  1. DJ ONO Convicted of Aurora Siciliano's Murder Published: 4th of June, 2019 Author: Emilia Russo Reputed nightlife music mixer Ruriko Onohara, best known as DJ ONO has been arrested and convicted of murdering his lover, Aurora Siciliano. On the afternoon of Saturday, the 1st of June, LSPD detectives were following a missing person report on Aurora at 1310 Palomino Avenue. A bystander directed the LSPD towards ONO’s apartment, then a K9 cadaver dog specialized in detecting decomposition marked the entrance of 1310 Palomino. This led to an emergency warrant for the apartment justified due to exigent circumstances. Forensic analysis of blood and tissue in the surrounding area confirmed traces of matching DNA, eventually leading to her remains being discovered in a dumpster between 1310 Palomino and Little Seoul Tower. DJ ONO in police custody on the 18th of May. ONO soon surrendered himself to police custody and confessed. ONO had stabbed her at his first floor apartment in 1310, left her on the floor and then returned with the shotgun. ONO then reportedly tortured Aurora prior to executing her with a point blank shotgun blast, finally disposing of her body in the center dumpster. According to the official coroner's report her body was discovered in the early stages of bloat decay, having spent at least three days in the dumpster prior to discovery by police. The official causes of death correlated to her reported injuries; stab wounds and severe ballistic trauma. ONO has been charged with First Degree Murder. It is likely he faces a charge for Tampering with Evidence for his attempted disposal of the body following the murder. An earlier arrest in mid-May saw ONO detained in the rear of a LSPD cruiser allegedly charged with assault and carrying an unlicensed firearm following a heated dispute at Little Kabukicho where a patron expressed his distaste for ONO’s music selection. (Top) DJ ONO’s residence at 1310 Palomino Avenue, Little Seoul. (Bottom) The disposal site in the alleyway beside 1310. Aurora's Sicilian roots stemmed from Palermo, yet she had a fluent grasp on traditional Italian and English. She had travelled to Los Santos approximately a month before her death. In her brief time in our bulimic state she threw herself into a wild, joyful life and despite breaking her leg and witnessing ONO being stabbed in the stomach in a more innocent stage of their relationship. She once said "I'm used to stress and crazy, I thrive in both". Aurora will be fondly remembered as a warm, hospitable host whose bar was always surrounded by people she knew on a first name basis, no matter where in the city she happened to be. 2. Four Fighters, One Trophy. Vespucci MMA Catchup 2nd June Pre Match Interviews To start with, we interviewed two of the fighters, Cam 'Vietnamese Viper' Chau and Bukha Kyzylsky. Both are competing in order to win the grand prize - the title and $100,000 in cash. Big night tonight - what are your thoughts? Cam Chau: Well, there is definitely a tense atmosphere righ' now, the fighters, like me are mainly used to friendly sparring fights, but now tha' prize money is on the table, I think it will get rather competitive. Bukha Kyzylsky: I'd be lying if I didn't say I was nervous, there's a lot at stake tonight. And how are you rating your chances? Cam Chau: No comment, suppose we'll see hao' it goes! Bukha Kyzylsky: Honestly? It's going to be close, we've both had promising friendlies over the last few weeks. Anything you want to get out to Los Santos? Cam Chau: Much love to my guys down a' Little Seoul, an' I wanna wish my pal Tim a healthy recovery. Bukha Kyzylsky: I would like to thank my trainers, Cody and Eli, and all the fighters who have sparred with me over the past few weeks. There are some special people in the crowd tonight and I think they know who they are. Sanchez vs. Sharf Technical difficulties in the dugout overshadowed what was a very close fight. Ultimately, the recovery that Sanchez' showed gave him an easy win against an opponent who perhaps showed his better side too early in the competition. After both Sanchez and Sharf were on the ground, Sanchez finished the job by repeatedly throwing jabs into Sharf, for the safety of the fighters, the fight was stopped and Sanchez won. Sanchez moves onto the next stage of the tournament, Sharf is eliminated. Bukha vs. Chau Perhaps the better-known duo of the evening, many turned out to watch the battle to see off the successful fighter onto the next stage of the competition. Cam started strong, throwing a punch into Bukha that was quickly blocked, the duo showed their speed and finesse by blocking all of the initial hits in the first part of the round, ultimately, it was Bukha who came out on top with the first hit of the match, while Cam quickly retaliated, Bukha was no stranger to counter attacking, quickly managing to send off Cam with a right hook to the jaw, then finishing him off with a kick to the head. Cam laid defeated and Bukha reigned victoriously. Bukha moves onto the next stage of the competition, Cam is eliminated. Post Match Interview So, big win and you just got yourself closer to $100k, how does it feel? Bukha Kyzylsky: Well, I got a few more fights to win before I get the big prize, but I guaranteed at least two more chances for a spot on the podium, I'm ecstatic. How do you see your chances for the rest of the competition? Bukha Kyzylsky: don't want to get ahead of myself, but I think I can handle Sanchez. He's big but he lacks the discipline or experience to get him through to the end. And finally, you talked a lot about your trainers tonight and how much they helped you, anything you want to say to them standing victorious tonight? Bukha Kyzylsky: All I can say is thanks again, Eli has been by my side whenever I've needed him in the run-up to this fight, I owed him a win. Best of luck for the rest of the competition, Bukha, and thanks again. Saints News #ForSaintsBySaints Have FaceBrowser? Get Involved and Give Us A Like. Read Our City Guide!

This means that you do not receive a script paycheck. This also means that currently some of the activities we do within the faction are voluntary and are not paid. While we do push our weekly paychecks (those did not exist till a short while ago) manually, they are nothing impressive. We pay you based on your activity and how good you show doing your job. Some will be paid more, while some will be paid less. Some will not even get paid at all if we determine that you are doing nothing effiicent and rarely even associate in any roleplay with us. You will not become rich joining us. ))

  6. Yes it is true. Some mods actually work on RAGEMP, and can work on GTA World. All of the mods are client sided mods, so other players won't see them, especially, because most of them are re-textures of the game, allowing some graphic enhancement. Before explaining, I would like to thank @Firesky for putting so much effort on trying to figure out on how these mods work and for re-encrypting all of them. How to install the mods: We are still working on most of the mods, but so far, from the ones we tested... if it is a DLC, you must re-encrypt the rpf file and drag it on the client resources folder, where you have the server mods. Pretty much like this. As you can see, "soupiesthairs" is synced for all the players, since you download it as soon as you join the server. Although, the LA Road mods, is a mod that is client side, since we added it to our client folder, and not all players have it. As for other mods such as the NVR, you will find a readme file that explains how to do it. You pretty much do a backup of your folders on the GTAV folder, and re-place all of those with the files. These files are re-encrypted with "ArchiveFix", they will work on RAGEMP without having the broken game error. https://www.mediafire.com/folder/940094nc4o4f6/Mods for Rage-MP by Firesky The link above are the mods that @Firesky and I have tested and work properly. If you find out some more mods and want to share, feel free to drop a comment here. Thank you for reading, and enjoy! New link: http://www.mediafire.com/folder/940094nc4o4f6/

However for now we'll keep the ad system as is, but restrict the advertisement time to: 3 minutes minimum per ad instead of 1 Gold donators may now use an advertisement command every 5 minutes. Silver donators may now use an advertisement command every 10 minutes. Bronze donators may now use an advertisement command every 15 minutes. All players will now be able to use an advertisement command every 20 minutes If they're not an active donator The goal of these time restrictions will be to drastically reduce the amount of advertisements that spams your chat.

  8. Hi, I am curious how many people share the same belief as me relating to PK and CK..? For me personally, i believe that we should stray away from PK as a whole because of many reasons. If you will allow me to elaborate on why: GTA World is advertised as a heavy role play server and while i believe 'heavy' and 'hardcore' are separate and unique to their own we should also transition into a heavy and hardcore role play server. This would make GTA World a lot more unique than any other role play server that has ever existed. If we are a hardcore role play server.. this means that PK would or at least should no longer exist. If PK is removed.. this means we are left with CK. This brings a whole new level and immersive experience to roleplay that no server currently offers. Death. As of right now, if a player dies there are no real consequences to it. You aren't OOCly charged any money.. you only lose what's in your inventory and then brush it off and continue on as if you didn't die a few seconds ago.. essentially forgetting anything that happened within the last 5 minutes or so.. So let me discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each one.. so first I will discuss PK. Benefits You only lose what's in your inventory upon death, your character and everything else remains. You are allowed to continue on so long as you forget anything that happened prior to leading up to your death. It grants permanent long term character progression. Drawbacks There are no real consequences to death, so fearing death is merely abiding to rules and nothing more. It allows characters to make brash decisions even if attains to the rules. Whenever you see a character you've met in a critical state, there is no real emotion. This means, other aspects that relate to real life such as grieving are non existent. It creates awkward moments in the scenario you see a close friend or relative die but role play with that same person moments later because due to PK it supposedly never happened. Now we can move on to CK Benefits Seeing a close friend or relative in a near death situation or in critical state opens up role play to a whole new level that has never been experienced before. This is because.. if that player dies they will no longer exist - just as real life works. So if you've enjoyed role playing with that character specifically.. you will likely have some sort of sentimental value attached to that player which in return will make you feel a certain type of way or otherwise conflicted with real world results. Crime rate may be decreased due to the realistic consequences that a player should face if they die. To further expand on the second point, players will now have to think twice if they want to participate in actions that could end in them being killed, where otherwise it would not be in the question because of PK existing. There are real consequences that a player now faces, so even ooc you may fear death just as most people would in real life. Those awkward moments associated with PK no longer exist. The player you killed no longer exists. If you are retaliated upon, that player will not be able to participate because they are dead forcibly. This may grant and provide a sense of real life adrenaline and thrill that real life people may experience when killing someone. (e.g gang beefs, murderers) Drawbacks Death is permanent. If you die, you lose potentially everything related to your character. Your character no longer exists in GTA World resulting in you starting over on a new character. Long term progression is not guaranteed. Administration may be overloaded. To add on to this.. maybe even sentences such a 45 to life to be introduced in the case a player is caught once a prison system is introduced. With all of this, it will change the server up so much i believe.. crime and death will be interesting. News will be interesting.. especially if the dead player body script is introduced into the server.. Now i'd like to have the communities thoughts on all of this.. do you think this would be an interesting change? Yes or no.. and why?

  9. Taken from JASONS post on the LSRP Forums. Written & composed by Paxie and MrAwesome ((I found this on the LSRP forum a while back and just wanted to share it with others so apologies if there are some mistakes)) REALISTIC GANG CHARACTER DEVELOPMENTThis topic will serve as a tutorial on how to realistically develop your character around a gang, but some features could be applied to normal roleplay as well. While roleplaying in White Fence, we have noticed that a lot of players lack the knowledge of how to properly join and develop their characters. Some people are decent roleplayers, but still lack realism in their roleplay which hinders their process in joining White Fence. However do not be fooled as this isn’t a guide on how to join White Fence, but a guide on how to roleplay realistically in general and should be taken into consideration by everyone. DEVELOPING YOUR CHARACTERWhile creating your character there are a lot of things you should take into consideration and iron out before you come and hang around a gang neighbourhood. Some people like to write what type of character they’re roleplaying and their traits down to avoid confusion further down the line because it is easy to forget, especially when you create a complex character. Something that people don’t understand is that you develop your character in game through real experiences, and that’s how you gain traits. You don’t just come with an already developed character - what’s the fun in that? Character development is something that happens over time and through REAL in game experiences which really gives roleplay a meaning, because other than that you are simply acting out a role as if it was an act. Some people may enjoy that, but personally I enjoy developing my characters from zero. Real in-game character development makes everything a lot more interesting because you will engage in many different and often unusual scenes which will make your character develop in different ways that you didn’t even expect when you started out. This is what is really interesting when it comes to roleplay. Obviously you can make up the character’s childhood and earlier life, but don’t go so in depth that there’s no more room for any new development to take place. Basically, your character should be a blank slate with a set of rules next to it. Follow the rules of the character and write on the slate as his/her life progresses. YOU ARE NOT YOUR CHARACTERSomething that infringes so many people is their OOC connection to their character and his or her assets. Something that needs to be stressed to the max is that you are not your character. What happens to your character should not enrage you, make you happy, or make you sad. Having no connection with your character leaves an unimaginable amount of space for things to happen realistically. Let’s put this into example.Someone attached to their character is going to be enraged when their gun is taken, try to refute OOCly, and try to find ways to win. Basically playing to win.Someone not attached to their character, and a gun is stolen, would instead think of ways their character might respond. Fearful of the new gunman or enraged that their property was stolen. It leaves a plethora of possibilities that can lead to interesting roleplay. CREATING YOUR CHARACTERLike said in the last paragraph about you not being your character, you have to create a whole new identity for your character to separate yourself. Like mentioned previously, create your character with a blank slate and a set of rules to stick by when you start roleplaying.APPEARANCEAppearance isn’t as important when joining a gang, but being different than the others will be noticed. Having yourself 6’1 and 200 pounds at the age of 16 isn’t only not realistic, but it’s mainstream. Maybe roleplay being short, and as an effect, get triggered when people make fun of your shortness. Some unique visuals for a person could be; short, skinny, lazy eyed, freckles, curly hair, large ears, stout, broad shoulders, long neck, and so on. The key to making your character is have him/her be unique. As stressed, a Roman statue of rock solid abs and the average height doesn’t always cut it.TRAITSThe single most important thing to guide your character are traits. Having issues and or imperfections with your character’s personality is an excellent way to show your uniqueness and your ability to think outside the box. Here are a few traits; absent minded, artistic, athletic, adventurous, ambitious, brave, bookworm, bored, clumsy, couch potato, computer knowledge, charismatic, childish, commitment issues, coward, disciplined, daredevil, diva, dramatic, easily impressed, eccentric, evil, excitable, friendly, frugal, flirty, genius, good, grumpy, heavy sleeper, hot-headed, hydrophobe, hopeless romantic, insane, inappropriate, irresistible, light sleeper, loner, loser, lucky, mean, mooch, neurotic, neat, night owl, no sense of humor, nurturing, perceptive, party animal, perfectionist, proper, rebellious, slob, shy, snob, schmoozer, social, socially awkward, technophobe, unlucky, unstable, unflirty, virtuoso, vegetarian, vehicle enthusiast, workaholic. APPROACHING A GANGIf you’re trying to realistically develop your character into a gang member, you should roleplay that you’re from around the neighbourhood where the gang resides. A gang doesn’t want you to come up to them and say something like “hello i am looking for some friends to do illegal stuff with” Start off at an young age and roleplay simply being a teenager from around the hood and being dragged into the life. DO NOT ROLEPLAY A 25 YEAR OLD. In real life, gang members don’t survive their twenties. They either end up in prison or killed, or as street legends and high up in the gang.Simply hang around the hood, show activity and most importantly CREATE ROLEPLAY. If all you do is stand around and /lean 1 or /dealstance, you will never be initiated into the faction. Gangs look for you to show character development. It may take longer for you to fully develop yourself into a true gangster if you start off from a young age, but believe me, it is worth it when you finally do. Fuck all of that /me is a well known gangster bullshit. If you actually develop your character properly, people WILL KNOW you are a gangster and fear you. There’s no fun in just being a badass off the bat. Roleplay fear accordingly when rival gang members come by, and be scared of people inside the gang you’re trying to join. I’m not saying you should roleplay a total pussy and stutter (which some people do and it’s cool), but remember that your character so far is literally a NOBODY.If you see a group of outsiders, and a group of ragged members CLEARLY talking about some important business, don’t just walk up to them and start talking. Let them do their business. Instead, go and create roleplay with the other outsiders. Befriend other outsiders and roleplay proper relationships with them. Often you’ll see people standing about bored not really doing much, so change that. Ragged members WILL notice you creating roleplay for others and it will be appreciated. Later on in the topic we will have a section dedicated to ideas on how to create roleplay. An important aspect to be considered when joining a gang is that you are POOR. You come from a poor income area and that is WHY you get dragged into the life - to make money. Don’t come around the hood owning a car at the age of 16. 16 years olds don’t have money. As you age you can roleplay getting a job at the local Pizza Stack or something and slowly introduce money into your roleplay, or make money off selling drugs once you get put on by a big homie. DO NOT PULL UP IN A SULTAN OR A HUNTLEY OR A FULLY PIMPED OUT SAVANNA. I don’t really care how you roleplay it, but it’s stupid either way. Roleplay making your money, being a hustler and all grinding that $$$ - buying your first car is a pretty big milestone in your character’s life.DO NOT USE FIREARMS. Only use firearms once you have been introduced to them IC’ly and initiated into the faction. Your character may have to start packing 24/7 and carrying, but that should be your character’s decision to do that after for example being shot up by rival gangs daily. One of the big homies should teach you how to use a gun, but even if you get taught how to use one you shouldn’t start using them UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY INITIATED INTO THE FACTION OR GAIN PERMISSION. Personally as a Captain in Varrio White Fence 13, when I know someone is about to get initiated and we have to kill someone, I make the outsider take their life and watch how they roleplay the effects of taking a human life. I had an outsider roleplay developing an addiction to nicotine and start chain smoking cigarettes after I made him end the life of a guy who snitched on him and nearly got him arrested. That’s the sort of roleplay that is wanted. There is a BIG difference between carrying a gun, and murdering someone in cold blood. After hanging around the gang for a while and being introduced to it’s many different activities, you will know when you’re considered an outsider. You may get /hire’d or not, it depends on the faction you’re trying to join. In Varrio White Fence 13, you can consider yourself an official outsider when you get put on with drugs to sell for the gang - but you will not get /hire’d until you are ragged. This is not the case with all gangs as some /hire outsiders, so it all depends.Once you get your name known around the neighbourhood and the gang members/bangers know who you are, your character should always be trying to prove you’re down for the hood. THIS DOES NOT MEAN ATTACKING EVERYONE WHO STEPS FOOT INSIDE THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. Even though gang neighbourhoods are dangerous in real life, it's not really like that. In real life, a lot of people live in gang neighbourhoods but may not be affiliated with the gang - that doesn't mean they should get beaten up or threatened whenever they walk around. Even if they're not in the gang, they're still FROM THE HOOD which warrants them respect. In fact, a lot of people who manage to not fall into the life and get out of the hood are respected. If you were in a gang in real life, you'd still have friends in the hood who aren't in the gang. If you live in the hood, no one from the gang there should fuck with you unless you cause problems. It's stupid.Outsiders are slowly being induced into the faction, and this is where your relations matter a lot with the ragged members. If jumper in members trust you and think you’re capable enough, they will recommend for you to get jumped in. If you cause beef and fuck up and just stand around not really doing anything, you will never get initiated. Outsiders know the gang and throw up the set even though they’re not affiliated with it YET. To progress in the faction, the most important part is creating roleplay for everyone else. That’s how you get noticed - not by leaning around and saying “Word.’ when someone creates conversation. Another VERY IMPORTANT thing is posting screenshots. Post nice looking screenshots if there’s no higher ups to roleplay with you and notice your roleplay. Higher ups are constantly looking for you to develop your character and pick up traits.EVEN IF YOU'RE IN A GANG, YOU'RE STILL A NORMAL PERSONGangsters don't commit crime 24/7. They're normal people, just like me and you and do normal people shit like go out and eat, hang out with their friends, play video games, have hobbies. This is very important and brings up another point that I mentioned earlier, that you should become friends with other outsiders and develop relationships with them just as you would in real life. You should often do things with them separately rather than hang out in a huge group. ROLEPLAY ACTIVITESBurglariesBurglaries, trying to sell the stolen items through roleplay scenarios.Steal items from vehicles, also may and try to sell them.Gamble, roll dices.Initiate a block / houseparty, get drunk / high / whatever with the group.Tag.Weight lifting, you can turn your surroundings into a Disney land with /do, if you're creative enough, there don't always have to be visible objects for it / there are also Gym's nearby.Modify your vehicle, through detailed roleplay instead of just going to a vehicle garage and /mod, get creative with it. Maybe even get turning parts from other vehicles by stealing and them install them on yours.Roleplaying a dog for your character or other petsIf your character is still at school, roleplay doing homeworkDoing chores at home for your parentsNightmaresRap battle eachother, just cause you don't know how to rap IRL, don't mean you shouldn't try it with your character, it's called development.Play games (video games, dice)Watch TVFamily issuesMealing, get together with the homies for a home-cooked meal, maybe even RP cooking it.Tattooing, instead of just putting tattoos on your body with /appearance, /me's, /ame's or /do's, roleplay tattooing them.Take drugsRoleplay an addictionDrinkSocial mediaMemorials, his could include lots of RP such as buying coronas and pouring half out for homies, or throwing shoes onto telephone lines to signify that someone's died on that street.BMX tricks at a skate parkMedical issues like mentioned previously in this guidePlay basketballMusic videos, if your character is with the right background, musically, why not RP by doing a music video for it, record it and upload it as a In Character video. REMEMBER: Do not create your character and instantly make him/her a gang banger. START OFF as a TEENAGER, then DEVELOP your character, then join/create a gang.

  10. Short description: Adding more hairs. Detailed description: Add more hairs to the multiplayer ped. There are multiple hairs which should be able to be added considering the current hair mods we already have implemented on the server, most of them being female. The reasoning for this is the lack of variation in use, most people use the same few hairstyles due to the lack of selection, most of the other ones don't really fit to how most people style their characters (Not saying all). I'll post a few examples. Sidenote: If you need a download link for the hair mods used above, send me a message on discord: OOFer#7849 Commands to add: N/A Items to add: Hairs How would your suggestion improve the server? Born on the eleventh september of 1999, in the Hospital Medico Quirurgico Jose Maria, Ynez grew up in barrio Mesita alongside many kids her age. Her mother, Rosalinda Trinidad alongside her father, Ernesto Trinidad, struggled to make ends meet. Her childhood got marked by the sudden disappearance of her father at 7 years old. She then started her mischievous acts, from stealing in the local bazaar, to the usual groceries stores scattered on the streets. As she grew up, her mother found a better paying job in another district, where the local maquiladora was hiring. As such, at the age of thirteen they both moved in the Azteca district. Ynez soon after discovered the more organized, serious gangs. She was attracted by the promises of riches and power from a life of poverty. At thirteen she sold her first gram of weed, granting her access to more deals. As times was passing by, she soon found herself lost and desperate when her mother died from an ictus, she was fifteen. At that same age, she got an opportunity to get trained and schooled in the criminal underlife, following her well placed hits which attracted the attention of a particular individual who ran a clique of a paramilitary organization, branched from the Beltran-Leyva Cartel, the Los Mazatlecos. Chapter II-Induction and growing up. Photo taken when she got captured during a Policia raid in one of the scattered safe houses in Juarez. Ynez on the left alongside her friend, Lorenzo "Loco" Costeras, on the right. The person who inducted Ynez into the Los Mazatlecos is Lorenzo Costeras, he saw great potential in her and wanted to exploit her strengths and if possible, trying to shape her to his liking. tree years of actual paramilitary training followed, filled with the blood of the ones she killed under Lorenzo's orders. She soon became a full fledged pandillera at the age of seventeen, bt that also meant , in order for her full admittance to the crew, to get raped by the higher exponents of the clique. She gone through with it, leaving her scarred for life. After a brief time of peace, as she honed her assasination and gun handling skills, Ynez was called upon again by Lorenzo to help him in a hit on a weapons convoy destined to the Sinaloa Cartel. Her crew managed to pull it off, but the repercussions were soon to follow her steps, since her bandana got torn off by a stray bullet which by luck didn't hit her head, and got her face photographed by an unknown source which then leaked said photo to the Sinaloans. Chapter III-Flee or fight. Los Antrax emblem The Sinaloans, as they got word of who was behind that attack, sent the Los Antrax after Ynez and her clique. They soon started picking off Los Mazatlecos members one by one, corner by corner. At one point, the fighting was so one sided that every Mazatlecos still left alive in Juarez was either hiding or running, As such, Ynez' last year in Juarez was the worst. The night of her eighteenth birthday, returning home from a freind's house, she endured a close-to-death encounter, as she was kidnapped and two of her pandilleros that were living in the same street got shot. She got beaten and raped for weeks until they got bored of it and decided to transport the barely alive Ynez to a secluded place in the plains and execute her but sheer luck tipped the faith's balance on her side for once and Lorenzo alongside his soldiers passed by and filled with bullets every Los Antrax that were with Ynez. He then decided to speak sense into Ynez, as he grew sentiments for her, and conviced her to flee to El Paso and sneak into the USA, as he stayed back and dealt with the struggles. Lorenzo, trying to make Ynez' life more confortable, pulled some strings with an old friend of his: Emilio Caras. Emilio was waiting Ynez on island's beach, Los Santos. Chapter IV-Different place, same old shit. She managed to get in contact with Emilio, who was waiting for her already. Soon after she remembered those times Emilio came to Mexico, visiting his family, and sometimes would strike conversations with him at the usual gatherings. The second day left her with better promises for a future. Emilio managed to pull her in the Barrio Trece, seeing her past as a Mazatlecos pandillera and her street wisdom. Of course though, she started by gaining a name and some initial respect by selling dope for the barrio. Nothing she wasn't accustomed with, anyway. She needed just two days to sell the ounce of weed, focusing more on the people that buy in bulks. Still, after enstablishing some initial "contacts" she also proved her stubbornness to adapt in that somewhat quite place, Los Santos. That however, would be the start of a series of problems mostly with the LSPD. Her attitude, arrogant at first seeing the new place she was in showed signs of change after a while. Though she tried to make friends in the Barrio, wasn't very talkative still worrying deep down that her past would follow her in Los Santos, many times she would stay awake in her motel room with a locked door, eyeing it and feeling an intense paranoia building up. The weed however helped Ynez in those bloody nights, also addicted since her time in Juarez. A week passed in which she fell in love with Cross, and somehow being open minded enough to accept the fact that he was going to get married. Her future wife Faith had a little sister, Aria to which Ynez developed a close bond seeing herself in that kid. As she gained more trust inside the clique, so her responsibilities shifted. Witnessing horrendous things, which reminded her of how she was treated for weeks in Juarez, were the first stepts to an abrupt change. *more to be added*

  12. S/S Holly Hood Pirus (SSHHP) are a primarily African-American street gang on the South Side of Los Santos in Rancho. Often seen around Roy Lowenstein Blvd. and it's surrounding streets. Members of the set can often be identified by their tattoos as well as repping the colors burgundy and red. Another Homicide in Rancho February 23, 2018 | Los Santos Times Rancho — Cameron Benjamin was on his way home from his friends house Wednesday night, when he was caught in the crossfire of a shootout between local gangs. Benjamin a junior at Los Santos High who had zero affiliations to either gang said to be involved in the shooting just a few nights ago was shot and killed my a stray bullet during a shootout in front of the gas station just around the corner from his home in Davis. The local authorities have made it clear to us that the two gangs partaking in the shoot out were a local Piru and Surenos set. They also told us that this gang violence between the two rival sets has been active for multiple years dating back to 2013 when the two gangs were fighting over Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. And as it seems they have no want to stop now. As for the cause of the shootout on Wednesday night, the authorities have been going door to door in Davis for any info on what happened at the gas station that night. As for Benjamin, his family and the local church have fund raised enough for his funeral to take place next week, on April 2, 2018 and have asked us to use this section as an invitation for anyone who had known Benjamin or are a member of the community to come show their condolences starting at 11a.m. next Friday.

  13. Basically my previous posts summed up. Thank you. This is why I am advocating the middle ground perse, an every death is a CK scenario won't solve any of the issues we have right now, nor will remaining with the current one. You have two extremes colliding in this topic. Frankly speaking, there is no best way to solve the issue. To give any and all PKs more impact, whilst still retaining the option for permanent death. The solutions I can come up with would be a logistical nightmare for the staff team, and the other would be the "shotgun" method (aka if a player is PK'ed all their stats money, etc, are halved).

  14. Some prices are ridiculous, for example, who buys the blista if for a little more he has a sultan that is better in everything? or a sentinel, or zion, or the contender for 220k, nobody buys the contender if there are better cars for less price. Result? Everyone with the same car. And no, i'm not talking about the economy, i'm talking about the prices, why a Classic Jester cost 196k and Classic Sentinel 90k? Both are classic sports, both are fast, both are rares, there is no point for those price differences.

  15. Issues related to very certain parts of roleplay, basically the cops vs robbers aspect. You have these sort of people in the real world too, and as a matter of fact 95% of hitch hikers are not psychopaths who will murder you. Reasons why not every death should be a CK: - Sentimental value of the stories and character that has been created - This is and will always remain a game (escapism) - It has been tried on so many platforms GMOD, SA-MP, MTA, even WoW and has never worked properly - Stupidity of other players - "I don't give a shit" attitude of other players - OOC drama - continue this list with the basic dynamics of online communities Report those then? Clearly there is something going wrong with their interpretation of rules and literally you are contradicting your own statement here in the first sentence. What if your supposed change, doesn't effect them cause they simply put, dont give a shit? Yea, players who might have developed their characters for ages are losing theirs over someone who hasn't. Second sentence, report them if they try to be a superhero. It will not be a better roleplay experience, yes for the first few weeks, maybe months. Then the honeymoon phase is OVER. People will go figure out ways how to cheat the system in their favor, voiding CKs, or getting CK's with little to no reason other than he/she was allowed and could. At least now people need to think of a somewhat justifiable reason, with your suggestion someone could just come around the corner for no reason and pop your head-off in broad daylight and all progress you have made with your character has been lost because someone felt they'd hold down RMB and press LMB once. Whilst ignoring all the flaws your suggested system has and have been brought up by other members of the community. Certain situations should warrant CKs automatically no questions there, but every death? For any stupid reason? No. I come here to relax and get my mind occupied by something else than constantly worrying about a virtual well-being when I do not even come close to areas with high gang activities or avoid hotspots of crime on purpose.

  18. Certainly. I completely understand that the economy in-game is not comparable to real life, I was just using it as a reference. Something like the Dinka Blista Compact shouldn't be more expensive than say, the regular (and newer) Dinka Blista. There are some price points that should be reconsidered just based on what the cars are.

  19. Greetings everyone! I would like to discuss how the roleplay jobs work today. For more info about roleplay jobs, see: Current jobs: Tattoo Parlor Ammunation Gas Station Mask shop Grocery store Hardware store 24/7 Garage Upcoming jobs: Dealerships (major revamp) Banks Customization stores As far as I know garages are the only shops who require a worker present to be usable. While other shops let the player buy an item/service without placing an order which is processed/roleplayed by the employee. So when a worker does /startshift, the marker of the shop location goes green to attract players to choose them instead of other shops. What would happen if disabled the shop script on business that doesnt have players on a shift? Would it bring more roleplay to businesses that roleplay their shops? Will it create more frustration than good? The way I see these are the pros: More roleplay at businesses that actually has employees. It will be no longer profitable to just own shops. You must actually manage them and hire staff. There will be a demand for all jobs, not just the popular ones like mechanic. The less popular jobs will be more attractive now as the employee is actually needed. Which again will stimulate economy through a dynamic job market. A little bit realism around the factor that not every shop is available 24/7. Atleast in my country there is no barber open at 01.00 AM. Businesses will have to fight over good employees by offering better conditions. (could offer some interesting scenarios) The cons: Will force players to drive further to find the service they need. Might cause frustration Some services will not be available during certain times of the day. (Doesnt have to be a bad thing) Businesses might not afford to keep open all the time or keep enough staff on duty to Costs off staff might be higher than the income. One of the issues here would propably be the costs around having staff. Right now a player that does /startshift only gains X % of the order he processes, there is no hourly pay. In theory a player can sit at the gas station and wait for 2 hours, then get one customer. Which will be booring. Granted shutting down the other gas station will bring more orders to the player, hence more income for the business and the player. But there is a simple solution to this scenario: As long as there are 2 or more players on /startshift. Your shift should give you an hourly wage on top of the orders you process. Why 2 or more? Because the roleplay jobs are here to promote roleplay, not being AFK while gaining money, which is why I suppose roleplay jobs dont have an hourly wage today. But if you add the " 2 or more" criteria for the pay to come, you will have someone to RP with and less reason to AFK. And of course other players both coworkers and clients can /report the player who is AFKing. I believe you can also add a new rule about AFKing on duty to prevent this from happening. But with every feature or rule, there is always a way to abuse it. Ready to discuss this guys? Be nice to each other.. And yes I am a business owner, that would benefit from a system like this. But so will my 9 employees who spend a good portion of their playtime roleplaying at my store. And let's not forget about all the customers that will receive excellent service by the staff!

  20. If you're running around holding 50 grams of coke but you're homeless you're doing something wrong. Also, allowing people to /vpark their stash cars brings nothing but abuse. You make enough money to buy yourself a flat just from the starter paychecks anyways.

  27. That's life. If you're smart about it you'll live longer, just like in real life. Having an all powerful character loses all meaning when no one can kill you.

  28. I don't see how having people CK left and right is going to promote actual character development, if any Joe can just take a gun out and kill you and end a character you put an enormous amount of effort into. Plus there's going to be others that for OOC reasons target someone they want to mess with and look for reasons how to get them killed legitimately, while using alternative characters they do not care about. It's far too inconvenient to moderate, because no body is just going to accept their character being gone without trying to appeal it. And this would also mean putting trust into any new comer on the server, to not ruin someone's roleplay that has been developed for months, if not years. There's good reasons why no body implements this system.

  29. Whilst I get that on very, very rare occasions, it can be character development between consenting parties, on every occasion I’ve noticed somebody attempting to do it, it’s been entirely apparent their motivation wasn’t character development or story progression but rather a spontaneous rape perms request over dms usually followed by the token “your loss” or whatever when the person declines that roleplay. In my opinion, most of the time it’s just the individual being motivated by their own..questionable fantasies, rather than any legitimate roleplay intentions, so I suggest that either A, people can roleplay rapes or other offensive sexual assaults but only in so much as a quick time skip ‘fade to black’ scenario with two consenting parties, where an emote in do like “A rape takes place” and it’s left at that. B it’s forbidden full stop and punishable Under the terms of the rules. C, like house breakins, an admin has to be present if only briefly to assess that it’s absolutely a situation where it’s a total character progression thing and an entirely IC affair rather than a horny boy behind the screen. Just my two cents, I don’t agree with rape rp in the casual ‘spots a female and drops her a message asking for random rape perms’. I think that should be a bannable offence.

  30. Dominic Mancuso was born to Italian-American pizza parlor owner Joseph Mancuso and American waitress Sophia Wilkins who were a perfect example of 'love at first sight' as Joseph hired her to serve his pizzas after having his right leg amputated subsequent to being diagnosed with peripheral arterial disease in his left leg. They had Dominic twenty months into their relationship and married a month prior. Following the economical crisis in 2008, Joseph was forced to set up an illegal money laundering scheme with his childhood friend Paul Forreli, who had ties to the Italian-American criminal underworld in Los Santos, to pay for the mortgage on their new house. The Mancuso’s went from a pink-collar family to a booming business-oriented household off laundering money and Joseph started to invest in real estate and stocks. While his father attended business meetings and oversaw construction Dominic was left to tend to the parlor with his mother. Business went on as usual and Dominic was shown the ropes by his father. People came and went every sunday, dropping off large sums of money. It all came to an end in 2013 after a series of indictments were made against key underground players in Los Santos and the dirty money stopped flowing. Dominic’s father had not anticipated such an abrupt cut in revenue and in connection to a high-risk investment going wrong, Joseph Mancuso filed for bankruptcy. With Joseph’s failing health and his aging mother, Dominic was forced to take out a loan from Paul Forreli to help his family back on its feet. To pay off the debt Dominic worked for Forreli as an errand boy and participated in several burglaries as part of a B&E crew. However, this all changed when Paul Forreli went missing, some speculating that he had flipped to become an informant for the LSPD. Dominic was left without an employer, but the positives far outweighed the negatives. He was now free of a large debt. While Dominic Mancuso still has a few ties to the criminal underworld, he now lives what seems to be a regular life in Los Santos.
