislating based on logos, reason and empirical data. We, Conservatives, strive and pride itself in utilizing the ethos of Edmund Burke, Montesquieu, Adam Smith, John Locke, Jean-Baptiste Say, Thomas Robert Malthus, Milton Friedman and many other great thinkers. The Solemn Oath to protect Essentialism, Normalcy, Reason and our Children. In the U.S. the past 10 years have we seen a dangerous trend wherein social deviants have been reinforced in their indisposition rather than treating and curing them. The Conservative Party believes this is a slippery slope which will eventually lead to further degeneracy. Would you also tell a Schizophrenic that they should continue to engage in a talk with their voices and hallucinations? We will remain steadfast in protecting our children and will fight with nails, claws and teeth to ensure the safety of children so they do not fall into the hands of social deviants. Children are not tools and should always be part of a traditional nuclear family. The Conservatives intend to create pressure and if elected, seek to combat these dangerous predators currently inhabiting our legislative bodies which perceive our children as mere objects which need to be sacrificed for the sake of social deviants, so they can feel a sense of normalcy. Safeguarding the phillia of the State and Nation A primary objective of the Conservative Party is to ensure our state remains homogeneous, only a historical illiterate would advocate for something as dangerous as pluralism since not a single country exists today, where the indigenous people survived pluralism. As Aristotle said, democracy and a free nation is only possible within homogeneous ethnic groups, while despots have always reigned over highly fragmented societies. A pluralist society is thus necessarily an impediment to democracy and against the idea of a free-thinking society and individual freedom, due to the fact that it lacks the concept of philia; this profound flesh-and-blood fraternity of citizens. Tyrants and despots divide and rule, they want the nations of the West the U.S., and our State divided by ethnic rivalries. The indispensable condition for ensuring a people’s sovereignty accordingly resides in its unity. Ethnic chaos prevents all philia from developing. To recite the definition of the word nation as derived from the Latin word nacioun.

  26. Creating actual physical attributes inside the game, instead of it merely being spawned in is essential for an immersive economy. It would also greatly help reduce the need for micro-management. The economy has always failed in the numerous communities i've been in, because it does not adhere to the scarcity principle. There is no need to, since you can spawn things into existence of out of nothing. It is fundamentally flawed when dealing with the human psyche.

  27. It's the "255 issue". Currently, Rage can't handle setting clothing IDs past 255 on the server-side. Any Male Tops or Female Tops on the wiki with IDs past 255 aren't accessible on the serverside currently. It works on the clientside, but you need to sync it. Here's an explanation I gave in the past: It technically could be worked-around on GTA W before Rage 1.0 comes out, however it would probably be a waste of effort to add if RageMP drops 1.0 soon™️.
