If it was explained to them, and presented to them when they join to make their first character, it'd be an "Ahaaa, ooooh" moment for them. Like, "wow i can even specificly customize what my character would be like". But, also to make the system more in-depth. If someone's been blasted 5 times by a shotgun at their neck and head, you're not gonna be able to recognize the head at all. Or the upper body for that matter. Same if they're wearing a mask. You can't see their face, their age is hard to determine, their hair is hidden, etc.

I haven't used it, but from what I read here, it seems like it has it's uses but is easily abused. That being said, I know people in RL that look like they have perfect lives on Facebook, when I know that they've tweaked their photos, posted only selective events and exaggerated their accomplishments. Anything in fb/forums that you see could be challenged and invalidated through in-game RP, so I'm not sure I feel like it rises to the level of PG. It's lame but I don't feel like it's detrimental to my own RP in any way.

I'm personally against people using Menyoo or OpenIV to add custom clothes that cannot be obtained In-Game or using anything your character does not have (cars, house, interior, drugs, guns etc). As long as a person keeps it realistic I'm fine with it. But using SP or Menyoo to get unrealistic photos should be a big no-no. To keep it simple; Only use Menyoo with things your character got and for the love of god stop adding custom clothes in your pictures or fly yourself to a location your character wouldn't have access to.

Started out great, but now way too many idiots people use it and ruined it for the rest of us. Just because some things are available (guns, FACE MODS, etc) doesn't mean you need to use them kiddos.

Its ruined the server in some aspects. Used correctly, Menyoo can be a great tool to create Screenshots from your characters background. things you might not be able to Capture IG. However people using Menyoo to creat all of their screenshots is an issue. Not only are people editing in events that aren't realistic, they are also removing the possibility of player interaction. If your event didn't happen on the server then how are others supposed to stumble across it and interact with it?

Judiciary of San Andreas The Judiciary of San Andreas is composed of both the entire Judicial Branch of San Andreas, while also assuming some executive functions of the San Andreas Department of Justice in order to provide a comprehensive legal roleplay establishment for the exercise of law. Club Royale A Noble Journey Lola Mendoza Hello again, readers! Today we present to you another slice of LS nightlife. We're taking a look at Club Royale. Despite my late arrival, just from what I saw from outside of the club, I gathered that the place was packed! Parking spots were occupied throughout the entire street. Naturally, I had to park a block farther. Luckily enough there wasn't a massive line at the entrance and I managed to slide inside rather quickly. I was awestruck by the long, illuminated hall that led into the club. It certainly amplified the beginning of my journey, especially with the ongoing music that streamed through my ears. With the successful emergence from the incandescent hall, I spent a good minute or two simply observing how sizeable the club was. The bar sits in the middle of the venue, conveniently enough. There were several tables with comfortable seats on the right for those who either do not find it as appealing to shake their hips as other patrons or were merely exhausted from it. The DJ booth and the dance floor were on the left, and as expected it was filled with a joyful crowd. DJ LeChamp was in control of the symphonies. I also believe that I caught a firm glimpse of a gambling area, but I did not dare access it. The active manager of the Club was more than hospitable, as they introduced me to the VIP lounge the moment they spotted me. I graciously accepted the offer. The entrance to the VIP lounge contained a flight of stairs with a security guard protecting the path ahead. I've chosen to purposely keep the mystery behind the VIP area hidden away, but I did manage to snap a few photos of what was going on beneath it. I honestly cannot say that I was met with any unpleasantries. Everything was more or less in order. The crowd was as lively as could be and the DJ played some astonishing tunes. The setting was definitely next-level. The only critique I'd have is that the place perhaps deserved more attention, as some of the areas were rather empty.
