  3. Hales Tales Review: Del Perro Pizzeria By Haley Niamh Connor I want to start this review by saying something that’s probably going to lose me half my readers off the bat. I’m… wait for it… this is bad… I’m vegan. AHH! I know, I know. It’s okay though because we’re going to get through this review of Del Perro Pizzeria together. My lovely friend JB Toutant, a trained chef, is not vegan and he tried a plethora of pizza last night. Let’s start with the things I can grade. I’m going to be completely honest here – even without the pizza or any of the other food (that is delicious according to my sources), Del Perro Pizzeria is all class. Upon entering I spoke with the owner Layton Krovacs. He seated us and brought us a bottle of 2005 Bodega’s Roda Cirsion and two glasses. I, being the wino I am, had my nose in the spot’s wine list for quite a while. The wine on offer is expertly sourced by someone with the knowledge and a passion for it. The Cirsion was magnificent and I’d like to personally thank Mister Krovacs here for the bottle. Atmosphere! This restaurant’s ambiance - like everything else about it - screams class. The interior is warm and inviting, red carpet and dark wooden walls. Dimly lit but not so much as to obscure one’s vision. The music was at a low, but pleasant volume and the songs could not have fit the room better. Frank Sinatra’s ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ set the vibe as JB and I enjoyed our stay. Alright, now to the part I, due to the infinite journalistic credibility I carry, cannot say I reviewed. The food! JB ordered three slices of pizza from Del Perro’s menu – the Tre Gusti, Margherita, and La Milano. Each slice seemed to earn an even bigger thumbs up than the one before as I watched on in morbid vegan curiosity., with the ‘La Milano’ being his favorite. He said each ingredient was obviously fresh, that the dough was not over or undercooked, and that the pizza was all-around fantastic. This was confirmed when Mister Krovacs took JB and me into the kitchen, allowing us to see where the magic happens. I cannot stress enough how pristine this kitchen is. It was near closing time and every employee was meticulously cleaning their station. The walk-in where ingredients are kept was neatly organized, and a cursory glance over the meats and veggies told me all I needed to know about the dedication this Pizzeria has concerning quality. I’ll link the menu below so you can decide for yourself which of the Pizzeria’s great options you’d like to try when you visit. And you should. You should visit Del Perro Pizzeria as soon as you can. The ambiance, the wine, the food (according to my sources), and the staff are all top-notch. Not one moment I spent in this restaurant felt anything less than comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming. But hey, some of us are shut-ins. Me? I spend days at a time lazing around at home cooking for myself or ordering takeout. There’s some good news on the hermit-front. Owner Layton Krovacs let me in on Del Perro Pizzeria’s next big move. They’ve purchased a “fleet of Faggios” for deliveries. This option will be coming soon and once it does? You’ve no reason to order pizza from any other spot. Del Perro Pizzeria receives a glowing recommendation from Hales Tales. Go check it out. Now. Go! Stop reading! The article is finished! Go check them out! As always, this review was not bought and paid for. Hales Tales, and Saints News at large refuse any offers of payment via money, goods, or services in return for coverage. 4. What have been your favourite moments and memories here at GTAW? Whether they were just super fun to do, or whether they actually had an effect on you, or whatever, what stands out to you? (Probably best to be scarce on details if it's super recent!) One of my favourite moments was when my character was doing work with Vespucci Sports, and @liew was playing the wonderful Barry Essex alongside Nigel Stanton and his 'crew' at the time, The absolute ridiculousness of the situation had me in stitches all the way throughout the night, obviously, I had so much fun then that I just had to get a photo, and hence; Definitely in the top ten moments of my time here at GTAW. ? In terms of substance, any roleplay with @Sammy has always blown me away, they're such a talented roleplayer and I lavish every second I get to spend with them ❤️.

  6. @Iska, @Nuka Quantum, @Ribsey, @HaveADream, @chanel and lastly, @Crocker, although we have yet to RP. He's lucky that he shares his slippers with me, otherwise, he would not be put on this list. There's a few others, but these are the main people on GTAW that have specifically improved my experience on the server.

  7. A Day In The Life The Los Santos Police Department While some have argued that public confidence in government agencies has dwindled, we decided to take a punt at joining these departments on the job, to see the same sights that they do and experience, to some extent, the adventures that they do. Our first 'Day In The Life' was with the Los Santos Police Department - on a blazing warm night nestled deep into the city of Los Santos lies the Mission Hill Police Station, the headquarters of the Los Santos Police Department, a bustling building with officers constantly walking in and out, police phones ringing, dispatch calling, witnesses waiting, a building bursting at the seams with the endless tales it holds. My evening with the Police Department started calmly - a quiet patrol around the city of Los Santos' with a relatively new recruit, who had just transferred from Liberty City, Chanel Aldaine. Roaming the streets of Los Santos, I may have expected a night of chasing bad guys and tackling Los Santos' most wanted, but the reality was much more sobering and 'real' than anything that could be anticipated. While many believe I'd have been flying through the streets at a hundred miles an hour, my evening was spent at slow scenes, watching officers waiting, ensuring public safety, attending to their duties, and keeping themselves hydrated, of course. This brings us to our call of the evening, a panic alarm up near the mountains of Blaine County. Our first course of action for the evening was far from home to many of us - in the distant land of North Chumash, we responded to a vehicle collision, including a police vehicle, which had erupted in smoke, with the officers trapped inside. The professionalism seen at the scene was outstanding, not a single person stood around doing nothing - whether it was through questioning the other person involved, ripping apart the cruiser, or keeping in touch with the fire department, the situation showed the extent of absolute quality the police department has, in what must have been a situation where emotions reigned high, commanded brilliantly by Lieutenant Cavanaugh. While the car I was in was hijacked by a fellow officer, we raced to a store to collect bottles of water to assist in the recovery of the injured officers as we awaited further assistance and transport from the Fire Department. Ultimately, we ended up with self-transportation due to a lack of available units for the fire department and the inability to transfer the injured in a fire engine, to a local hospital in Paleto Bay. A tow-truck cleared the scene and the road was reopened. While not immediately obvious, the aura of a breath of relief was most certainly felt. While our day ended shortly after, I had experienced a very important lesson in actual police work, if you ever get the opportunity to go on a ridealong, I'd heavily push you into doing it, you see some strange sights, but you also see the hard work that the emergency services put in and the dedication to their roles regardless of the consequences or situations that they find themselves in. But for now, the day is over, and that's all from us for now, folks! - Kalani Jamil Saints News #ForSaintsBySaints Have FaceBrowser? Get Involved and Give Us A Like. 8. Was sick of looking at all the skinheads on chemo-therapy. Won't work unless you got yourself a beard, currently supported with most beards. Also looks a little weird with the balding haircuts, but everything else works great. Drag and drop the folder into your ragemp/client_resources/serverIP/dlcpacks -- http://www.mediafire.com/file/v9foasan9z3q1ma/beard%282%29.rar/file

  13. Really wish this was a thing. I RP an autobody painter (bodywork & paint on cars etc) pretty often and most shops require you to do everything to be hired (or want you to learn), whereas I'd rather RP a specialist than a jack of all trades type as it lets me have my niche that I like to RP while I can also pass-on other jobs to people that say build engines or tune cars that kinda stuff etc and even request said jobs from those people myself instead of doing the rp which creates more rp rather than me just rping it myself all together. Being able to have a client leave their car with me and have it painted in say my garage where I could ICly set up a paintbooth rather than having to work at an actual garage would be nice af and hella fun. Leaves it open for enthusiast RPers that want a little more than "hey lets take it to a shop and get generic rp for 2 minutes" that generally happens at a lot of shops. I'm sure it's the same for people in taco trucks and in-house tattoo artists etc as well. I've been wanting something like this for ages, so 100% for it. 110 even.

  22. Plain text: There’s something to be said about a venue having a theme and committing to it. In the sea of samey bars and clubs in Los Santos, the Reef Surf Bar is a refreshing change of pace, and you’ll notice right when you walk in. Reef boasts an interior completely unique from any I’ve seen during my time in Los Santos. A light blue theme pervades the spot, and everything about the venue says casual, comfortable, and fun. The beach bar vibe is strong and it hits you right as you walk through the door. Large rocks are placed throughout the room, adding to the oceanic feel, along with a floor depicting an underwater scene, beautifully designed. There is ample seating with tables for guests as well as a fully stocked bar. The spot has a pool table and a beer pong table. I haven’t played beer pong since college and unfortunately wasn’t able to stay long enough to get a game in last night. However, I think this just, once again, adds to the relaxed atmosphere Reef is obviously going for. Upon entering I ordered a rum and coke, and the bartender had no issue making the drink. As I stated in my last review, this might seem ‘standard’ but in LS it just isn’t. A lot of bartenders don’t know their liquors from their beers or their mixers from their liquors. It’s good to be able to go to a spot, order a simple drink, and have it served competently. A strange luxury in LS. The bartender was friendly and courteous. He took the time to come to our table and ask if we needed topped off. You don’t see this kind of customer service at a lot of spots in LS. Like the rest of my experience with Reef, it was refreshing. I’d love to write a paragraph outlining some gripes with the bar here. I typically would, and as an avid nitpicker it breaks a small piece of my heart to say that I’ve nothing but positive things to say about Reef. I will most certainly be visiting again, and regularly. My attempts at gauging public opinion on the state of LS’s nightlife scene has resoundingly amounted to one uniform want from the people – variety. Do yourself a favor and check out Reef. I think it’s got the variety we need. I won’t be adding numerical ratings to spots I review from here on out. Instead I’ll simply give a recommendation to check the place out, or a recommendation to not waste your time and money. Reef certainly gets a firm recommendation from me. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

  23. After scamming a player for fifty-thousand dollars, I had fled to an undisclosed location, remaining parked at the "safe-spot" for around thirty minutes prior to logging out. It seemed reasonable to provide the victim with an opportunity to search for the criminal. Thus, I had simply roleplayed gloating about the scam while breathing heavily with excitement etc... After thirty minutes, my character had relaxed his mind and proceeded to deposit the wealth into the bank.

  25. A lot of them are nice but unnecessary. Some of them edit existing files, like the skin mod aims to blur the basic skin for aesthetics/"removing pores & wrinkles", but it ends up looking low-quality as a result. Other things like the cropped corset or some of the shirts overwrite the base file. I think some more hair files were planned for the future once the RageMP launcher makes mods easier to install, but a lot of these mods break/overwrite some pretty common base clothing. As for the map, the numbers on it don't line up with the current in-game property numbers.. Mods are great but this list is hit or miss. :/
