  1. Hi! This is my new character Kaylee Hill, an LSPD academy student that's recently moved back to Los Santos from her beloved Ludendorff. Trying to follow in her brothers, Anthony Hill, foot-steps as a Law Enforcement Officer - this will be her origin story and continue throughout her career/role-play life! Tried to aim for something a little different as I'm not great at writing super long paragraphs. Hope you like it! Just a minor thing, certain things will be cut out as I don't want to potentially leak any LSPD things that may be against the rules. Call-signs, ranks and sensitive information will -never- be part of this. So any call-sign you see has been made up for the sake of the story. Everything during her LSPD career will be true-to-life to the RP that happened (I work off of screenshots and such to recreate the role-play) but certain aspects will change to protect the LSPD documentations that are not available to non-officers. Hope you understand! And just to confirm, I am going for a super cheesy / Max Payne comic panel kinda vibe so please expect some super corny lines, lmao!

  3. Short description: Expand the ID system to where people can RP creating fake ones, but the possibilities can be on a massive scales for all kinds of IDs, involving objects in the game that players can have in their inventory and be checked. Detailed description: I'm new to the server so bear with me as I don't know how easy or hard it is to implement these. Feel free to give any feedback and additional comments to what I'm pitching. I'm going to mostly elaborate on one tangent of the idea but I know there could be many ways to do it as well. So here we go: Checking IDs is a widespread thing over the server in RP, security is a very present thing at all clubs so I'm suggesting introducing a system that will make the checking of IDs more interesting than a security officer going: /do Would the ID be valid? - I started thinking about it when there seemed to be a lot of confusion around RP surrounding entrance - accepting IDs, scanning them with a machine - the security system seems to be developing and so would the criminal attempts to make illegal ones. So I'm going to try to present the ideas she came up with that my character and I thought would be feasible for making illegal documents, after being denied entrance: Since government-issued IDs are realistically really hard to forge correctly, the easiest would be to fake college IDs. This could happen a number of ways, but I'm thinking if we're going with a difficult thing to obtain in order to make them look legit, is the holographic sheets to run over the printed IDs. This can be done either by gathering information about the location of them and stealing these sheets off of a college, either through a break-in and possibly using knowledgeable people (such as college staff or informed students) to get this information through RP. The colleges maybe can have the command where some owner of it can write in the spots of where these would be located (obviously an interior of the college would need to exist). If we're going with a simpler way, maybe my character can get friendly with a college student and RP stealing their ID so that she can see what kind of hologram it has and she would order custom made ones to the best of her ability to reproduce them (being an artist and also finding out via google that custom hologram sheets can be ordered online). In conclusion, this idea could be as small as being permitted to create notes in game that would look like IDs (and passing them to the inventory of the player to grant access past security), or it could be a major overhaul of ID RP. No doubt it would require a lot of rework to have every character get an ID by legal or illegal means. Also the scanning IDs system would come in play and a way to determine how much an illegal ID would seem counterfeit. But it would definitely generate a lot more avenues of RP, even a DMV opening to a degree or another to process people through an automated system or employees. As I've said, this can go many different ways so please feel free to have your say about anything on my idea! Commands to add: possibly something like /examineID either with or without a scanner but not only Items to add: notes that represent ID cards, but many other things can be added around this to the game How would your suggestion improve the server? Generate lots of RP - as the security branch is evolving at checking entrances, so will the illegal side will. The caliber of it all depends on the willingness and resources of the admin team to get into it Additional information: -

  4. You can't complain cops are robotic and then bring something like this up, which is the opposite of robotic. Either they are robots who are always polite, by the book and have no emotions, or they are allowed to call you an asshole when you are one. You can't have your cake and eat it too. I know people that have been arrested a dozen times, where is THEIR fear? Most people seem to commit crimes because they know OOC that the jail time/fines are a joke.

  5. Okay. In regards to your question addressed to leadership - I cannot deny under any circumstance that the Field Training Program is not perfect. As a matter of fact, it has undergone many changes over the year that I've been a part of this faction's leadership to make it better and as it stands, myself and the people that are in charge of it still are not happy with how it functions in it's entirety. Thus we have decided to start a new effort to improve it. Rome was not built in a day and neither was the LSPD. As you are well aware, a year ago my faction was left in shambles due to severe mismanagement by prior leadership who changed things for the sake of changing them, not to make them better. This lead to us practically having to rebuild the faction and retrain an entire leadership team (out of the people above the rank of Sergeant I that were in my faction when I returned to it, only two now are left). This however is no excuse. The Field Training Program as it stands teaches Police Officer I's the very basics of both our in-character policy and does very basic out of character roleplay quality checking by our Field Training Officers (P-3's). Months ago we made the decision this simply wasn't good enough, thus we expanded our Field Training Program management team to include more people and therefore have more people involved in the process of checking Police Officer I's for both IC and OOC quality. To improve on this, I'm currently working with my Commander of Operations to improve the synergy between operations sergeants and police officer I's. Why? Sergeants are the backbone of my faction and are people that have at the point of their promotion spent months in the faction tailoring their experience as law enforcement roleplayers. But as Keane rightfully stated in a prior post: Some lack of quality comes due to a lack of education. Some people in this thread rightfully pointed out a lack of knowledge from the lower echelon of my faction on how to deal with for example gang members from a ground level. For the time being, the focus of my people in Field Training Management will be to provide better education on how to deal with certain aspects of policing like for example gang members from a street level. We thoroughly believe that simply providing more material for people to work with as a start will go a long way in improving the standards/quality the rank and file bring to roleplay scenarios. That being said, I cannot give you the exposure you so desire because as you said, you are not faction management any longer. Above are the current plans I and my relevant command members have been working on based on the feedback I have been given in this thread and that is all I can offer. As for how I plan on taking on OOC misconduct? The right way, by dealing with it on a case by case basis. I have recently started speaking to some illegal faction leaders (and I encourage those who I haven't spoken to yet to reach out to me, my discord is Smokey#3454 and I am always available to speak to) and faction members who have told me about both good and bad experiences about the LSPD. However, the most frequent thing I hear is that ''I used to have a really bad opinion about the LSPD and it's leadership until I spoke to you''. Although we try our utmost to deal with OOC issues as they arise from within our ranks, as I have stated countless times before, me and the rest of my command team aren't always there to see every individual situation. Thus, for the time being, I am simply trying to raise awareness of my availability and the fact that OOC misconduct should always be reported to either a server admin or my faction's leadership. Raising awareness so that reports are filed in the first place is the biggest priority I have, because at the moment, all I can do is deal with the reports coming from my own chain of command. As this faction's leader and together with my team, we have nothing but one goal in mind, which is to make the LSPD better. And I cannot deny that to achieve this goal we need all the help we can get, just like everyone else. Feedback is a necessity. This. Although reason and thinking should not be thrown out of the window, I think that it may be said there is no reason for members of the LSPD to roleplay cosmetic fear. Sure, people should not think of South Los Santos as the Vinewood Hills, but neither do I expect them to treat a completely dead/empty neighborhood like it's Fallujah. To add on to this: I remember dealing with something like this. In this situation there was proper IC escalation for my faction members to genuinely start fearing the neighborhood from an IC perspective; the same as goes with for example Jamestown now or an area like the garage north of the taxi depot. Although there is reason to be wary due to a certain neighborhood's history or geographical location, there is no reason to fear it until there is proper IC reason to. Yes, Los Santos mimics LA. But it's not a carbon copy and nobody has ever claimed/said it's a carbon copy, so why should we act like it is one? I don't see why my faction's size has anything to do with the standards that are upheld. If anything, one should expect smaller factions to have far higher standards then a large one considering it's leadership is far closer to the ground level then a large faction's. Have we let people back in with the opportunity to rehabilitate? Yes, we have. Have some of those people failed? Oh definitely. But so have people been accepted into the server and immediately banned due to poor roleplay quality. I have witnessed this firsthand as an administrator. Do you think it's fair to expect better from my command team who for the most part are regular players and don't have access to the tools administrators do? (Do not take this as a jab at administrators. I have the utmost respect for the work you guys put in and I know how tough it can be, it was simply pointing out every system has it's imperfections.) Either way, as a faction leader I refuse to adopt a policy that completely prevents people from being given a second chance. That however does not mean everyone is instantly guaranteed one. We have refused countless persons in the past over roleplay concerns and have given them bans with the hope they take the time to rehabilitate. Some do, some don't. Unfortunately because we have no logs access or anything like that we are reliant on outside sources to provide information, and due to these being incredibly busy at times, it's not always a possibility. The best we can do in those situations is inform their line management OOCly of the concern and ask them to keep their eyes on the person while they settle back into the faction. There have been cases where people have been found still sub-par and they were removed, and there are cases where people rehabilitated and stayed. It's how our system works and I believe it is the most fair way to give people a chance to be a part of the LSPD. As for your last question, that was an agreement made between myself and player management leadership that I will not comment on in public. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to them. Our recruitment policy reflects that of the LAPD. The fact of the matter is that you're not even required to have citizenship to join the LAPD, so I'm sure you'll find those people there as well. ''Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and be a US citizen or permanent resident alien who has applied for citizenship. One does not have to be a resident of Los Angeles to become an LAPD officer.'' ''A resident alien is a foreign-born United States resident who is not a U.S. citizen. A resident alien is also known as a permanent resident or a lawful permanent resident, which means they are considered an immigrant who has been legally and lawfully recorded as a resident of the country.'' However, as faction leadership we feel like we haven't done our jobs in correctly encouraging players to apply with american characters that fall into the first category (aka be a US citizen) and we aim to start doing exactly that. Considering I was asked for transparency, I'm going to be open here and give you guys a look into the day one goals I've posted in my command team forums so you can get an idea of what my most imminent challenges were to deal with when roozles and I took over the faction about a month ago: - Work on the callsign system / internal field management aka improve synergy between middle-high ranking personnel in the field. We have overhauled this system by removing and tweaking where necessary. This goal has been achieved. - Work with Human Resources to create new roles such as dispatchers. This goal has been achieved and dispatchers are currently in trial. - We currently have an idea to reform the faction from an organizational standpoint, due to the fact that we have a bunch of defunct offices that serve no purpose. - This goal has been achieved. Together with our command team, we re-organized the department and it's forums. So far the feedback is that everyone (internally) finds our forums a lot easier to use and by shuffling responsibilities around, we have created / changed divisions and bureaus to better represent the department we mostly base off of. - We are looking at avenues to work together with OB and by extension the Field Training Program to bring officers more actively towards ADAM/LINCOLN callsigns - We are still working on this goal. Over time, we have also taken feedback from this thread and have amended our purpose to not just making Operations Bureau (and by extension, field training) more active, but also improve the overall quality. - As most of you will have noticed, we have been working tirelessly with MRCAD and the other legal factions to improve both our standing with the community and the amount of activity/roleplay that we're bringing to all the other legal factions such as the media. It is our intent to keep working with all relevant parties, involving you yourself, to keep bringing more unique roleplay to both the faction from a political standpoint and in general bring more attention to our day to day activities. - This goal has very much been achieved. Working together with the faction leaders of FD, Gov, DOJ, DA's Office, Weazel & Saints News, legal political roleplay and our interaction with the news has been booming. Besides this, we've also worked with non-government factions to provide police roleplay realistic and relevant to their own projects. - One long winded thing about boosting recruitment. - Still in the works. - One current issue that we're facing is that we have a lack of response to passive calls (911 calls that aren't hot and heavy) or units unnecessarily clearing from such calls to attend pursuits, shots fired, etcetera. We will be working on initiatives together with you and the supervisor team to keep the faction focused on actually attending said calls. Any suggestions are welcome. - Partially we've achieved this goal but we still feel like it needs more work. My supervisors/command staff (and by extension everyone in patrol) have done an amazing job so far at trying to cover this. - Last but not least, we'd like to edit our faction page on the main forums to make it more up to date / bring it up to standard. - Still in the works. Since day one more things have been added and there will be more added as we go on in time. All I ask you to remember is that I've only been this faction's leader for about a month now, and in addition to the points made above we have done many more things that you can find out about in the IC media. To build on this, following the many comments in this thread, I am going to start discussions on all levels of the faction to do exactly what is asked - find ways to further improve roleplay standards. All of my faction members have a horse in that race and in addition to initiatives I can start as the faction leader, I'm going to see what my faction members need in order to facilitate them. I know these are only words to you; but it is all I can offer until results are in. The intention is there, the will is there, and as always we do intend to get the job done. The point I was trying to make is that improving the LSPD is a group effort that is going to require long term support. I am very motivated as well are my command team and we're doing the best we can, but we're going to need time and your support in order to get the job done. I am not in the business of making promises I cannot uphold, I have never done so, and I never will. Thank you for all the positive comments in this thread so far and thank you all for bringing this feedback forward, all I can ask is to keep it coming.

  8. Unless you're planning on RPing a full-time bum who puts their welfare and handouts towards buying meth, it's unlikely someone's going to RP a hardcore addiction or dependance, it serves no purpose for their character and limits their roleplaying prospects. IRL, dealers target drug dens and low poverty areas, people already addicted to what they want to sell, basically like a honey farm. There's no-where like that in this server, everyone (hyperbolic ofc) wants to be the dealer not the buyer, they want to make money not lose it. You can't buy a house or rent that nice flat, or buy that expensive car when you're trying to portray a druggo that can't hold down a job because his addiction is dominating his life. Too many dealers, not enough buyers and that won't change until drugs provide some sort of actual benefit to a player other than as a prop for their character backstory. I'm not sure if it exists already, but an addiction system would be good. Coke, heroin, meth etc should all be addictive and inflict long lasting negative side effects on characters who consume them, that way there's some sort of cycle as opposed to the trying it once in a blue moon scenario we have now.

  10. a wit. u interview Inspiration & Individuality Heather Powell A few days ago, I had the freedom of looking over Los Santos' emerging movie with a scene with a review of their newest title - Monkey Business. The quality and content of the movie and review aside, what captivated me the most was the effort and dedication those working on the movie had put into it. However, we're not here to discuss the movie industry once more; instead, in my search for something new to report on, I came across Owen Davies - on FaceBrowser, the local social media platform. While I do admit, at a personal level, that the genre of his music does not necessarily resonate with me - what did, once more, captivate me, was the amount of effort Owen, under his alias - "wit.u" put into his art, simply out of his own heart and passion for music. I reached out, and earlier today, I got a chance to talk with him. I took the liberty of asking Owen seven questions, all of which seemed the most relevant for the interview. Here's the full interview, moderately edited for grammatical reasons and, more importantly, fully uncensored: Given the release of your newest album, "Love" - I'd like to ask; so far, how it's done in terms of sales - and could you describe the recording process for us? Were there any extraordinary situations? "Love" has done better than I thought it would, despite only being my second album ever. I never really thought it'd sell as much as it did - and people are still buying my vinyl, limited edition records and even my digital-sets. In conclusion, sales are great. I couldn't be happier with how it's going. As for the other question, the recording process was pretty tiring. I had far too many days with no sleep. The first three days I felt kicked out of reality and kept pumping myself full of red-bull and just smoked non-stop. I knew I had to get it done. Whether or not there were any complications or extraordinary situations, however? I'd say either the lack of sleep or the many samples I had to go through in order to get the perfect vibe for the album. Do you have any assistance behind the scenes you'd like to note; or do you do everything by yourself, from the mixing to the producing? I had no assistance behind the scenes whatsoever, everything I did and do, it is from scratch, from using samples, loops, various things I made, all by using my SP-404 and other live mixers. Ableton is beautiful for this sort of stuff. Though I do have a lot of back up and love coming from those at Pipeline, especially my manager and my beautiful girlfriend Aurora. The album's name is "Love" - as is aforementioned; this begs the question: does the album's title, or overall, the whole album, have any underlying meaning you'd care to share with us? To be honest, yeah... yeah it does have a fuck ton of meaning behind it, not even underlying at all. From the day I moved here - I used to get beaten, pushed over, yelled at, shit... you name it. I was lost. I remember, during my first week here, I saw an officer get shot down right in front of me just outside of some strip club. It was fucked up. There's so much hate, so much neglect, so much war going on inside a city that has such beautiful people, amazing talents and mindsets. There's too much hate going around, but too little love, I'd love to change that, somehow, in my own little way. I have nothing but love to everyone out in Los Santos. Do you have any plans to sign with a record label in the near future; or do you plan to continue to self-publish on audio platforms? I'm currently on contract with one of my best buddies, Cam Vance, who's also my manager - and helps me get my shit out there. The Pipeline isn't a label, but it's a family that's helped me get out there through events and whatnot. As for having a label? I'm not sure, I was in a label for the first three days and quit the contract due to the fact that they stole half of my income and nearly ruined my life when I was growing. So, to be honest, I'd rather just do it myself and publish my own shit. When the right people come, well, it'll all happen in due time. Do you have any plans for the future? Any possible collaborations with other artists you'd like to hint at, or future album releases? I have big plans for the future, I want to hold some charity events, depends on how big I grow as an artist. I mean absolutely no offense to anyone in the city or anyone around, at all; maybe I just haven't seen them yet or maybe I haven't really been around the right circles, but... I have no intention or even ambition to collaborate with anyone unless they're a rapper. Everything I've seen so far are just DJs who sit there and hit next on the fucking play-pad and get mad cash, if I see someone who actually puts time into making samples, loops and chopping their lyrics and then playing that shit live and smacking them buttons on stage, well, I'd love to collab with THAT sort of person. As for an album release, there's going to be plenty more in the future - I can promise everybody that much. Getting into more personal territory - do you take after anyone in specific, in terms of musical influence? And what got you into making music - was it just your passion for the art? This one bites. It really does. I have no reason to take after anyone but myself - every artist should be unique. You shouldn't try to copy someone else's flow, in my opinion. As long as you got that one little tweak or new vibe inside a track, you can call that special. I first started making music when I was either fourteen or fifteen; except I didn't really get too into it back then. I was just, like, starting. I didn't get too into it until I was, like, seventeen or eighteen. What got me into it, however, was all I really did was like, play video-games and listen to beats. Like, I had really long... long days of skipping school and just listening to music, getting stoned and playing video-games. And then I started finding out about hip hop instrumental tracks - and then I discovered artists like Flying Lotus, J Dilla, Samiyam, and all the Brainfeeder dudes. It was just... so damn different from anything else I had ever heard, like... Samiyam was sampling video games and stuff - little samples and different portions of his tracks, it was just... so original and the flow was so deep and cool that you could even feel the emotion behind it. That was the first time I had heard music without vocals - and I hooked right from the start. I ended up trying to do it myself; after all, all I was doing was playing video-games and listening to music - why not? What really got me into my passion for music, though, was the emotion, the vibe, the love, connection and originality. Everyone thinks hip-hop is just a trashy way to throw about words and hate, trying to harm and spit about crime - I'd argue. There's a lot of emotion and meaning to every track, it's not as brutal as some think. Topping this off; do you have any suggestions or advice you'd care to share for future, aspiring artists? I have a few words, of course. If you want to become something, let's say, a rapper, music producer, painter or a famous artist, generally speaking. Don't spill your mind into just one genre or one thing. When you're going about your passions and hobbies, delve into each root; into each art. Then, find the root you like best and go hard and never look back. There's always going to be someone better than you, someone, who's working harder than you. But that doesn't mean you should get discouraged or walk away, because you could be one little step away from making it to the big case. As for suggestions, if you want to make beats - or anything to do with hip hop, don't rush it. Look at all the different music applications, start with something free online - and just get the hang of it with your keyboard and a shitty mic. Learn to keep your fingers nimble, learn to tap rotations and most of all, and I can't fret this enough - keep it original, don't rip-off someone else's idea. Do your own thing. And with that concluded - I, too, suggest everyone to try their hardest and do their best at whichever art they're prolific at. This type of, well, a combination of dedication and charisma is always a joy to observe, be it within the music industry, movie industry, or any type of activity you've got passion for. 13. On a note about using British slang - probably THE hardest thing for me as a Brit is roleplaying an American character. The biggest offender for me is using "cheers" when thanking someone, and I almost always have to correct myself (and sometimes I don't even notice!). On the flip side, we have quite a few foreign national characters with dual citizenship or otherwise - so generally the ones that are over-the-top British are purposefully done so. Once again, this comes back to my point of character choices - it's not something you can 'dictate' to someone, and is once again the same reason that there are a large number of Eastern European and Asian characters.

  14. Our server is completely different as other servers, as we prioritize on serious R.P. while disapproving of "Play ti Win" mentalities. You are correct, the attitude of players is the reason as to why the drug system seems meaningless, as their attitude only concerns itself with the mechanical effects, while contradicting themselves by attending three bars per day to purchase alcohol that they do not roleplay consuming properly. I, personally, have only witnessed ONE person that had actually roleplayed as intoxicated... Every one else treats a full glass of rum like it's a bottle of water.

  16. The average beverage, when purchased at a bar, is $100USD-$200USD. The average gram of marijuana is $200USD-$250USD. Not a major difference The issue is that individuals lack creativity. It is actually more common for the average person to sit in a room and smoke a spliff with their friends on a daily basis than for a group of individuals to travel to one bar per day within the U.S... In fact, it is more expensive to attend a bar than to smoke a gram. Yet, every single poor person and lower-middle-class individual is attending 1-3 bars per day to spend their wealth on an item that possesses zero mechanical effects... Yet, they won't have the creativity to initiate some decent R.P. with smoking a gram or two with a group of people because "Marijuana has no benefits" xD... See the inconsistency with these "Heavy RPers"? Just putting that out there... I'm sort of focusing on marijuana as it is a commonly-used substance in "California" compared to Cocaine or Meth.

  17. I also can't believe that I'm agreeing with EliH, we're usually sworn opponents in opinions. We need a way to combine different drugs together to make things weaker / potentially overdose material. Now that my boy Caporegime is gone though I highly doubt a decent drug system is going to be released for a long time and not as elaborate as he was writing up whilst in FM. Having visual and physical effects script-wise is a way of saying "Hey, I'm a lazy bastard that can't think outside of the box and research drug usage and effects so I need a script to determine it for me." A serious roleplay server doesn't need RPG elements that decide what you roleplay and how you roleplay it. Drugs are however not hard to get. The reason drugs are 'difficult' to get for players is because they expect factions to be stood on a street corner hustling drugs. It doesn't work like that in 2019, most of the drug transactions that occur in real life now are over-the-air drug sales. By that, I mean call-to-call and text-to-text drug transactions to meet at locations, specify a quantity, price, drug, etc. It's not like The Wire and some people need to get that out of their skull.

  18. In addition to my previous question (don't worry, you can answer it separately) I'm curious as to why people are demoted from an In Character rank for Out Of Character behavior. For example I could've messed up on an OOC note by metagaming in a situation and therefore I'd lose my position from Police Officer III right down to Police Officer II. Is this not metagame? In illegal roleplay terms, players are usually just removed from an efficiently ran faction if they do not make the cut rather than retaining them just for a +1. It seems like a value from Los Santos Roleplay has stuck and I've always wondered why that was a thing in the first place. My suggestion would be to operate a strike system from an OOC point of view in your faction. If a player in your faction breaks the server or the faction's rules, give them a strike. Three strikes and you're out. I don't believe the correct way to administer a disciplinary action would be to metagame and remove or alter somebody's position within the faction - something that they earned strictly In Character. If you wish for people to begin taking the department more seriously, I would advise on making small steps like the above. A rank should never be regarded as an OOC achievement or an asset to that person, so to speak. That rank should only matter to their character, otherwise you're going to get a bunch of people caring more about their OOC rank (which some do) than their character's actual IC achievements. I for one particularly hated it in a previous server where a pre-pubescent teenager would drag me into their Teamspeak channel to tell me off like they're my parents and I've just been suspended from school. It reminds me much akin to Garry's Mod roleplay servers and it's actually quite cringe-worthy.

  19. You can wax eloquence about it all you want, but the fact of the matter is that there is 0 reason to buy drugs within the confines of the game as they currently are. It’s a money sink. IRL people buy drugs to feel good or socialize. In game it’s not only way harder to get, it’s also pretty bad with its current script limitations. You can’t pass around joints, split weed up for bowls, etc, causing you to buy lots of grams at a time and have to pass them out like a kid sharing in Kindegarten. On a different note, effects need to last way longer and be tied to the char as a boolean so even if you crash or the server goes down it stays. Also while a lot of young people do smoke, it’s not as nearly many as you seem to think it is. If people currently aren’t rping drugs, and don’t want to, there’s not really much you can do to force them. You need to entice them icly through means to participate.

  21. Erm... non-RP how? They parked illegally. The penal code is posted for anyone to read and understand. It's all IC and within PD's right to do so. I'd argue its Non-RP and an OOC/metagame issue to be parking illegally because a majority of those people probably wouldn't park that way in real life. They are doing it because they have been getting away with it OOC'ly on this server until now. Now because they are getting in trouble for it IC'ly, it's all of a sudden an issue. They can deal with it. If there needs to be a middle ground, let PD issue parking tickets to the registered owner of the vehicle just like they do speeding tickets (if they can do that already, I don't know because I haven't gotten one). The person would get a notification to pay it just like other tickets. If someone complains that a parking ticket is non-RP, then they aren't on the right server lol.

  22. It's planned when we'll be able to. RIght now the outfits are taking a huge amount of resources to handle as they're time consuming to request on DB size due to the amount of information it must contain, as soon as we fix the server stability i'll re-optimize some stuff on outfits which will allow for more outfits. But for now it's a no for everyone to avoid unnecessary lags. Soon though!

  26. i dont understand why its frowned upon to want a script effect though:/ if my character takes coke, my screen should sharpen up, my fov expand a little or something...idk if my character smokes weed, it would be cool for the effect to last for like 30 mins to an hour if my character takes LSD, it would be cool to have my screen go all types of colours with things moving not because im lazy, but because its immersive and cool to have

  27. /vscrap should only be used when the car is near enough too much money to repair or is basically a write off if people RP a serious crash. It shouldn't be used as a means to get some of your money back.
